You are hurt but still, you say sorry also because you think this a better option.

I believe you should reconsider all the options you have and think again of the possibilities and the ideologies behind saying sorry.

Why do you say it?

Just imagine you are in a very bad and violent relationship and at moments just to make peace, you say it. Or, you are in your professional space and you say it to secure your position because the other one is in a higher position and might have the power to make any twists in your job profile.

And, thus you who think saying sorry do not mean that you are a helpless person and you are not egoistic, you say it. Yeah! That’s true! But what about the inside of you that feels sorry when you say sorry for no reason at all. Slowly and steadily the feelings become worse because you are not listening to your inner self and just jotting down the outside world’s preferences. The thing is that there are much better ways than just saying sorry. If in a professional space, you think either you apologize or you lose something in one way or the other. Think the other way round and that is to communicate. Say what you have to say in front of your superiors and make them understand if not face to face then through the mail.

Putting your opinions is as important as doing any important work as it makes you valuable. According to me, apologizing is an escape plan and if you take the other way, you could move up to a sensible position anyhow. Plan your journey and do not include apologizes but only the communication and understandings thereafter.

Explain/ Express/ Repent/ Repair

Actions speak more than words and thus just by saying it, show that you actually mean it by not repeating your mistakes. If you do not think it as a mistake, at least come to a compromising position with the other one who has been hurt because of you. The only way to this is real face time and nothing could be better than that. There are science-based proven facts on how should you apologize and all of them first of all needs you to accept that there is something wrong which you have to figure out. Figure out of you are wrong or there is a misunderstanding or maybe a small conflict which became sour due to any reason. Here is the list of science-based ways of apologizing-

You regret it, express it

Explain what went wrong

You were escaping from your responsibility, acknowledge that

You are repenting, say it

You did some loss, say that you will repair

If nothing can be done, ask or request for forgiveness

Forgiveness comes at last when you have tried everything and nothing can be done. But, what we do nowadays is ask to forgive first and then think about other options or even do not think at all. The reason is only we are becoming less emotional about the feeling of others that we don’t understand what the other one go through because of us.

So, the point here is to not suffocate yourself by saying sorry if you yourself do not accept any wrong doing anyhow feel superior. There will two things that will happen afterwards- either the misunderstanding come out hilarious or you come at a position where both of the sides will take care of the same in future by understanding the things and not due to any burden or feel otherwise. Both of the scenarios will make the bond stronger and put respect prior to your ego.

Despite being India’s most loved street food, Golgappas has come way too far in their journey of taste and lots of variations and some nightmares as well.

Let’s just talk about what is going on in this Golgappas industry and why the title of this story sounds so horrible-

Fact #1 – A sting operation in Pune

And the operation results in watching those panipuri – Golgappas vendors take the water from public toilets. There are many witnesses around when talked about it but never any of one have complained about it. The pictures above show a helper of Golgappas vendor going to a public toilet with four cans, fill them and go back to the vendor location. This location is at Shaniwarwada Chowpatty on Bajirao road. All the panipuri lovers know about hygiene maintained by these vendors but they really don’t care.

Facts #2 – Toilet cleaner in the water

This time its Ahmedabad where a vendor was caught mixing toilet cleaner in the golgappa water. And, an interesting fact is the reason behind it and that is to make it tastier. Yeah! It does and hats off to all those eaters who thinks his stall sells the best street food. He was found guilty after the laboratory test and the vendor owner was jailed after this. The location was near Lal Darwaza area of Ahmedabad. The report also has a remark saying that the road nearby got damaged because he used to spill the leftover water there.

Here is the complete report –

Fact #3 – Urine in the Golgappas – This will blow your mind

A vendor in Thane urinates in the same vessel he uses for the pani of panipuri. I have no idea what excuse will the lovers of this street food is going to say because they are always like ‘its okay’. Kind of Chaltahai attitude almost everyone gives just because it takes their taste bud to an extra high level. What about urine on your taste buds and that’s somebody else’s? But yeah! People anyhow sipping cow’s urine saying pious gomutra, so yeah! This one will also go fine with you all. Really!

In case if you are interested in seeing the video, here is the link –

Fact #4 Bacteriology

Now that after reading these shocking stories, you should also notice the bacteria’s found in the food after taking samples from different locations. The Chutney and water both are contaminated from E.Coli bacteria and fail the hygiene test. The results are just they are not at all edible. The vending site adds more value to these germs thereby making it more dangerous. Even Vadodara banned these lovely water balls after getting huge diarrhea and vomiting reports till monsoon season. Complete report of the bacteriology can be read here –

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3550854/.

Well! It is not just about the hygiene of the stall and the ingredients but the vendors well. How many of you have seen them taking precautions while serving you? And, the scene when they really take their hand to the crotch and then serve you with the same hand is so common and people even troll all of these by saying the food tastes better.

Yeah! Trolling and everything is good but let’s just take a stand by boycotting the unhygienic vendors completely just for the sake of your own health. And, also to save yourself from regretting later when any of the news flashes like we have read above and you remember you had your belly full once there.

This hit caused serious injuries and death in the victim’s family. The accused is just 22 years old and works in a well-reputed salon in Noida. Most of the readers had different expressions because it’s a girl who is accused. Just for the fact, let me tell you that national Survey on Extent, Pattern and Trends of Drug Abuse in India” of 2001 only focussed on the males. This is a national survey even if it is 0% on the other gender, you got to include it. But, here is another fact that at the same time another survey conducted only in 14 cities found that 7.9% of women are addicted to at least one type of substance. The substance could be alcohol, heroin, cannabis and pain-killer. Let’s get into more details about the addiction among women in India-

Where is addiction in women coming from?

And the answer is the change Indian is going through right now.

For example, the roles of family members are changing which we are not used to. Previously everything was fixed like a father would be earning, the mother can only be a housewife, girl child does not get the education and married at an early age even if she gets an education, she is married without her consent. The main focus is all on the boy child who is nurtured to be the man of the house. Sorted! Right! But, now even the women do not want to be just a housewife and look up to others for her own needs.

The change started when men tried to be superior and not equal.

Everyone’s supporting the system in its own way. There were flaws that can be corrected not with a rebel but with understanding. It took so long for women to come up in front and take a stand for themselves. Now, everyone in the family has their personal and professional lives which leads to a lot of confusion because we Indian do not understand space.

Parents interfere a lot and so, adults starting to migrate and started living separately. For the women, it could be the first time she might be experiencing the freedom to sit as she likes, to roam around in the house and not just sit in one corner of the house. Finally, she can call her friends in the house and occupy the living room and not just the bedroom. Then, comes this part as well from where she was kept away. She could be attending office parties and drinking and make it a habit. She could be addicted to substances and like others, she could do mistakes. But, the thing is we don’t expect them to do this because they are born to behave and be responsible. Now, it is completely up to the girl who wants to go at which stage.

Whether she likes it or just doing it to adjust in the city life where she sees everybody else is enjoying getting drunk and profanity talk is the real thing.

Another Scenario of Addiction in women – Streets of India

India has the world’s largest population of street children and many of them are working in inhuman conditions and that too at a very early age (girls included). They, therefore are more prone to get addicted to drugs. According to the report, one out of five children in India is a drug addict. Street children, trafficked girls or boys or even the working children do drug abuse and make it a habit because of the conditions surrounding them. Nicotine is often consumed in bidis and gutkha and inhaled as well by sniffing adhesive glue, petrol, gasoline, thinner, and spirit. To understand the consumption in a psychological way, with these substances they get to leave behind the chaos of their lives and somehow manage to go ahead if they have a goal and even if not, drugs dependency is something they look out for. Now, drug abuse is spreading in all the socio-economic backgrounds regardless the awareness and education. Curiosity plays an important role here. And, this starts at the tender age of five. Other substances except Nicotine includes alcohol, Liquor, cocaine, Marijuana, Bhang, Ganja, Hashish etc. And, buying them is quite cheap, so reach is not a hinderance.

Addiction in women – Risk Factors

Women are observed to be more intoxicated than men after consuming the same amount of alcohol. Gender differences happen to be in smoking and cannabis as well but the study has been conducted only on animal species, not on humans. According to a study, the most important factor that makes women consuming substance is the friend circle and then comes stress, partner influence and tension. Girls go through many changes starting from inside their body to the outside lifestyle changes. Also, they self-harm due to depression or maybe due to her family life and if they are unable to come out of this vicious circle, they think drugs can help them. Drug abuse family or relative make a bigger impact on child’s life and sometimes they even force them to be physical and also drag them into drugs to take revenge from their parents.

A lot is happening nowadays and for all the factors stated, I think boys ratio are included equally.

When all these factors turn out real in India, it becomes a horrible dream for a girl. When you get addicted you need it anyhow and you are ready to pay anything for it. Drug dealers prey on these innocent faces and later make them sex workers, send them to brothels, or just a slave.

But, when you are an adult and know what you are doing, you are completely responsible for your own actions. Addiction in women – women are seen as a wife, loving mother and seeing them using substance affect their family and social life. Again because of the acceptance factor. On the other hand, men with substance affect only their professional life in India. If we talk about legal consequences, according to the National Survey, India, 7–20% of women substance users reported several legal problems due to drug abuse. 44% of the women in the women’s study reported a history of imprisonments due to their activities, sex work, pick-pocketing and theft charges.

There are so much more to say when it comes to focus women in India because they are just disowned if found guilty, so accepting or maybe understanding them is just too far. Parents thinking of treatment for her by understanding what lead her do this is no way a real thing in India. Or maybe they are asking too much in a country like India. And, the irony is the western place from where we are influenced so much, emphasis on the research and we do not have perfect facts to work on future alarming problems among women.

Addiction in women – Even the situation is when a woman is dragged into this darkness and once they know where they are, they don’t come out because of the acceptance fear. It is clearly an alarming situation to eliminate any kind of gender differences and work for both of them equally.

Addiction in women – The future of the country cannot be in darkness. It’s time to get aware, rise and shine.

Well! Some of us make it go too far that it either becomes surprising or way too funny or maybe aggressive as well. Better you know what your partner wants. Starting from the worst-

Marriage proposal is no business deal

Boyfriend tried to arrange a grand proposal to his girlfriend and that too in public. First of all, he made it public and second, he made the speech very long. Then, he kept on saying while the girlfriend was staring at him and the other onlookers too who were curious to know what next. Then, the time came when he just said the words that if girlfriend says yes, he would immediately put her name on the deed of his house. The girlfriend got so furious by listening to this that she immediately responded that this is no business deal and just went out. Boyfriend follows her and tries to make her understand but that was too late because he had already embarrassed her by making her feel that she is a gold digger. This is not known what happened next because the onlooker made this video and uploaded to the internet. I really don’t think any positive results in this case. Boyfriend surely does not know what her girl wants or maybe he just wanted to gift her something grand. Whatever be the reason, he ruined it after all by making her feel ashamed. If by any chance he gets to propose the same girl, it has to be indoors and very simple. So, here is the tip to all of you reading this to keep your proposal indoors if you are not sure about the answer or maybe if you do, the proposal seems to be a private matter for a reason that you two are more than happy and others just wants some spicy gossip for the dinner table.

Again the concept of public Marriage Proposal is horrible

This time it’s a girl proposing to a guy in a mall by building up a story. Don’t know where the location is but the story went so viral with loads of salty comments. The story starts when the lady all dressed up like a doll enters the mall and started asking everyone if they have seen her fiancé. And, then she saw him coming down from the elevator. That’s when she kneels down and propose to her guy with a ring.

The next scene is horrible when the guy makes her stand up, declined the offer and walked away without looking back for once. The girl starts crying after rejection and went off. When the video gets viral, comments were usually in favour of the girl that a lady should not be left insulted in this way but hey! let’s come to some logic that we have seen many girls doing that as well. Not just declining the offer but many time being violent after the proposal. You need to know that public proposal might take you to an offensive level but for your partner, it may seem cute. So, before your reaction comes out, handle the situation well, just do not say anything or maybe if you want to or just keep it short. Once you start realizing that he/she is going to do something which you might not like, get up and tell that straight. It’s not something that you don’t know.

Proposals can never be surprising, the situation can be because when the partner is going to propose you, there are little hints you get before that.

This Marriage Proposal is amazing – Technical and creative

After one year of a relationship, boyfriend made a necklace for her girlfriend, a very beautiful necklace that she wore everyday. And, they both were travelling the world together when finally the day came after one and a half years.

They were in Smoo Cave in Northern Scotland when he borrowed the necklace from her, broke it down and proposed her with that ring inside the necklace. Well! It was an emotional one and far better than what we read above. Though we don’t expect this much of creativity from everyyone at least what we can learn is the choice of place which is not crowded plus the harmony between the couple is much usual for her to be expecting a proposal or maybe she is preparing on how she is going to say yes.

Before any proposal, just do the risk analysis and if it is the below the mark, make it simple as much as you can so you don’t get embarrassed and make her feel the same.

The mediocre marriage proposal – Warning Ahead!

This is again a public proposal and this time the location is a concert. A college couple went to this big concert where the guy decided to propose in such a crowded place. In between the proposal, he was interrupted twice and then the lead singer calls both of them to the stage when boyfriend completes the proposal and she said yes. Seems good! The couple went backstage and the lead singer congratulated both of them and said- See you next week at the wedding divorce. That was like tit for tat. You disturbed his concert and he, the whole relationship…sort of. This one I would say must be hilarious and shocking both at the same time for the audience. They saw a girl saying yes and next, the singer came up with this sarcastic comment. There is only one warning and it is to avoid public proposal because you don’t know what could come next from the audience. It could be a bad remembrance for you the whole life of course if you continue the relationship. And, if not then this could be a lesson for you.

There are thousands of proposals flooded over the internet and I have chosen a few for you to categorize each type of public proposal that is good bad or with mixed feelings.

There is nothing like a perfect proposal but you make it perfect if you know what the other one wants. If you just think what you like, you are being selfish and there is no way you should come up with something that looks foolish to your partner.

If you are preparing a grand marriage proposal, make sure you give hints before that so you can do the risk analysis and prepare accordingly.

One who is neutral and transparent, someone who does not have ill-feelings for others while meeting and greeting people. All these virtues make a man or any profession noble. If we see it in a professional way, one should never discriminate and pour thoughts to nurture a one-sided personality.

There are even many more things we can list but here we are talking about some noble professions which now has a different meaning-

Noble professions –

Noble professions – Teachers

Gone are the days when teachers used to be the most respected position in society because they are capable to mould the future of the country. But, now the scenario is different. Teachers don’t choose this profession because they want to be a part of this noble act, however, there are reasons like a comfortable job, timings, students are anyhow going to the tuition centres and there won’t be any pressure. Plus, the private institutes every now and then hike the fees and government schools have a different scenario of teachers who took no interest in shaping a child’s career. There are so many complaints nowadays opposing teachers especially during the last 2 years of school that they put pressure on the students, abuse them and the parents mentally. This is all because they want results at the time of boards exam and their promotion is at stake. Though there may exist some teachers who are still maintaining their job responsibilities well but we are listing the dark side of these professions. All of us might have heard any news about the same but these insights can only be told by the child itself because he/she is going through the trauma plus, the pressure of their bright future, college admissions and many more things in their personal life. If teachers could be a little support in a way, students can very well go through these days and excel in their life whether they are below average, average or the toppers. It is just the segregation based upon the tests not their personalities. Teachers should be the one counselling the students about the grade logic and if someone having 90% could take arts with proud if he/she has interest. But, no they are the one pushing high graders into science and pressurising guardians as well.

Noble professions – Doctors

They seem to be life protectors at the time of emergencies and yes they are but do you really what happens in the background? People are becoming aware nowadays of their greedy nature and thus proactively taking steps to avoid that. It is not about leaving scissors and towels into the abdomen while surgery but it is about making false and fake statements but they manipulate in a way that it looks real. Many times, doctors suggest patients to undergo surgery or operation but after taking the second opinion, you know it is not necessary. Now, people know that before any surgical treatment on your body, it is best to take advice and avoid that. But, how many know of it and those who do not feel trapped afterwards. Taking advantage of layman has just become their topmost priority and this is how these big hospitals, multispecialty clinics are running magnificently. Also, you will find many doctors who do not take any pain in explaining what happened to the patient and just start the medication. If I am the patient, I could not trust the medicines being fair to my body unless I know what it is. A basic knowledge of things in medicine is so important for every citizen so they can never be bluffed by them. Not just in medicine but for every profession. Awareness is reaching out to many and we hope it reaches every citizen for their own good.

Money fills these noble seats

Government have been so cruel and impatient with the fresh graduates. When it comes to employment, there seems a lot of but all in vain. Money fills the seat. When there are corrupts sitting in a noble seat, how could we imagine the function to be correct? The employment criteria seem to be jumbled up everywhere. I mean, why take a written test first and then the personal interview? Why not take personal interview first and then go on testing candidates according to their specialization? But, no! They only want to save their time and someone’s future go into a deep hole, they don’t care. People who really want to build a nation with a good vision take a backseat or even migrate to other countries and we blame them to leave their motherland and serve others. Employees are seeking comfort in government jobs and willingly pay the ransom amount to get into any position. Recently, there were thousands of B.tech holders applied for an MTS position. With this, you can easily analyze the situation and the future of newcomers going nowhere.

Unorganized systems

There are many other Noble professions like IAS, Judges, Scientists who are listed as noble but corruption seems to eat them all. And, now they are just doing their duty and follow the job responsibilities and these responsibilities are listed by an individual which vary from person to person. Almost all of these professions are unorganized and procrastination is the cause. A common man going to them for a single paperwork seems to get confused by the system. And, thus the fear of government remains and only middlemen can help you with. Same with the Police because they are the people we should never get afraid of bt we do. They are for our safety and not to harm the same. Even the police’ standard protocols are not followed by them and we are not aware of it therefore victimized due to our own unawareness.

Clearly Noble professions are not noble anymore and not even the part of it is left to be noble. and, the reason is us being silent over the nuisance that has been created for years. It is half of our responsibility to be aware, to follow the protocols, to know what’s going around and most importantly to as questions because the officials are bound to answer. If not, there are hundreds of other methods to ask for a valid reason for even a small step taken by him. We are glad that citizen is filing for RTI’s more than before and we want more of it to make the system transparent as much as possible.

One of whom was Abdul Karim and the other is Buksh and both of them was sent as Table Servant. Abdul Karim, however, gets into higher positions and opposition from other households which made the story curious for everyone.

Abdul and Queen Victoria

Queen has always been a motherly figure for him and soon after his stay, he learnt English. Also, told the queen that in India he was in the position of Clerk and thus being a table servant is beneath his self-respect. Thereafter, he became munshi and journey to being a confidante of Queen is noticed. Queen Victoria often mention him in her letters and appraise him of being trustworthy, intelligent and useful. She started taking Urdu lessons from him and also talk about politics and other intellectual discussions. Queen have defended Abdul in many occasions when he was being ill-treated by other households, other country or even the government by giving a servant chair even after he was promoted.

Abdul and Other Servants

They are being jealous of his popularity and closeness with the Queen. The conflicts got to the point when all of the servants write a letter to the Queen that if Abdul would be present in the celebration, they all would resign. Abdul being an opportunist very well know of this friction and confronted everything just for the sake of getting more opportunities. Due to this, other white households want to get rid of this queerness and wanted all of the Indian servants to be called off. However, Queen looked at this situation as racist and called it shameful.

In her last fourteen years of life, Queen has seen Abdul as someone she can trust and Abdul has the freedom to read all the letters addressed to the Queen. Abdul was more of like a companion who would judge you for your position but just as a human being and someone at her position would obviously love the company like this was.

Abdul and other White Positions

The Viceroy appointed in India also bothered Karim’s appointment as he was getting letters from the Queen asking favours for Abdul. Favours like he should be granted land which is supposed to be awarded only to the soldiers did exceptionally well in their career. Other favours were giving pension to Abdul’s father or when they tried to spy Abdul, Queen wanted the officials to sent an apology letter to him. He was being spied as the British official believe that he is passing the information to the amir of Afghanistan. He did not find guilty at all. On one hand, he was being suspected to be a spy and on the other hand, some officials just pinned him as a stupid man. Lord Elgin once sent a letter to Queen explaining his concern about Karim and also addressed him as some pet dog.

It is believed that it is just the insecurities of white people in positions that at this time, they do not even want to recognize Karim as someone important and leave no chance to make him feel not respected. Karim was actually becoming more furious due to these actions but continue to behave as calm as possible. He sometimes advertised without seeking permission and wanted everybody to respect him. Therefore, he asked for the position of Nawab but instead, he gets to be a Commander of the order(CVO).

Last few years of Queen Victoria

She was even suggested to keep distance from Karim as it is questioning her sanity.

It never revealed that there was any romantic affair between the two. However, it has been suspected that there was. She died on June 1901 and soon after her rituals, Abdul was dismissed from all of his responsibilities and was sent back to India. He came to India with some of the letters and Photographs which he should not. Some of the letters made public after his death. The diary that Queen maintained was burned after her youngest daughter Princess Beatrice transcribed it.

Abdul lived in Agra till Independence and then went to Karachi, Pakistan. All of his lands in India were given to immigrants of Pakistan and some to build a hospital.

The journey of Karim is interesting and yet sad because, in the end, he achieved nothing. He did not gain any respect except being a Queen’s favourite nor he was personified what he wanted to be. This is more like an employee who suddenly joins and tries to be more than what he deserves. Obviously, there would be conflict and a rebel behaviour too and that’s what happened with Karim. If he wanted, he could solve all these matters by himself by not being too greedy.

Before moving further it is best to justify the whole article as not a judgment but just a simple explanation of how things work out in a political world. It could suffocate many of us.

Politics and bollywood are pretty much the same.

Both have to take utmost care of their public appearance and like it or not, they have to be fake, glamourous and The political dress code. They simply do not have the right to put their opinions. So, they dress up accordingly. Bollywood personalities to look glamorous and political personalities to look trustworthy. This is the only difference. Everyday appearance is necessary to be in the news, media and everywhere. After all, it comes under your job responsibilities. And, if you don’t adhere to it, you may vanish in this thin air.

Sometimes, you have to go against your own rules to make things right for you. There is a long queue of people to replace you and thus, you need to be unique and people friendly. From social media to print and electronic, you should have a good reach through interviews, regular updates or maybe a controversy. Last but the most powerful one, you got to be an influencer.

Only then your demand will increase and you would have a long span. Both of these industries have come to a point where old ones need to get retired and newcomers are finding that one big break to shower their true worth.

Every country protocols – Political dress code

Recently in the UK, an MP has been trolled for not wearing a tie while he attempts to speak. In India, there is nothing like a dress code but politicians stick to the traditional ones and the colour is white. And, the reason is their own insecurities and some of the public demand as well. Previous politicians have made their mark and an image through heir attires and these newcomers keep doing the same. What more trustworthy than wearing a dhoti kurta and make people feel they are true Indian. True Indian??? They stick to Khadi but recently we have seen a shift. Cotton, Silk, and more of the fabrics are adding on to the list. All this depends on the place they are going to and the ambience they need to maintain. In a political rally, leaders tend to stick to the simple plain white kurta pyjama or khadi salwar suit/saree. On the other hand, in an official meeting, attires are embellished with a silk waistcoat or sometimes angavastram too or maybe safari suit also. Options are minimum though but political stylist are open to experiments but they have their own limitations that leaders themselves don’t want to push. As I said, the reason is again the insecurities to be thrown out of the position and trolled by opposition parties. Twitter trending is haunting them too much I believe.

Offended journey

Many of us get offended if any of the country’s representative dresses up in complete western clothes. For instance, Priyanka Chopra was criticized by many for wearing British attires during Meghan Markle’s wedding. Red carpet celebrities are admired more if they wear saree or any other traditional attire. Taking lessons from it, politicians do not even dare to go beyond that. We see every time they are on an official tour outside India, they only wear Indian. Once a leader is outdated, no movie or a pitch could work for their comeback. Only a miracle can do.

There could be long-list of do’s and don’t but that’s the irony of being a public representator or a leader. Protocols apply as soon as you become a public figure. Hats-off to all those who are following them religiously and a hi-fi to those experimenting with it. We can just wait and watch what more Indian leaders do more within their boundaries and woo us to get more votes.

Political dress code – Let’s just not judge them in this experimenting stage but troll them for every little weird habit. That’s how digital gen is!

If he would, maybe he wants you to show the real image of him.

Nobody has seen God, so the matter of designing sculptures and re-inventing their avatars according to the current trend and fashion is all done by us, the humans.

Why do we exaggerate the God figures?

So people can look up to them as superior.

This is the one and only reason. Let’s take an example of God figures and God Krishna. He is a dark complexioned God but everywhere in Television, he is seen as fair or blue especially if the scene is of his childhood days. You won’t see a dark child and say he’s cute and watch him. (You Won’t) That’s the irony – we are racist even when it comes to God.

The preachers if come in denim, would you listen to them – no!

They have to wear traditional clothes and garlands and entry must be a high profile one. Otherwise, I don’t believe he is someone special. There are five elements we are made up of and God figures only believes in it. Other than that, the avatars they took lead a normal life just as others. We should not be surprised to know that we can also practice and become a holy figure. Needless to say, many of us won’t believe it but that’s true. What if we know there is someone called as God exists with no temples and nothing to worship? Would still the belief exists as it is now? Maybe no or maybe yes. Today, we don’t read the holy books, we only see the moulded versions of it as per the producers to gain TRP. And, this is all that we believe in. If this won’t exist, maybe we would be reading the books getting wholesome of knowledge rather than being lost in the fakeness.

Hinduism has the most non-believers

You can hear many people cursing their own beliefs. Some don’t like the idols worship and some have the issue with the waste of offerings made to God figures. Well! all this can be true but the fact is you can’t turn your face and walk past rather if there is anything wrong, what have you done to save your own religion/nation to practice wrong? You have done nothing. Instead, you start acting like an atheist but inside you still believe in a positive energy. Get your hands working on what’s right and practice it instead of leaving it as it in the evil hands. There might be business minded people trying to snatch money out of poor ones in the name of fear, not in the name of God. Aware yourself and your surroundings to protect what is right because a place of positivity is needed to overcome the negative thoughts.

God-fearing or God-loving – What do you choose?

God does not look like what you imagine when you think of him. We wonder if he is an entity or just a energy. Most of us or maybe all of us fear of him that he will punish us in doing a sin. Really!

Ain’t your own practices lands you to trouble and you blame everything on God. You expect a lot from God and business needs to make it true so people can depend on him and business get their profit. This is a vicious circle we don’t even understand.

Work on yourself, make it a loving figure, compete but with ethics mode on and work hard to succeed. Even if someone loses the game, he would win at the end and same with the winner. For all of this, change is a vital element. You think you are putting your efforts but nothing you gain from it, indulge in some change within your lifestyle and you will definitely see positive results around you. Make happy relations with everyone around, your relatives, your neighbours, basically talk to people, try to strike a conversation and then you will know your own shortcomings. Your thoughts will eventually get broaden up and you will start observing, analysing things in a better way. Your judgments for everyone passing by will vanish because then you will start to see the world from the other side as well. Try to be more realistic than to be in an imaginary world. Be real with God too.

Starting off with the image of a God has a reason to give it a thought on what we are practising wrong till now and what we can do. Start living your life as you wanted, shred off all the negative thoughts and work hard on your dream project. Life will be easy and beautiful once you start to see God as someone loving who does no bad to anyone and not someone who punishes and want to be a superior being.

There will always be less amount of money in your bank balance to fulfil your desires because they are endless. There is nothing we can do to stop being desirable but something that we can do is a “reality check”.

When you start your career…

You start as an intern and go further being an executive. At this point in time, sometimes candidates are underpaid but they work really hard to make it. Live out of their hometown, share the room, learn to save and many other things. But still, you somehow you manage your weekends to be fun.

When you are promoted…

Got a new position and a salary hike and you think you saving more and also enjoying more. You plan weekend trips, getaways, camping and go on adding your bucket list. There is always a complaint which is to have more. The workload is sometimes compromised.

When you are in a higher position…

The work trouble is again tiresome because there are other roads of your personal life interfering in that arena. You have responsibilities, more pressure and maybe a different dream out of the league to start off again.

Dream? Follow them or not…

You have this dream since childhood or maybe after you graduated when you know your caliber or what is that thing you are capable of. But, due to an existing circle, it wasn’t possible to pursue or even think about it. When you know you can do, you again start dreaming. Isn’t it being unfair?

All the years you spent working in an office, give all of you to make money when on the other side you can follow your dreams and still make money out of it.

Salary coming from a source which is meant only for the salary will never satisfy you. But, when the source is you, your talent, it will definitely give you everything or most important you don’t have to be someone else.

Let us get to the fact that Indian youth is under pressure of following the crowd and they are not capable of following their real dreams. They are influenced to accept society’s laws as the only correct way to succeed. Till the time they realize the facts, some lose the charm to start off again and those who do are often abandoned disheartened on their way, go back listening to the shrewd comments. And, those who succeed are the diamonds which make people shut their mouths and be an idol for thousands of others. But, you will do a mistake if you follow them. Don’t follow anyone rather create your own path. You can motivate yourself with the stories of these influencers but never get influenced or you will end up following their path leading nowhere.

So, the only mantra to have a job satisfaction is to let no one stress you for not being perfect. Do not go over the board for anything. Maintain and equilibrium, professionalism, and very practical behavior when in office. You will never face self-respect issues if you follow this mantra otherwise keep on complaining. Just forget the fear of losing your job. There are many jobs around the corner who would love to hire people like you.

Quit where it is not happening and eventually you will end up in the correct place.

If we talk about being in an aura of positivity, we have one thing in our mind and that is Yoga. We cannot think any other option of being positive without realizing that it is just a mediator. For instance, yoga, gym, meditation, aerobics – these are just mediators to make a routing. Otherwise, morning and evening walk would do the same effect internally.

So, here we are looking for all the options which can make you in a positive aura other than yoga and meditation-

Being positive –

Day well spent

It is indeed important to wake up early. It is more like starting your day prior to the actionable things. If you head to the office at 9 in the morning, make sure you wake up at 6. There are many reasons behind it and the first one you will realize that life is stable, smooth and slow. Every time we do not want ourselves at a fast pace. The clock is already running and so you should not.

If the start of the day is good, the rest will be good as well or you make it genuine. Whether in the office or at home, you need to spend your day doing something productive. It is important to make you satisfied at the end of the day and you sleep well.

You are what you eat.

Eat not just healthy but on time or maybe in short intervals of time. The tiniest of the cell works only with the food you eat so you ought to choose it very carefully. You can either go to the nutritionist or make a food chart. It all depends on what kind of foody you are. If you like to be full at once or the one who eat less but after every 2-3 hours. You could opt as per your choice. Anything that you eat goes inside to your cells for working and reflects on to your skin fabrics. Your skin may be oily, dry and all this is what you eat.

How well you are managing your food shows up directly to your face and your characteristics. Your anger issues could roll-up with food and this is a scientific fact.

Do not play with words

Every time other than financial meetings it is not the time to manipulate people. Try to be simple with your thoughts and words. Do not be complex and overthink. People tend to understand the characteristics, think over and over again and came to some weird conclusion. Stop doing this.

Everyone including you has a different personality for their professional life. Do not make judgments because by doing this you are only creating a trap for yourself. If you are in a professional environment, try to broaden your mind and think you are an employee working for someone who is paying you. That is it. There is nothing you can get with the politics and bullying.

There are times when you get a chance to show your manipulation talent and then you will get a bonus, perks, incentives or maybe a promotion that you want. Making it a regular practice or ultimately a part of your lifestyle won’t pay you even a penny.

Time Management

There has to be rules and regulation that you must follow. For example – Do not take your office work to your home. Spent time with your family so that you know what is happening around and you feel attached. Before you sleep, you must have 2-3 hours of “me time” when you can just relax or may be spent talking with oneself. This time every negative ray that you may have got in the daylight will just vanish.

You need positivity in your life, feel that and work for it like you work for your dreams. It is easy to achieve the dreams if you have inner strength. And, power comes from being firm and concentrated. Have a set number of protocols and feel like a soldier. You would win in the end and there is nothing that can stop you.

Being positive – People even go to the temples and instead of praying, they gossip around. You can also go to the yoga therapies but motive plays a big role here. Same objectives are just to escape not to elevate. Choose yours very wisely.

Dogs are usually not so trained and face difficulty in socializing. They are been kept in flats or particularly in-house, so when they are taken out, they become aggressive. These situations are sometimes mishandled by the owner. You find so many other dogs barking from here and there and you are in the middle of it with your dog. Another situation is other humans looking at your dog with anger or sometimes saying harsh words as well. Dogs are not allowed in cabs, even auto rickshaws say no to dogs, metro and other public transport.

2 – Lack of training

This point is valid for both the dog and the owner. Dogs are not being trained especially if it is a small breed. Even the guard dogs are sometimes or I would rather say most of the times not being taken care of well. Dogs become depressed when left alone, they are bored by the loss of energy and active status they need. Owners do not know how to react in difficult situations with their dog. They are not ready for the emergency scenarios like first-aid, encounter with another dog, deal with anxiety issues and a lot like these.

3 – Health concerns

Dogs need a monthly medical check-up and the owners need expert advice on how to treat your dog. Common issues like ticks, fever and vomit need not be ignored. But, we do not notice the dog signs or are not able to read when they are sick. Dogs pretend to be aloof when they are not well and we think otherwise. De-worming, ticks injection and everything need to have on time consequences of which is really bad.

4 – Food habits

Anything which human can eat does not necessarily mean dogs can also digest. For example, onion, tomato, apple grapes are some of the few foods that cannot be consumed by the dogs. However, I have seen a lot of people ignoring these facts and keeping their dog on their diet. The reason is simply that they cannot do special something for a dog like a special diet, special bed etc.

5 – Family members hurdle

Anyone of the family member would be there saying curse words to the dog or just hate the dog. These are the members who never want the dog to be treated as family members. They are the ones saying “give them breadcrumbs” or “give them old clothes” or other statements like this. It is quite impossible to make them understand dog love. On the other hand, when they see a cow, they are all human or maybe more than it by showing respect towards the cow and teaching the young ones to do the same.

6 – Obsession with foreign breeds

I simply can’t find the logic of having a foreign breed and showing them off over the street when on the other hand, Indian breeds are being killed on the streets. They are the ones on the streets living life as hell, picking up food from the garbage and surviving under tough conditions. This is what we have provided them being superior amongst all.

7 – Adopt don’t shop

Parenting a dog – Start adopting street dogs through registered shelters and give a good life to one soul. Do not discriminate between female, male, foreign and Indian – just try to spread love and joy. And this bundle of love will surely make your life worth living.

Parenting is real difficult task- be it the human kids or the pets. Let’s just start making this planet worth living for every creature no matter how small or big it is. Start adopting street dogs through registered shelters and give a good life to one soul. Do not discriminate between female, male, foreign and Indian – just try to spread love and joy.

Another option is yes of course – the start-up.

Well! Not to let you down but how often have you thought about it. Just because a job is not your cup of tea, you think to have a business would. No! that’s not the point!

Let us discuss it one by one.

Job satisfaction

Nobody is nowadays and that is completely understood. Some of us are qualified to be someone else but are working on something else. Willing or unwilling that we are not discussing right now.

You are not satisfied with you job and this statement could have infinite reasons. It could be your personal life hurdles, you are not capable enough, a position is not worth, office politics, you are lazy and this and that.

First, if you want to open a start-up because of these reasons, stop now and think again. If you continuously try to escape from things like this, you cannot win. For instance, if you cannot handle office politics how can handle big things when you have your own start-up. These are just itsy-bitsy kind of hurdles.

What can you do?

How do you analyze things?

Go check your superiors and think if after a few years you want to be on their positions and would be happy. Saying no could have reasons like you don’t like him/her personally, no respect, no work ethics and so on. If the answer is no, think to quit but have something in your mind before that. I am not saying to not risk because risk factor is important too but at least have your plan near to perfect.

Apart from professional life, we always try to not mix our personal frustrations to our employer or colleagues. However, there are outbursts sometimes we can see in the office too. Make sure you have the potential and patience to carry it well.

Leaders have bulk elements in one moment and making them succeed is a true leadership quality.

You gotta handle employees, partners, compromise and adjust which you cannot do at job position would be so casual that days. So, you need to learn yourself to be a good listener but when you speak it has to be only you.

There has to be a social objective

Business, money and profit is one side and having a social objective is another. Be it a techie app for mobile or maybe a real estate plan, thinking of welfare fo the society is logical enough. It is the only objective that keeps you going and that lasts long. Your mission and vision of the company can change in a long run but this will only grow bigger and stronger.

You must have seen issues and concerns in your own society for which you want to build up a business to cure or to remove the hurdles completely. Or maybe if you have a business proposal right now, think how could it be useful to common people or to your target audience. But, whenever you try to capture the target audience, alternatively you need to think of everyone as your target audience. This will ultimately give you a goal and purpose for your future endeavours.

Take a break before

Before you start, take a little break from your life, go on for a vacation and just enjoy your heart out. Open yourself to new opportunities, meet new people, discuss life and do something which you are longing for. It will definitely give you a spirit to go further and achieve your dreams.

To be a Leader – Try to skill-up yourself because everybody knows their flaws. You should eliminate your flaws and shift them to a positive side. To be a Leader, go meet people and explore and expose yourself. Sitting in a room and planning for a bright future doesn’t work always. You have a life another side as well which is important. Every life, spirit, and person in your life is important. You want to be a leader, start living your life. The leader is an idol body for others to look up to him/her as not perfect but a live person.

One of that behavior is being lewd and if this is coming from your boss, it can be a very dramatic situation.

Company policies most of the time give warnings or ask their employees to quit the job on their own accord if they find them involved in some affairs or something offensive because they think it is affecting office environment. That’s pretty much fine but what about that someone includes your boss?

So, what kind of scenarios one can confront when your boss is being gross-

He/she cracks a joke which is offensive or is not appropriate

It will be then inappropriate from your end if you do not defend yourself either by saying it direct or giving a signal that you do not like it. Think of your Lustful boss as just another human being which obviously needs to know his/her limits and boundaries.

If anybody crosses the limits even it is your boss should be warned in a sensible way. Yes, handling the situation in a sensible way is of utmost importance here otherwise it could lead to unpredictable situations. The reason might be that your boss is not good at hearing a ‘no’ and especially if it comes from an employee. It is not about priorities that you put your job first and then your self-respect, it’s about letting someone know that you do not like this one particular thing in him/her.

For instance, you have just joined an organization where you have planned to have a long-term goal and at your first day your Lustful boss comes at your desk and cracks an inappropriate joke, what will you do? At that point in time, you might think to ignore because it is a first time but it would be much better if you stop it in the beginning so you do not create mess later on. Sometimes, it’s like a test that bosses usually do to check your human instincts. In all the situation which harms you, choose your words nicely and confront the situation like a wise employee. Like not yelling or making faces or saying in front of rest of the employees.

Sexist remarks

A piggish boss is someone you cannot ignore. While on one hand when he/she is talking to you directly so that you can reciprocate and on the other hand he/she gives a remark while in a meeting or in a group discussion or even a breakout coffee discussion. What happens when the latter scenarios become so often? What?

It’s an office where you work and involve your mental and physical stretch for someone who is testing your patience. This kind of environment distract employees from work and hence making performance down. Do not let anyone come against your career whether it is another employee or your boss. Remember, your career graph has nothing to do with an organization or your boss, it’s about how you perceive it. Make your priorities easy enough so that you fit in it and that is an important thing.

You do not have to make yourself uncomfortable in such situations because this is not a world’s end. Stand up for yourself and for your dignity, stop what’s wrong according to you and take your decision that is good for your inner health. Nobody can put you down until you do.

Lewd conversations

So, management and owners are those bunches of people to whom an employee can go and complain about anything offensive they feel but what when these bunch of people are to be accused. It becomes a place where there are no boundaries and employees are given freedom to speak their way out because boss themselves set no bars.

Objectifying humour should be completely against company policies. When you are sitting in a board meeting and your Lustful boss makes humour that is gender specific, it is obvious that your decisions or opinions won’t matter to the rest. Then, why the hell you are present there? At this moment, no matter what you should confront the situation, take hold of things, and march. That’s all!

All that we have discussed come under harassment whether physically or mentally.

If you think that’s a matter of an HR complaint, you should surely do, however, if your defence was enough to make them aware, leave it that way. It’s like giving warning to not repeat the same mistakes and if that does not make any difference, go for a legal process. No matter how headstrong you have, a person’s lewd behaviour affects you. It will affect anybody who does not have the same intention.

I am that much straight when I go to an office that it is just a place where I work, I do discuss happening with my colleagues and we share a good sense of humour and sometimes our personal life problems as well.

And, to some point, if any of the employees back bitches about me, do politics against, all this really does not bother me because I know I am very well prepared about it. When it is coming from the lustful boss, it does not make sense. Whatever it is, makes me go insane and rather than keeping my health at stake, I confront and that’s what I advise everybody.

On the other hand, triggers our mind to think about it.

I curse only in front of my friends

You are talking to your friend and if you don’t abuse, that’s impossible. Youtubers are getting famous through abusing, youngsters are getting opened up more and saying it directly. The logic behind this is just we cannot fake it. I want my parents to know the real me hidden behind that all innocent mask. Every parent thinks it’s the friend circle which is wrong but who knows.

I curse only when I am angry

I have seen every age group falls into this category. People abuse when fighting with each other because they can’t fight in real and to push off each other and get rid of this feeling of anger they curse. This has no logic anyhow but yes people do this because of insecurities, rage, blame game and topmost to win the argument. Raising the voice and abusing are two important weapons when you want to win the argument.

There may be some other excuses people might give, but where it actually came from-

Took it from parents

Children see their parents abusing each other or with the neighbourhood, so they find it normal to abuse. Slowly when they have a social circle, some may stop them and that is the time they got to know this is kind of not normal and acceptable in the society. But, as I say acceptable, it has many variations like if you are talking to your age group, abusing is completely fine. I, as an older one in my family, cannot say curse words in front of my younger siblings and this is something weird. This is like an ageing factor that by the age you got to know everything but then also we can’t talk about it face to face with each other.

Influencers

We have a social circle where coming up with new slangs is a cool thing. Slangs might be hard enough to crack one’s ego. So, when we try to make space for ourselves, we ought to be like them. Moreover, we got influenced by the way they talk and other people react to them. So, this is kind of a proud thing to be a part of the group and so we become like them. We abuse, we innovate new words, we slowly become the follower who follows what influence and my inner creativity get dies at that moment. This is not the scenario with everybody but let’s just accept this as one of the reasons.

Wherever you get it, you have been realized the point that whatever we say isn’t have an actual meaning of it. We say because it’s cool, it’s in the trend or maybe because it soothes our mind. We feel the same as we drink alcohol and relax our mind. As an Indian society, we have rules everywhere, so cursing has a rule too and that is you do it hidden and that is the only rule we have for every damn thing. We hide it.

And, to our surprise, they do this so that they can contribute more to their work. Believe it or not, celebrities do have a very different kind of lifestyle that we know a part of it, and to cope up with all the hurdles they take drugs.

Despite having a huge fan following, they feel alone and isolated because of the rules manifested to them. Once you are addicted to the limelight, you do everything to hold your position and no better than focus on your work.

Drugs give drug addicts a chance to think and work better (as said by them in various encounters).

Let’s disclose some of the Drug addicts celebrities –

Drug addicts –

1 – Ranbir Kapoor

Being brave enough, Ranbir admits to having drugs during film school days and during ‘Rockstar’. When asked the reason, he just says he wants to focus more. Well! We all know Ranbir’s struggle with his girlfriends and life, so maybe the reason for saying this has a long list of unknown facts and figures. Let’s not peek so much into his personal life, we are talking about the fact celebrities do drugs so they can work better.

2 – Lady Gaga

Though she wanted to quit and shared her experience by saying this addiction as a method of self-medication. She is addicted to marijuana and enjoys every inch of it. She started having heavy dosage when her career is at the peak. We can only analyze the fact that heights of success have serious side effects.

3 – Scott Weiland

This singer believes drugs made him feel overwhelmed and at that time he became more objective and more creative. He feels more when he is on drugs and thus writes songs better. I can’t say anything about it but what I feel is just that he is trying to fill a void in his life. To write something that touches the heart, you need to touch hearts of million people – that is a fact and you have these feelings already but what drugs do is simply make those feelings a priority in your mind.

4 – Amy Winehouse

She wasn’t able to handle the pressure of being in the limelight and being on the top. She started doing drugs which gives a good feeling in the beginning because it takes you far away from the real world. The time when you literally face the reality, all these feelings go in a gutter and you even become a worse person.

These are Drug addicts celebs – All these celebrities started off as an experiment and went on with heavy dosage. This is because they are in a lifestyle where drug use is acceptable, they have money to buy it and most importantly peer pressure. They have been introduced by some or the other person in the industry which eventually become a barrier to their career. Coming out of it took years and eventually, the career graph takes a U-turn. They try to come back but cannot with the same storm. The audience just doesn’t accept than with the same warmth.

Though some of us criticize it or some of us appreciate it. The fact is Bollywood and politics are two different trees with interconnected roots. People who want to know more how many cars their favourite actor has, the same way they want to know how many times Kejriwal get a slap or how Rahul Gandhi speech has incorrect spellings.

This is the curiosity media has hyped so much. When movies should be just an entertainment thing and politics a serious issue, both have become just gossip topic.

We are talking about politics here and Relationship with politics – let’s get to some points-

Relationship with politics –

1 – Sleeping on job

Imagine a situation when you are sleeping at your job and is captured and seen by the whole world, and no action being taken. You are being paid your salary on time. I won’t forget to mention that this is the situation when your job is to make strategies for country’s development, take actions, resolve common man’s issues and do all they say during elections. This is something very serious and hilarious on the other hand. Nothing so shocking when these politicians act like Don’s because we give them that space. Space of doing anything and still get paid, position and power. Try doing that in your job and next thing you will be joining politics after being fired from your job.

2 – One Night Study Before Exam

Politicians come into the picture when there are elections and then, as we say – promises are made to be broken. Have fun until next elections come. What will happen if our job would be like that? Don’t work until next appraisals come. And, at the time of feedback, set new targets and make everyone fool. I wish!

3 – No age for retirement

Nobody can snatch your power and till you get older and older, it is easier for you to stay in your position. Because our kind of mentality lies in the thinking that young leaders are not mature enough and they can’t handle the responsibilities. As if, they are handling it very well from the last so many years. There are these air hostesses in the airlines who landed up in cabin crew job once they give birth to their child or sometimes get married. On the other hand, we have politicians who even get a serious mental issue and still be ready to lead our nation and we are completely fine with it. Hats off!

4 – Sometimes faking the hard work

You don’t even peak into the lives of poverty-stricken people and when it comes to voting time, everyone can be seen running towards their places. As if every politician has set their every day’s target. Also, it is a possibility that they have this arrangement done by their respective managers so nobody clashes with the other one. Okay, one day you go this poor man’s hut and the next day I will go. I have a plan of eating with them. Ok! I will help them clean their floors. Like really!

5 – Perks

Medical facilities, travel expenses, government quarter – more than half of my salary vanishes due to these expenses. Don’t forget the taxes included everywhere. What life for doing what? Having a good sense of humour shown by tweeting. What to say? Keep it up!

Relationship with politics – All the above points surely made my point valid.

I have this hate emotion when I saw something wrong is happening and hear some news. I love them when some strange dumb man keep people wrapped around in his pinky finger. That needs loads of guts and patience and good acting and many more things that I am not aware of.

Yeah! This also includes the way they speak and what they speak.

Social media is handled by experts who try hard to engage the fans as much as they can. So, what exactly is left in the image?

Common people have always been interested in the lives of these celebrities and nowadays thanks to the social media; the distance has gone shorter and shorter. Now, what happens, people are more likely to know about their personal life like how these celebrities are with their spouse, children, friends, relatives and so on and so forth.

Due to all this, there is a new trend Image makeovers in Bollywood where the celebrity is presented as the perfect man or a woman or we can say an idol figure.

Image makeovers in Bollywood –

Why is this necessary?

To make a long Bollywood career as a leading hero/heroine – that’s the only reason. More you are the favorite among the audience, more you are likely to get a leading role, and otherwise you will be side rolled as a supporting actor. The actor usually goes into producing films, get married or start accepting senior roles. After all, they need to work anyhow and maybe because of fame struck; they can’t handle a low profile.

Let me give you all some examples-

Salman Khan –

He started out young, enthusiastic and performed quite well in the starting years. Thereafter due to court cases, his image became so negative that people started hating him. There comes the role of image makeovers who planned a strategy. This strategy includes Salman Khan opening being human trust, talking to media people with politeness, getting involved in social issues and many more. The results we all know, he is now a Bhai whom we love more than ourselves. His movies go hit one by one due to all the makeover was done by the experts.

Akshay Kumar –

He started out as an action hero, then comedian and now making movies on social issues. The fact is that we all know this is collaboration with the government but initially, nobody was accepting Akshay Kumar as a patriotic figure. Digital world came into the rescue of Akshay and there we see lots f memes circulating over the internet. I am seeing every day there is a new meme saying respect Akshay Kumar, he is the real hero and blah blah blah! Now, we have people who think every WhatsApp message is true, so I have no damn reason not to accept Akshay Kumar as my real hero.

There are many other examples they I can provide but I hope you all might have understood the image makeover I am talking about. This has become necessary in the Bollywood industry and to be very frank, I am not against it. As long as they are doing it for their career and people are not making them God, I am completely okay with it.

On another note, I have serious concerns with people who cannot listen to anything about their favorite hero. And, to the person who is criticizing, I mean why? Criticize your own work, so that it can upgrade, you can upgrade.

This is Image makeovers in Bollywood – At the end of the discussion, all this real hero image is a myth, go watch a movie for your own entertainment, for your own fun and that is it. Work on yourself, your life and of course get a life. Cheers!

Be it any damn reason!

You did not get a leave, you get overburdened, he/she is biased, you do not get a raise or some infinite number of reasons! Though these are some tiny ones and there are other like politics and racism and feminism and again some infinite reasons.

However, things we all should be aware of so that you don’t get into any trouble-

Boss Hater –

1 – Boss-Gossip –

Everybody does that but make sure you are not the one who goes into a flow while gossiping. Do not go over the board and crack jokes about your boss in front of anybody. People are judgmental in the office and they might mould it into some other way and then the whole office will make a laughing stock or maybe something worse than this will happen to you.

2 – Influencing New Comers –

Whenever there is a new team entry, you are the first one to go and introduce yourself. Well! That’s a good thing but the real issue begins when you start telling him/her about the past happenings and create chaos.

3 – You think your boss does not know a thing!

That’s the time when you are completely wrong. Especially when you are in a team, you are in a loop and maybe under your own influence but that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything outside this vicious circle. There exist people coated with candy all over and beneath them lies all bitter things. Try not to show off and over smart. Being yourself is the key which you should remember always.

4 – Boss Haters never confront the boss

When you are in the initial stages, you never confront him/her just because of the fear of being caught red-handed and then when your habit grows, you eventually become an expert. This way you lead yourself in a very chaotic situation where there is no serious motivation and a healthy lifestyle as well.

Boss haters are usually intellectual people but they tend to loosen all of their energy, intelligence observing their boss actions and then finding faults in it. The goal is not to overcome his position but just to prove him/her wrong in front of others, so the people do not look up to him as a boss. These people do not want to follow the orders instead are independent types may or may not be good enough for the team. Politics may ruin the team nature and eventually, the line of managers has to take strict actions followed by team split.

This is the sad part for any team where just because of one individual entity, everyone else has to suffer.

These boss hater become like one due to jealousy that they see themselves more deserving than the boss or could be the fact that they want to hide their own flaws. They might sound perfect or humorous or descent but they are not and they can never be.

Well! To be honest there is nothing like good and bad things about both because ultimately if you are happy following the rat race, who stops you from doing that. Satisfaction is all that matters.

Let’s get into the basics of how Passion VS Rat Race trend ultimately got started.

Passion VS Rat Race –

Family pressure

This is one of the main reasons people who are good at painting end up doing engineering because of family pressure. And, when they fail or get into stress, start their new life with their passion and excel in it not because they are super talented because it is the power within them which makes it possible. After mid-life crisis when life seems to be hell, one spark of light is enough to surround yourself with brightness. That’s all it is.

Passion VS Rat Race, My take – This is one scenario we discussed but go to the flashback and realize that time when you were in 10th std and did not know which stream to opt and just because you got a higher percentage, you end up taking science. We connect science with intelligence and arts with dumb students. And, then after college again you were confused with no guidance and end up taking some random degree college because you are influenced by everyone doing the same. After few years you realize it is not your call and you go doing something creative or something else. So, it is like you, as an individual realize your potential later in your life and this is not bad at all. Rather than dragging yourself into the same old situation every day, you get up and ready for a new beginning. That makes you a winner already.

Peer pressure/comparison

Passion VS Rat Race – As a child, you are always compared with your friends or relatives and that limits your intelligence. You know your competitors are only these people, then you do what they are doing and try to get ahead of them. Success is way ahead of all this and once you get this life lesson, you go on following your dreams.

Passion VS Rat Race, My take – above point is one-dimensional. Here teachers and our education system are equally to be blamed. I remember when I get the report card, toppers marks is in the other column to compare. So, when our education system is comparing us officially, we can’t stop anybody else from not doing that. Right now, we all are above this grading system and focus more on our quality as an individual. Like I focus on my present situation and how I can make this better. Would some learning certificate work or any workshop? These little things matter a lot. What if I am doing the same what everybody else is doing?

The difference lies when I am giving quality to my work, to my personality and the approach is simple i.e. not to feel complex. All this is in our head when we see others quitting their jobs and starting up their own business, go on to make a career in modelling. Here is when you define passion. If you are getting influenced by how much your colleague is earning now by quitting their job, this will be a rat race. If you are not happy with your job, analyze what is making you unhappy. It could be because of a bad boss, politics or something which is lacking within yourself. Try to find out the facts and not jump to conclusions so fast.

Try to find the purpose, the ultimate goal that you want to achieve. I don’t find anything bad in people doing executive jobs just because you find it boredom and thinks these people are not following their so called dreams. Stop thinking about others and get your life on track.

We read quotes and many write-ups saying “how to leave the rat race” and people even get influence by this thinking their jobs isn’t worth.

This is completely wrong. Until the time you do not know what is your goal, nothing matters.

Even in the rat race if you know how to tackle those cats, you are already above than those escaping it because of challenges.

There was a time when everybody was running for an MNC job and nowadays priorities have been changed. So, MNC’s also have molded some of their policies as per the new generation thoughts because they can’t afford low retention.

Let us go through some of the scenarios where we see both of the organizations, MNC and private company, good and bad points-

MNC and private company –

Job Satisfaction

This is a neutral situation where both of the employees see each other as satisfied ones because the grass is always green on the other side. If I ask an MNC employee, he would argue with the 24*7 support, shifts, and likewise many concerns which are not there in local organizations. On the other side, a local organization employee would argue by saying they don’t have good infra, onsite opportunities and many other examples.

Salary Issues

Some of the local employees do face issues of salary not being credited on time and an MNC employee has an advantage over it. On the other hand, there are some offices where you need to remind your boss about your salary. This is something not professional and out of the league but believe me we do have this kind of local setup in cities.

Hygiene Issues

Both are on the negative side this time because as per reports and findings, hygiene issue occurs in MNC but the other one still better. The fact is the latter one has fewer employees and hence they take matters into their hands through discussion and find solutions. That’ how it works!

Work culture

Something positive about MNC here is they have a process for even the tiniest of things. On the other hand, local offices sometimes come up with emergency situations and even be in loss due to lack of clear-cut policies. So, for most of the people working in an environment with a defined process seems good than be in a difficult situation and when it is not even your fault. So, that’s a thumbs up for MNC.

Politics

No there is nothing to say about this. Both the ends are on the same level when it comes to politics. Even according to me, it is the leader and its vision that matters a lot here. If a leader wants to have employees who chase the target rather than snatching and spying on other’s ideas, politics stand would be the lowest. Coming out of an ideal situation, both the instances may or may not have this politics bug and up to the employee who wants to share their part or not.

These are some of the major factors who differentiate the MNC and private company. Some of you can relate to it or some of you can’t but the fact is we all as an employee seeks a healthy organization to grow and succeed. Enter an organization after setting up your goals for a limited period of time, work hard to achieve the target and then take your decision to the next level. This is a very basic scenario and if you work like this, nobody can stop you from being successful and it could be MNC or the other one. Success is the ultimate goal nor the stability neither being the senior’s pet.
