It stands distinctive from the country-wide temples and pilgrimages for Hindu followers. The Mahakal corridor has been opened for the followers to access the temple in Ujjain. The Mahakaleshwar temple is a project dedicated to the Hindu God Lord Shiva.

The land area of Rs.850 crore is the estimated project to provide top-class modern facilities to the pilgrims visiting the Mahakaleshwar temple, in Ujjain.

Features attracting the Mahakaleshwar temple, MahaKaal Corridor

The widened and elongated pathway of the Lord Shankar temples is adorned with 108 pillars. The pillars are depicted in Ananda Tandava, which means the dance of Lord Shiva when molded in happiness and excitement.

The path is designed throughout, focussing on different tales of Shiva. Traveling through the Mahakaal Lok corridor is the route to spirituality.

The Ananda tandava, itself is one of the two types of Tandavas. Art helps followers to learn about the happiness that is described through the cause and its effects.

Form of dance that shows his extreme form, that is purest. It relates to feelings of extreme pleasure binding with the activities of nature. The pleasure and happiness expressed through the Ananda Tandava is the euphoria of the unblemished world. The feeling is sacred and pure which comes from purity, born as Shivam.

The entrance is known as the Nandi Dwar, and the artistic miniatures on the gate are a statement of the artisans. Pilgrims will meet the Ganesha Statue while entering into one of the 12th existing Jyotirlinga of Shiva.

Pathways describing the tales of mythology are developed with 53 murals on the walls. Apart from it, the Mahakaal corridor has been designed with 192 statues. Each statue has its own story to say, which introduces strength and removes evils.

Lingas and Rudra Sagar Lake, Ujjain

The place is popular with pilgrims, each year thousand of devotees visit the temple. Specifically in the month of Shravan, when the door of the temple is never empty as one of the Maha Shakti Peeths.

Hinduism states that Lord Shiva is timeless, Om. Also stated as the Lord of time. Entering through the NandiDwar the Rudra Sagar is visible. The beauty of the river glorifies the temples. The Temple floor reaches under the ground. About five floors are below, the shrine is silver-plated.

Devotees and pilgrims find their souls wandering during the two festivals. They are Nitya Yatra and Sawari. Devotees can perform their rituals by traveling to the Sipra for event bathes. Then, they can visit the gods and goddesses.

Harasiddhi

MahaKaleshwar

Nagachandreshvara.

These three idols show Shiva’s power to fulfill the desire for a pure soul. As well as the Lord who can control time. He is the Lord who can drink the poison, to save his people from evils and wears a half moon describing the universe.

Sawari is attended by pilgrims and devotees on Monday for religious processions. It is mostly on the Fortnight of Bhadrapada.

Lord Shiva, is the deity of power and strength present that is shown and described in the Mahakaal corridor. The designs and top-class facilities can provide space for devotees seeking spirituality.

Adeep, a struggler from poverty-stricken family has and made his journey from a security guard to a work as an HR in Razorpay. To earn his living he joined as a security guard in the company but progressively was able to see himself working with the HR team. It was all about his experience over the years that made him possible to overcome extravagantly and acquire the position.

Lack of education did not restrict him from approaching the goal of having a better job. The aspiration of creating opportunities is one of the reasons to give him the path toward success.

Journey of security guard to HR professional

Born in the village in Karnataka, Bidar, Adeep belongs to a poor and struggling family. There were limited opportunities for people if they do not have the support of finance and education. Nothing is different when it comes to Adeep, he was deprived of having a platform to educate himself. Nor, had any scope to earn for himself and his family.

The beginning to extend his limit towards a better life started after he left his village in Bengaluru. It is then, that he joined as a security guard in Razor pay. No job is less or undervalued, his ambitious life journey speaks to all. After completing his 10th, it was difficult to continue with his studies. In the present time when education is the priority and assumed to be the path towards providing opportunities for a successful careers.

But the determination and aim to improvise, learn and extend the eagerness to work beyond their limits or responsibilities has given them the scope to gain experience. Not only to stay bound to the job or duty but open to new challenges, being hesitant-free from inabilities. Accepting the hurdles and faults, improvising, and moving ahead have expertise in his field.

Employed and the point of life turning

Being an HR professional was after a dedication of more than 5 years. Adeep joined Razorpay in 2016, while working at the same company, and learning the skills over years changed his life. The turning point was after he was selected by his company to join the HR team. It was all hidden in his commitment and passion for the job.

The security guards’ job and the profession of HR have diversified genres. The experiences have enabled him to cover the journey with his utmost interest in learning and exploring. Apart from it, his performance towards managing his job and at the same time gladly accepting new assignments was not an easy task.

Observing his dedication towards his work and company, it was the team who supported providing, Adeep with a suitable position.

Despite of being the 10th pass, he works as a technical person supporting the company as an HR professional. Extending his boundaries and achieving the goals with dedication was all the Security guard, had as determination. The best part, as a company worker, he has got the platform to improvise, towards the sky is the limit. On another hand, the company can find a dedicated employee with potential to support them through the ups and downs.

History to celebrate the Samosa day

The making and invention of the Samosa in India are hundreds of years old. Each corner of India knows to prepare it with individual recipe ideas. But the main ingredient of Samosa is the potato smash inside that gives the salty, spicy flavor and the external is a crispy hot layer.

The occurrence of the Samosa was observed in Persian literature. It mentions the food that grew popular over time in Asia as well as in Africa continents. Making and preparing do not need many expensive items and is the best treatment when hungry.

Though it is not a native dish the Indians have it at the core of their heart. Sweet chutney or spicy, tomato ketchup, in any dip the food is ready to blend for flavor. As it is the one that anytime an Indian will like to taste. Therefore, the savor that exists at the core of the mind and soul encourages us to celebrate Samosa day.

It is for all ever after…

The preparation is loved by all, at the same time it can be made as per taste and ingredients available. Few may have it with stuffed potatoes, while some enjoy vegetables. Spicy or sweet paneer inside or some chicken stuffed into the samosa. The concept of stuffing with hot crispy layers makes it the favorite, with or without a cup of tea.

It may be fat with potatoes inside or flat with paneer crushes inside. With time the shapes and flavors are also adding to the types of Singaras.

From young to old age, enjoy savoring that gives happiness to the soul apart from filling the stomach. It is easy to make at home, as the ingredients are always present in the kitchen. It enables preparing any type on any day.

Traveling from the north of India to the south, east to west the presence of the Samosas is seen. The incorporation of the essence of tradition, state, and culture in food creates a difference. The change can be realized moving states, where the east may look for sweet chutneys, and the west may look for spice. Coconut stuffed Samosas are also a creative invention that is made during festive occasions.

As per the requirement and mood, the customized flavor gives birth to new Samosa recipes. Over time the widespread of Samasa has increased which has made it mandatory to celebrate Samosa day.

Bhagwani Devi, from the Capital of India, won three medals as the World master’s athlete. Her participation and winning medals including gold are encouraging. A way to spread positivity over the worst and hardships that people suffer during their lifetime. The strength to dream and live is the message derived from her wins as an Indian athlete.

Delhi’s Dadi her achievements at 94 years

It stands as a proud moment for India when Bhagwani wins her gold in the 100-meter race. Attaining the record of completing the 100-meter race in 24.74 seconds at the age of 94 years old. People at this age are found to remain bedridden, but Delhi Dadi remains among the extraordinary. She is a person who wants to survive a healthy life with an active mind and soul. Being the one, she is away from the crowd to snatch all the good and happy times, instead of wasting time on disappointments.

Creating a record as the oldest female to win as an athlete hails from Haryana. She studied till class five and above all from an early age was dedicated to playing kabaddi in her village. It shows that her interest in sports was from her childhood.

After winning and building a record she looks forward to participating in upcoming Championships. Her determination and fitness together make her the optimistic about successes ahead.

Old age minimizes the fitness of the mind and physical together. Surrounded by many problems, burdened with family issues, and above all suffering from critical health issues. But Delhi’s Dadi has a precedent to show the value of living life healthy, at the same time fulfilling the dreams that were once shredded due to responsibilities and lack of opportunities.

Grandmother and her views towards sports

A grandmother who has no teeth, as she said did not smile in her photographs. Still, the absence of her teeth did not bring changes to her motives. Bhagwani has a routine fitness schedule that keeps her healthy and fit. Even at the age of 94 years, she walks 2 km every day and spends at least three days a week on her workouts.

As per her age, she cannot continue with strong workouts but carries out the minimum she can. Or else there are high chances of injuries, but she still climbs the stairs of three storied building. Without complaining about leg pain, inflammation or weakness she waters the plants on the terrace.

While mentioning her diet and nutrition, she eats food without restrictions. But she prefers and strictly takes home made food. Delhi’s Dadi takes, chapattis, vegetables, and fruits, that is all healthy and nutritious desi food.

To bring back to the field was the inspiration of her grandson Vikas, a para-athlete. Even after undergoing the bypass surgery in 2007, she stepped into sports. At an early age, she lost her husband led to her giving up her interest in sports but later her grandson encourage her to return, standing in her 94.

The wide cultures in different parts of the country villages make them special and attractive together. Due to their unique cultures, they are popular worldwide apart from India. A culture includes lifestyle, food and surroundings distinctively attractive in the Soul of India.

Apart from it taking care of the avatars of God that exist on the earth in form of animals or other creatures is part of their culture. Apart from the popular celebration of Nag Panchami in the village, each home has a space known as “Devasthanam” for the snakes. It is the reason Shetpal village, Maharashtra is known as the Soul of India.

Pets have always been special members of many families, it can be dogs and cats. But it is difficult to believe that poisonous snakes like cobras can be part of the pet families.

Indian Mythology and the Soul of India

Cobra is one of the most dangerous animals in the world that is a powerful deity. In Indian mythology, the Shiva has the necklace of a snake and cobra. Surrounding his neck and shoulder is an ornament describing the power of the Lord to have the ability to drink poisonous elements of the earth. Religion and humanity exist together, in the village, the so-called soul of India.

The poison of cobra is so intense that it can kill a person through a bite in a few seconds. On other hand, Nag or Cobra is offered milk and worshipped as an avatar of Lord Shiva. The connection between the deity, snake, and Hindu religion is still as seen in the Shetpal village, Maharashtra.

The presence of the animals, such as cows, peacocks, bulls, and snakes is encouraged as part of their life. They feed them with vegetables and milk, as well as cherish their presence in their surroundings. Similarly the Shetpal village has a culture of providing shelter to the Cobras as their pets. None of the villagers attempt to drive them away from their campus. Similar to the villagers and other animals they are free to move around.

Nag Panchami the festivities of Shetpal Village

Nag Panchami is the festivity to cherish the power of Cobra. But the festival has nothing to celebrate with Lord Shiva. It is only to offer Nag, as an idol that takes place in different parts of the country. About thousands of devotees arrive to worship the Cobra. There is hardly any case of bites or deaths while there are hundreds of Cobra roaming around in the village.

Though Cobra represents the warmth and blessings of Lord Shiva, the reason for cherishing the day is different. Nag Panchami was the day, Lord Krishna defeated the Kaliya snake, So, both deities remind the significance of Nag Panchami. Milk or items made of milk are offered to the idol. Children or any farmer working in the field move without any fear, it defines the inner grace of the soul of India.

Villagers of the Shetpal village, Maharashtra relive the religion, culture, and humanity fearlessly in the soul of India.

But there are few who have played an important role in the fighting for independence their names are not included. Somehow their names are absent from the Indian history books. Rising from different parts of India they were dedicated to giving the country new light of happiness. It was for the upcoming generation, that they fought to the death to get independence.

Contributions of the freedom fighters are always honored, hereby those who had been a part of the freedom fights and their facts are not known to others.

Freedom fighters not present in Indian History Pages

The country became free from British dominance due to the sacrifices of the Indian fighters. The struggles of the fighters are unforgettable; it is the reason that each of their contributions should be remembered.

Alluri Sitarama Raju is not seen on history pages

The freedom fighter, Alluri Sitarama Raju is known as the hero of the Rampa Rebellion of 1922. He was the leader at an early age and died when he was just 25 or 26 years old. The reason for the rebellion was against British India. It was opposed to the imposition of the 1882 Madras Forest Act. The revolt was against the free movement of the tribes in the forest areas.

Veerapandiya Kattabomman, less known tribal warrior

The fight against the British was centuries ago, it was in 18 century that the King of Panchalankuruchi, Tamil Nadu declared war against the East India Company. His reign was entirely dedicated to refusing their dominance but the fight did not lead too far. When they had to give up after the loss of his life at the age of 39 years, he was hanged in 1799. The conspiracy to defeat the king was planned by the Kingdom of Pudukottai and Vijaya Raghumatha Todaiman.

Surendra Sai, from Sambalpur

Another revolutionary warrior, Surendra Sai, is not listed in Indian History. His period of revolution is from 1809 to 1884. He had spent his time fighting against British India to push them away from Sambalpur. It started with the successor of the throne, when Raja Maharaja died and Britain placed his widow, as the heir. Later to snatch the heir, Surendra Sai broke to war against the British denying accepting their decision.

Kamala Devi Chattopadhyay, a strong leader

Though name Kamala Devi Chattapadhaya is famous but also known as the female freedom fighter who raised her voice against Britain. An Indian social reformer and activist who fought for the legislative seat in India as the first female. Her contribution to fighting for independence is less remembered in Indian History.

Bhikaji Cama is rare seen in history pages

When popular freedom fighter is remembered for their contribution, the name of Bhikaji Cama is essential. She was the first person who hoisted the Indian flag in Stuttgart, Germany. She was born in Kolkata and died in Mumbai. After the breaking of world war I, she was in exile, and stayed in Europe later due her ill health she was allowed to return back home.

Indian History has lists of warriors but their contributions and facts are rare and found in the history pages. Their revolution and fight against British India was a platform of fire to drive them away.

Such a disaster is undesired but at the same time unexpected that has hampered humans and mankind. Considering the disaster was rare it was within the widened lap of the Indian Ocean. Earthquakes have been risky to lives and for nature at the same time. Destroying nature as land soils, water, and agriculture, specifically when there is the eruption of volcanoes. Indian ocean earthquake has been the worst story that has not only destroyed land, and coasts but also millions of lives. It is the worst natural calamity that occurred in 2004. Tsunamis and earthquakes both occurred together.

An earthquake that resulted in Tsunami

The earthquake below the sea level had shattered not only the floor but also lifted the flow of water intensely. The serial lifting of the seawater led to the formation of a Tsunami. The magnitude of the earthquake was 9, it was so severe that it had destroyed 14 countries at one time. The epicenter of the earthquake was on the western coast of the northern part of Sumatra Indonesia. Just 20 minutes after the earthquake in the Indian Ocean it had swiped off the coastline of Banda Aceh. It was less than half an hour that this incident had killed more than a lacs of people. Any of this kind of natural disaster is not observed in history.

The strong movements of seawater had moved towards the coastline. Forming high tides and waves that had circulated to the nearby coastline and the countries. Countries near the Indian Ocean such as Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and India had experienced the worst with the death of about 200000 people. Earthquakes and tsunamis together had terrified the countries with disaster, the power that nature itself possesses.

Communities of 18 countries are Homeless due to the Indian Ocean Disaster

Recovering from the disaster took more than 5 years. Communities and families were homeless followed by floods. Families including elderly people and kids who have to survive in water specifically in the communities bordered surrounding the Indian Ocean. Damages were also seen in the cities with broken roads and interrupted communication.

Another miserable fact that history could barely forget is the death of the children. Nature was rude and had snatched away about one-third of the children population. It was observed that children below the age of seven were hardly able to survive.

Women and families had to suffer losses with the death of their children. Some had lost one wife few had lost more than one of their children. The communities had undergone the worst mental health due to the loss and damages. The earthquake of 2004 in the Indian ocean had almost been a natural disaster that had fatigued human life.

Disaster has been many in history but destroying the countries. Hampering the population, and hitting the social lives was seen to be reforming with marriages after five years. The Indian Ocean earthquake had been a massive calamity that not only killed people but had broken the community’s morale in just half an hour.

It is a part of courtesy that they are served food and drinks with happy faces expecting nothing in return. According to the sacred religious Hindu Book states about feeding guests are a duty and a deed of virtue. As it says “Atithi Devo Bhava”, which means “Guests are God”. Not only for those who are invited as guests for a meal but also for relatives and friends who may not be invited have suddenly arrived at home. Indians do not charge friends for food.

Never Charge Guests or Friends For Food In India

If guests are invited for a weekend lunch or for dinner, it is a pleasure to serve them food and drinks made at home. The reason can be any but after having a nice discussion in the evening and having food the guest leaves the house with happy gestures. Friends may arrive with a bouquet or a small gift at your place. While some may just come without any gifts for their friends, it is fine if someone comes with any gift for the host.

With the belief of the statements in the Upanishads, the hosts require to arrange the dishes and drinks without any second thoughts of any return gifts. The satisfactory time spent together on discussions and eating together over chats of laughter gives a blooming experience to the hosts and the guests. When in India, it is against the hospitality rule, so never charge for food.

Please have a look at my Managed Lightboxes.

Guests may arrive any time of the week, So be ready

It doesn’t matter if you are working or being at home. The guests may arrive anytime at your doorstep without any prior information. Due to their busy schedules, they may give you a call and simply mention your expected time to be at home. Indians find it rude to say no to their guests when they want to visit even in the early morning or at 12 am at night.

Maybe it is one of the reasons that the rice cooker is never cleared off on the same day. There is a trend that the cooker should always have some rice in it. Perhaps, if anyone comes then it will be enough to serve a meal even at the midnight. Indian kitchens always have some extra food and drinks. As they are also not aware when there may be a guest at home without invitation. The guest may or may not pay back with any gift or pay back a part of hospitality as “Atithi Devo Bhava”.

In the same way, friends can be at your doorstep, and may or may not provide any prior information, you cannot charge friends for food. When they are at your home, it can be a plate of rice or a cup of tea never expects any return gifts from them. It is the time they spend together, hoping to have the feeling of closeness that cannot be weighed with money materials.

The city is a hub of IT professionals from different parts of the country. Located in Maharashtra it is adorned with precious culture and wonderful heritage. The second-largest city with the strongest economical and industrial growth. Pune was changed from Poona in 1978.

Pune city changed overtime from Poona

It was in 1857, the name Poona was given by the British India company which was later changed to Pune city. The culture changed with the name of the city.

Poona’s Construction of historical monuments

During the reign of the British India company, there were different historical monuments constructed. They serve as the heritage of India. The reigns of the Mughals the British and the Marathas had different influences on the construction of the historical monuments.

Around 1910, the Tilak Tank was converted into a swimming pool. The attraction of this unique place is the natural springs surrounding the old stone quarry. Another part of uniqueness was in this time with the building of Lakdi Ka pul, it is a wooden bridge that still exists.

Educational Colleges and schools

At the present time, when Poona known as Pune city has the highest number of engineering colleges. It was in the 1980s that colleges were built by Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Poona was always the developed metropolis in India from its early times of Independence. After British India had been conquered, the Deccan college was established in 1851.

During this reign, the college of Engineering was founded, while at present time Pune has the top and highest engineering colleges.

Pune stands famous as a cyber hub

As the educational developments had taken place about centuries ago, the new version of Pune has become a hub for corporate jobs as well as a cyber hub. Being the IT hub, top tech parks are established in this corner of Maharashtra.

Various innovative technological sectors have occupied. Along with the top brands of automobiles, manufacturers have reached the hi-tech city. The most advanced city with the presence of top brands, it is the business hub of India. Emerging as the leading tech hub followed by the establishments of startup brands.

Pune city as Commercial hub

Not only limited to hi-tech industries, but so-called Pune is also one of the commercial hubs in India. Corporate careers are booming with young minds and innovation inspiring them. The city also has the world’s largest truck-mounted multi-span bridge system. Outstanding arrangements for providing the largest bridge of 75 meters for battle tanks.

Real estate, healthcare, and telecom are finding it a booming market. Investors are attracted to the manufacturing sector due to its progressive perspectives. Pune stands as the most developing commercial hub.

Poona had given the route to upcoming generations to develop as the aspects of the developments. Pune still remains the leading city with sectors parted into education, IT or technological sectors, and commercial hubs. Earlier as Poona, it was the most established city, even after years Pune remains the second most developed city in India.

It can be a priest of a temple or practicing religious beliefs. In every sector, it is men who are involved in keeping women away from serving God and Goddess in Modern India. There are restrictions for women to step inside the temple, most of the offerings to God are done by men. Puja and chants are carried out by men, it is opposite to the ancient women.

The culture and religion of ancient India describe women in different criteria. They not only offered to the God and Goddess but also chanted mantras. Sati is an avatar of Parvati or Sita who prayed, meditated, and chanted mantras while offering prayer to God.

The modern world restrict women

Restrictions are many when there is a matter of offering rituals and prayers along with chanting mantras. Women are not allowed to do so, even when they know and can confidently chant mantras. There are restrictions describing the kind of mantras women can try and not all of them are meant for them. On the other hand, men can perform all kinds of rituals and chant mantras of different kinds. It is pointed out at the fact that women cannot read Vedas. Reciting mantras in the modern world are for men, there is discrimination.

Ancient women were likely to offer prayers as well as recite mantras, there was no discrimination against men and women. While the culture and lifestyle of the ancient times differed from the present. Their dedication towards their society and culture varied.

Brahmavadinis, dedication to Vedas

Learning of Vedas required dedication and commitment. It is a reason that during the time of learning period girls who graduated had two choices. Either they could choose the married life or they can choose the life of the Brahmavadinis, they will commit to learning and study Vedas.

Studying Vedas and learning expertise was known as Brahmavadinis. Though they were not prohibited from marriage most of them preferred to stay unmarried.

New world looks for Brahmavadinis

The practicing of rituals and studying of Vedas had given the boon of the highest philosophical knowledge. They were learned who recited sacred texts after years of studying the holy religious books. They should not be confused with the Sadyovadhu.

As centuries have passed by the population of the Brahmanvadinis has diminished, who can practice and chant mantras. Over time in the modern world, the demand for women ascetics is increasing. Their desire to learn and study Vedas are giving voices to the women. Ancient women of India had a time of equality and progress in terms of learning, who were liberal and independent.

The women scholars were spiritual and intelligent and acquired a high position in society. But over time the status and thought of equality were destroyed pushing them down into darkness. Deprived of education and equality they started suffering leading to the disappearances of Brahmavadinis.

Apart from real people after observing certain incidents have given reason to rethink and believe in facts that should be known as magic. Facts that cannot be practical but remains in the present world proves about the miracles.

Indescribable miracles of the facts in India that are true

Being human and resisting the electric shock is impossible. Somehow or other people are not at all able to resist if somehow they are in contact with the electric current. Over years several accidents have occurred. But Deepak Jangra from Haryana is bestowed with a strange behavior against electricity. He is known as the electric boy of India who can withstand up to 1100 watts.

This boy was able to know about his ability when he had touched the wires and nothing happened to him. After it, he came to know that it is an indescribable magical feature that Deepak Jangra possesses.

Indescribable miracles of Three-eyed calf

Three eyes of Lord Shiva and its strength are known to all. The third eye on the forehead is considered to be powerful and can burn the Kama. It is one of the religious beliefs that remain in India among Hindus. Cow or Nandi is the Vahana of Lord Shiva, the entire mythological features was seen in a calf.

The calf has three eyes, one eye on the forehead that is similar to Lord Shiva. The presence of the influence of Lord Shiva is seen in the cow which itself seems as a miracle.

Man survive without food

No one in the world can survive without food or water. But there is a priest, Prahlad Jani who does not need food and water to survive. Over years he has been staying in a cave in a rainforest, in India. And on investigation it is proven that he lives without drinking a sip of water for years.

It has been more than 50 years that this monk survives, indescribable magic that hardly anything can explain.

Sonic Boom, Jodhpur

The sonic boom in Jodhpur is another strange behavior that does not have any reason. It was on 18th December, 2012 an explosive sound was heard in Sonic boom, Jodhpur. The sound was so intense that it could break down glasses if stayed for few more seconds.

According to the research made it is believed that UFOs may have been around in Rajasthan. But there is no specific evidence of the sudden severe sound of the Sonic Boom in Jodhpur.

Reincarnation of Shanti Devi

The rebirth has always been in fiction stories and movies. But after knowing the story of Shanti Devi who is believed to die after 10days from the day of their child’s birth. She clearly remembered her past life and took rebirth as Lugdi Devi. She was a popular subject for the incarnation of Indian researchers.

Magics have always been supported by science and evidences. But these are some of the facts that are indescribable magic which is nature’s secret. It will remain popular as a reason to exist on earth but without explaining their existences.

The changes and revolution brought new light and hope of surviving better when voices were raised against their human and equal rights. One of the young voices was of Harish Iyer, an activist who still works against all the odds in society.Born in West Bengal, 1979 Harish Iyer graduated from the SVKM NMIMs, Mumbai. His work and responsibility towards society are known and it is the reason for his popularity.

His contribution against child and women abuse, violence, equal rights for transgender and the LGBT community is undefinable. Over years, he had participated in awareness campaigns to bring a change in the thoughts of society and engage to a better cause and humanity.

Harish Iyer is one of the equal rights activists who worked for decriminalizing the most cursed relationship of homosexuality. Dedication towards humanity and his approach to changing society set him to apply for a 377 case. Therefore it was in 2018 he was appointed to express his thoughts and speak on his allegations towards the challenges faced by the community.

Harish Iyer, activist and his voice on behalf of Sufferers

Lots of people were hesitant to speak their minds. They were suffering from the pressure of society, moving against their wills. Hiding their nature and behavior was a part of their stress and harshness. But Harish Iyer is one of the people who had spoken against the pressure which they have to face being a transgender or any LGBT.

It is when speaking about rights he mentioned the necessity of having non-heterogeneous people in politics. He said that “Political parties do not have non-heterogeneous people in the party. This is why people like me must join politics to make their space. As there is no one to express our genuine viewpoints”.

While mentioning child abuse, he also recollected the incident he was abused when he was a kid. He said, “I was 7 years only when I was first abused by a male relative and it continued for the next 11 years”.

Harish Iyer Real-Life Story Inspired Movies

His life is an open book as Harish Iyer is no longer hidden. It has given courage to many introverts who could hardly explain or were hesitant to speak about their truth. The truth relating to abuse or being gay, his strong approach towards truth gave voice and thoughts to many young ones.

“I Am” and “Amen” are two movies that were inspired by the real-life story of Harish Iyer. Both are based on child abuse that he had felt and can relate to many lives. Raising the voice of child abuse has given an idea to the parents and the caregivers about the issues that a child can face but cannot explain.

In present society many kids face child abuse, it can be at home or in school. Iyer’s voice against child abuse irrespective of gender has brought a revolution to the society of India.

Activists Harish Iyer’s Awards and Appreciation

Achievements of activist Harish Iyer’s have been not only for working against child abuse and supporting LGBT. He worked for the rights of women, also worked for women empowerment.

In 2016 he was awarded the Energising Bharat Award by BPCL. Apart from it, he was given the Zindagi Live Awards for extensive work against child abuse.

Explaining the issues of child abuse and being gay has been a difficult task. It was then his determination to fight and revolt against all differences and problems brought a lot of struggles. His early life was not at all normal when there was a lot of suffering. His fear was intense that could not forget his early days of childhood. He said, “I started to fear men”.

He also said that “at a time while fighting with the mind and the society I decided to commit suicide”. But he was able to survive, which was the turning point in his life. Iyer found a mission to survive and fight for those people who are tired of fighting against the dual existence and child abuses.

Masculine Appearance and Feminine approach

Defining and pointing out the problems of those kids or people who do appear to be male, possesses masculine features but their approaches are female. Mentally they are not able to accept themselves as male when they are comfortable behaving like a female. He also pointed out the problems they have to face at their workplace or a place of education.

He said, “Such people cannot succeed at their place of work. As they are abused and bullied”. Raising the voice against discrimination is now no longer based only among genders and castes but also on LGBT and transgenders.

Harish Iyer is one of the top supporters and influencers of India’s Lesbian and gay community. He ranks among the top seven people on the list. Apart from being an activist, he loves to write columns and travel.

He is carefree and honest to accept his feminine nature through the beginning of his life was messy and filled with hardships. But his strength to express his mind out and prove his thoughts explaining that nothing is against nature has given him and others freedom to survive. Reducing the unfolded crimes and abuses boosting the society with new light and images of truth.

A mammal known for their intelligence and memories, elephants are the most closest and precious pets.

Taking care of the Elephants by their caretakers brings them closer to the soul. They are domesticated animals but it is not easy, it takes time and dedication to train them. Being for a long time with them, being dedicated and their intelligent approaches make them the favorite over time.

July Is the Month For Elephant Spa

Elephant Spa is now a Cultural Event India that is celebrated during July. For 48 days this Spa is open for pampering them with all sorts of relaxation techniques. The Indian Elephant Spa has their best time relaxing and enjoying the treatment for them.

There are different treatments that will help them to refreshen their minds and soul. It is true that these mammals have greater intelligence and emotions. The Spa treatments ensure them to give a refreshing time reducing stress and hard times.

From having a good scrubbing throughout the body, washing and cleaning altogether give them a happy feeling. Pampering with much care and affection to them at least once a year this event is a need for them.

At a stretch, the spa can work for more than 50 elephants. Massage of the body is an amazing experience that is not only for humans anymore. The largest mammal has snatched the treat for themselves. Their importance in carrying out various activities from temples to the domestic help for their Mahut is well-known.

In temples, their necessity to participate in regular rituals, or work as a carrier for any organization, elephants are always committed. They are wild until trained, but once domesticated they turn to be the closest member of the family.

Elephant Spa provides them luxurious treat

Kerala is one of the religious places where the elephants are part of the temples. Temples need them for religious processes and other activities. This event takes place in Kerala, it is in July that the masters can bring their pets to the event and give the treatment of rejuvenation.

The elephants deserve the treat from their masters so that they can relax and regain their energy for the upcoming weeks. To begin with an energetic week, they need this spa. It is when they sleep for hours on the water beds, they are scrubbed, massaged, and cleaned.

Snacks and Food after bath

After having a refreshing body spa they are provided with snacks. Followed by snacks they are served with delicious and nutritious food. A complete day to feel relaxed and stress-free, a treat they deserve after their hectic work schedules.

Apart from this Monsoon spa at the Punnathoor Cotta Elephant yard in Kerala, there are many other events of elephant spa in other parts of India. But it is popular for its overall services provided to them as a token of care and pampers.

Krishna Yadav, despite any lack of family support and suffering from poverty, now stands as one of the leading entrepreneurs of India. She owns four companies and manufactures pickles of 150 types all over India. Due to hardship and poverty her bold steps to ensure providing her family a better lifestyle pushed her to take initiative and start her own business.

She does not have any formal education so it was difficult to think and initiate them at once. Time turned to be harsh when she had to sell her house for the downfall of her husband’s business. Afterwhich, they left their place Bulandshahr and moved to Delhi to earn their daily bread. Whenever tried to somehow earn for living in Delhi, it was mostly a failure. Firstly they started with organic farming, but it was not helping them much to earn well.

Hard luck followed after her husband had failed to run the car business when they left their own place.

Pickles and Murabba made Krishna Yadav an Entrepreneur

After failing a number of times in different fields to earn money. Krishna Yadav started her small business of making and selling pickles from shops to shops. It was difficult to sell them via shops. Then they started selling directly sitting at the roadsides. This was the new beginning to step into entrepreneurship.

As stated earlier that Krishna Yadav had no formal education but she was not hesitant to pursue vocational training for small businesses or entrepreneurship. She said that ”life was not easy, as I was a farmer’s child. I had already experienced the hardship due to poverty”. But after marriage, I was not aware that my life will face the same in future”.

Farming of vegetables was not a success as she said that her husband lacked the knowledge and skills of farming. Her father was a farmer who supported them to start their farm in the year 2000. This was also not a booming business as they could hardly make any money from the vegetables that were sold in the market. Whatever vegetables were sold in the market was not enough to ensure profit so that they can ensure to cultivate more vegetables. Overall it was not at all successful which pushed them to think about a new business.

Depending on business was a necessity as her husband was not able to find a job even after three months in Delhi. The only option was to do something of their own that can provide food to their family.

It is when Krishna Yadav had to think of an alternate way to make a better business. While looking for better options to start a business while continuing with farming. There was information of training extended to help the farmers. She took the chance of learning and educate herself at the Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Almost after one year of engaging in the farming of vegetables, she took an interest to learn about the different aspects and the ways one can make business. It was a stepping stone to work as an entrepreneur.

Techniques and skills of Krishi Vigyan Kendra and her contribution

Vegetable farming is popular but rarely one can find out ways to prepare pickles and Murabbas from it. She developed her skills and techniques from the training provided by Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Memories of home food reminded her of different recipes, she mentioned that “ my mother use to make pickles out of carrots, grandmother and mother are my inspiration”.Vegetables grown at home were healthy and useful to make a variety of preparations.

Apart from the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, she took training from two other renowned institutions. After which she started to prepare pickles and sell them. Selling at once was not easy but after two to three years of struggle, there was slow growth in her business. People started appreciating her pickle recipes, this was a turning point in her business career.

Krishna Yadav’s Success after struggles

After an increase in sales at the corner of a road, in 2002 the pickles were slowly sold to the shops. Earlier there was a time when these pickles were not accepted at the grocery shops. In between as there was a demand for the pickles, it is when she further improved skills through pursuing advanced training in pickle making. With the popularity of the Krishna pickles, the small roadside business grew to factories over years of hard work and desire to sustain for ensuring better living for her Kids. She said ‘ I have never got an opportunity to study but I wanted my kids to get the best education”.

Krishna Yadav is an Indian Entrepreneur who is awarded the Nari Shakti Samman in 2016. She stands as an inspiration to those women who want to prove themselves. The need and austerity seem to inspire people to overcome obstacles and sustain progress with continuous efforts.

Being successful and expertise she started providing training to other needy people. As she stated that “I want needy women like me who are unemployed can start their own business and make India proud with their innovativeness”.

Each month the factories supply 50 tonnes approximately, and sold in the market. While managing the deals and sales estimates have been a matter of difficulty for her. Krishna Yadav, the famous entrepreneur said that “My children have completed their studies and now they teach me. And I learn from them”.

Krishna Yadav and her husband together run their business. Now it has a turnover of 40 million INR every year. Poverty and the necessities led her to struggle and work for her family. She also said that “I started the business to fulfill my needs but I never thought that my work will provide me such a great honor that I will receive an award from the President”.

Being a women entrepreneur, selling pickles and Murabba has given her the honor for her strength, determination and above all to maintain the traditional touch in her products. It has enabled her to trace her way to success, it was all about her desire to push away poverty from her life. This ensured her to give strength to struggle and succeed as an entrepreneur.

Their first concert was at the Roots Festival at the Water Sports Complex in Umiam, Shillong. After which it has performed in different concerts in Asia and other countries.

Few of the top fests and concerts of the Soulmate bands were in Southeast Asia, the US, and The Middle East. The band progressed and stood high over years without any downfall even after years. They are one of the leading Blue rocks bands in India.

Their expertise over blues and Jazz has given them fame as leading musical bands who also had performed among the 150 bands at Ground zero in 2010.

As Rudy Wallang, the guitarist and initiator of the development of the bad mentioned that “We are proud of our Achievements”. He also mentioned that over years there has been the rise of many new bands. But their success and popularity over time have proved their exceptional work on blue rock music.

There are many festivals taking place all over the country. But their achievements over years have been impeccable. It is from the beginning day of the Soulmate band till it stands well recognized that points at their success.

Shillong the state of Music culture

Meghalaya has the culture of music, it has the presence not in its traditional or ethnic forms. But the winds of western music swing with the mists of cloudy days. Shillong is known as the hub of western music. Vocals, guitars, and westernized music concerts and fests run throughout the years. People love to live and enjoy celebrating music, it can be their traditional Khasi folk dance with flute or blue rock music.

Here Tipriti said about “their keen interest towards blue was intense due to the roots that they carry”. Blue rock is in the roots of Meghalaya that have inspired them to build a band. Playing blues is one of the talents that are in her, being in the vocals giving life to the lyrics that touched the heart of the listeners are part of their talent and dedication.

Connection with the stage, audience, and instruments

Playing instruments is not only a skill that they possess which they have developed over years. According to the Guitarist Rudy, he mentioned that a connection has grown over years with instruments. With the use of instruments, he can express his emotions whenever on stage.

The Soul mate bands have pointed about the emotion develops connection, not only with instruments but also the listeners on the other side of the stage. He has been playing an instrument for years, and so he said that “ I am comfortable to be emotionally naked on stage”.

“There is no perfection in the Blues”, Tipriti TIPS Kharbangar said. Playing blues may not be easy for those who are concerned much about escaping from flaws or mistakes. Blues need a connection that can withdraw the attention of the audiences from mistakes of tunes or instruments and touch the core of the heart. Emotionally connecting with the audiences is the need of instrument players which is a matter of talent and experience.

Soulmate band at the start with lack of opportunities

The beginning of the Blue band Soul mate in Shillong was not easy. Being from a small state arising and establishing to be recognized was difficult. According to Rudy, he said that there was a lack of opportunity and venues.

For performers, it puts a great impact in terms of struggles and gains success. There was indeed a lack of exposure for the new blue rock band of Shillong at its beginning.

The main reason to grow as popular as a blues-rock band is their desire to play live. The band works on live concerts and plays music, it enables them to interact with audiences. This connection has been a strength for the band to work hard for music. Their distinctive quality to interact has made them the leading blue rock bands of India.

Achievements of Soulmate, Blue rock Band Shillong

Rudy and Tipriti have the primary leaders of the band, but they have other team members that have enabled them to improve the band’s music strength. Some of the prestigious performances all over the world apart from the natives are the Mosaic Music Festival in Singapore in 2009. It was a few years that of the band formation that had performed abroad. Another remarkable performance was at the Maximum India Festival at Kennedy Center, Washington DC in 2011. Baltic Blues Festival in Eutin was also one of the iconic achievements of the music career of the Soulmate band.

Rudy also stated that they intended to popularize and let people know about Blues-rock music. There are only a few people who know about this unique western music, as blues is the foundation of modern western music.
