Adeep, a struggler from poverty-stricken family has and made his journey from a security guard to a work as an HR in Razorpay. To earn his living he joined as a security guard in the company but progressively was able to see himself working with the HR team. It was all about his experience over the years that made him possible to overcome extravagantly and acquire the position.

Lack of education did not restrict him from approaching the goal of having a better job. The aspiration of creating opportunities is one of the reasons to give him the path toward success.

Journey of security guard to HR professional

Born in the village in Karnataka, Bidar, Adeep belongs to a poor and struggling family. There were limited opportunities for people if they do not have the support of finance and education. Nothing is different when it comes to Adeep, he was deprived of having a platform to educate himself. Nor, had any scope to earn for himself and his family.

The beginning to extend his limit towards a better life started after he left his village in Bengaluru. It is then, that he joined as a security guard in Razor pay. No job is less or undervalued, his ambitious life journey speaks to all. After completing his 10th, it was difficult to continue with his studies. In the present time when education is the priority and assumed to be the path towards providing opportunities for a successful careers.

But the determination and aim to improvise, learn and extend the eagerness to work beyond their limits or responsibilities has given them the scope to gain experience. Not only to stay bound to the job or duty but open to new challenges, being hesitant-free from inabilities. Accepting the hurdles and faults, improvising, and moving ahead have expertise in his field.

Employed and the point of life turning

Being an HR professional was after a dedication of more than 5 years. Adeep joined Razorpay in 2016, while working at the same company, and learning the skills over years changed his life. The turning point was after he was selected by his company to join the HR team. It was all hidden in his commitment and passion for the job.

The security guards’ job and the profession of HR have diversified genres. The experiences have enabled him to cover the journey with his utmost interest in learning and exploring. Apart from it, his performance towards managing his job and at the same time gladly accepting new assignments was not an easy task.

Observing his dedication towards his work and company, it was the team who supported providing, Adeep with a suitable position.

Despite of being the 10th pass, he works as a technical person supporting the company as an HR professional. Extending his boundaries and achieving the goals with dedication was all the Security guard, had as determination. The best part, as a company worker, he has got the platform to improvise, towards the sky is the limit. On another hand, the company can find a dedicated employee with potential to support them through the ups and downs.

With the increasing dependency on technologies and the changes in lifestyle, the Y generations are facing challenges. Urban areas are developing but isolating each one person to another.

The rapid growth of the urban population is putting the generation into difficulty with known and unknown challenges. This led them to become flexible and accept challenges in any positions in life. Urban life is mostly connected to the outer world with the digital platform.

This is one of the reasons that the Y generation is more dependent on virtual socializing through social media. On the other hands, they are not aware of the neighbour who stays near to him or them.

Y Generation is ambitious

Being ambitious is nothing new but the problems hide with the changes in the work field. The competitions in urban areas are increasing. When people are focusing on jobs to earn a high salary and occupy a better position. Entire focus is driven to work aiming to grasp the best place as the top boss.

Growing over-ambitious at the early stage from joining a job is creating major problems. Friends are less, work-oriented and spending the maximum time struggling to create a better position.

Work and life balance

The result of the post-pandemic is work from home. Most people are working from home and they are leading a completely isolated life. This is the main reason that they are facing issues like depressions and anxiety. Few people slowly disliking crowds they are almost uncomfortable. They are best spending hours over the PCs or laptops along with the phone locked inside the room all alone.

The millennial generation is coming up with the situation, they are enthusiastic. They are ready to upgrade themselves with the modern urban world.

Self-learner and sustainability

Another struggling period that has started with the Y generation is to give up the job and become their own boss. Due to the pandemic, several have lost jobs who chose to begin their own small business. Few are given up the job to bring a balance in work and life that ends up after joining the work. Most companies seek workers who can dedicate more than 12 hours to the job. Especially the women genders find it difficult to cope up after marriages.

Sustainability and ambition to become a leader have given rise to entrepreneurs. The digital and social media platform has given a wider range of audiences and customers.

Above all the struggles, of Y Generations are not only finance but also related to their health, family and job. These are the reason that the millennials of urban areas are looking forward to bring changes that will provide them with brighter and convenient aspects of life. Being independent, self-learner and flexible is due to the problems and difficulties that the generation is experiencing. Finally looking forward to bring better scopes in personal and professional fields in urban areas.

Women have been struggling in India or their rights, gender equality and justice. Women’s day is the way to celebrate feminism as well as develop awareness to build a progressive society. Long years of struggle have paid them that women are able to stand high and think beyond staying in the kitchen. Talents and aggressive desire to become an identity of their family women have made a drastic change relating to livelihood.

Satisfying the requirement of family women are celebrating each day one way or other. Now, women are looking forward to being bread earners also looking beyond their stereotype life. Few are simply exposing their talents though they have all the necessary amenities somewhere they want their identity.

Palak Dhand, a 22-year-old who has recently completed her MBA immediately started her business. At the end of 2020, November, MBA entrepreneur was into her startup launching Snack & Co. Her company is able to sell about 2000 products within four months that has a turnover Rs. 80,000.

Her interest to become an entrepreneur has led her to begin her career. But she was all set to move to Lancaster University, the UK for her further studies. Somewhere it was due to the pandemic that she was able to go nowhere. It was a kind of blessing for Palak that she was able to begin her career the way she wanted.

Hardships as an MBA entrepreneur

Palak a 22-year-old girl having the interest to start a business was not enough. As convincing vendors apart from being a startup company was difficult. Being a young girl hardly did anyone was taking her seriously. This was slowly putting her into doubt that if she was at the right age to take the initiative to be in the healthy snacks business.

Other hardships as a newcomer in the industry were the ideas relating to the execution of business. The main parts of her challenges were the lack of knowledge regarding technicalities. The e-commerce procedures were difficult for her to tackle. As she said that for any kind of issues calling the IT team was to be necessary. Now her products are sold on the e-commerce platform and is working with the vendors selling her healthy snacks.

Products and uniqueness

Her starting investment was Rs. 1 lakh which was her pocket money. This is whatever she saved during her college times. Spending money for the startup was easy but earning back the principle took place after it selling 200 products. Though, the initial days were difficult to assume about the future of the snacks business. Later the business flourished within few months which was a responsive success to Palak Dhand.

Snacks that are strictly prepared under the supervision and guidance of the MBA entrepreneur are not just healthy but unique. Consulting with the vendors and working closely to the quality and taste of the snacks is her first contribution. This has enabled the business to run and progress with monthly returns of 80,000.

She loves to cook and this is another reason that the food industry was one of the closest fields of motivation. Working in social media and staying connected to her customer is through her Youtube channel. The Blend with Palak, where she shares her recipes of different types that are her unique cooking creations.

There are wide ranges of products for the kids to the adults who have different preferences and tastes. Her distribution to the business is one-handed; she takes care of not only the unique quality products but also about the sales and finances. Marketing and distribution or delivery of the products, all are under her supervision.

Returning back to their places was the only option left out for them who were working as migrants for years. Laborers who were earning on regular wages had to return back home to their native states and villages. The only mode of survival was though their agricultural property and the home to live.

The sudden lockdown ended their mode of earnings and food which forced them to return back home. Apart from it the influence of the boosting the tribal entrepreneurship will improve the economy of India.

Tribals prone to Forests livelihood

Tribals have less or no connectivity to the technologies and progress. Their survival was in the forests cutting trees, eating fruits and vegetables. Few were able to come out from the forests for education and exposure to the modern world. Mostly aer suffering due to poverty and cannot provide education generations after generations. They have seen the lowest progress and neglected parts in India. But, after severe hits of pandemic there is a change. The initiative for progressing as “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and NITI aayog accelerated. The remote and indigenous people are now into focus for developing and ensuring entrepreneurship for betterment of the sectors.

Sectors to tribal entrepreneurship

The main scopes of improvement to remove from the poverty are possible from the three main sectors;

Agriculture

Agriculture is the main occupation for the tribal people. The development in their agricultural work with new types of equipment and training is showing new rays of hope to contribute to the economic growth in India. Vocational training and education are provided specifically for the proper implementation of equipment, fertilizers, and new techniques.

Majorly India depends on farming and agriculture so it is a great support to the economy. But due to the ignorance in the tribal areas, being remote the exposure to entrepreneurs was less which is now developing.

Forestry

The tribal people of India are a large community that has a population of approximately 10 crores. So, it is easy to understand the importance of forestry. Bamboos trees are the main attraction of the northeastern part of India, elephants, peacocks, hornbills are the common animals that roam around the forests.

Tourist from different parts of the world comes to visit the farms and hotels to enjoy the beautiful forestry and the animals. Similarly, Jharkhand has the beautiful closeness with nature that tourists love to enjoy.

Handicrafts

From ancient times the beautiful work of the Adivasi and their artwork is mentioned in scriptures. The handicraft works such as pottery work, artworks on bamboos, and handlooms are the major part that is slowly acquiring great exposure.

Tribal entrepreneurship is serving equally for both males and females. Handicrafts and handlooms are another mainstream for success for both genders. The forestry is close to their livelihood and agriculture the requirement that is providing a great zone to explore as an entrepreneur and participate in India’s development.

The Early Life of Kundan Mishra

At the age of his 20s, Kundan Mishra aimed to do something for his career. But his intention was nothing related to bootstrapping as his thoughts were inclined to start an online salon aggregator. But it was not easy to begin without a proper conception of the facts and kind of work to do. Being least bothered about his education or completion Kundan ignored to attend his classes.

Bunking of classes was to trace the path for his work and career. After the proper guidance of Professor Tej S Chingtham, their intention and views were clear that inspired them to begin with bootstrapping business.

Alone working in the startup company for Kundan Mishra was not easy and so his brother Abhishek was later with him to help in the startup business. After his graduation, his friends ended up opting for jobs while he separately took working as an entrepreneur.

The ultimate try was in 2020 that he decided to begin his work of printing T-shirts for college fests. Above all the setup for the business was during the time of the pandemic. When the pandemic had disturbed the entire global economy Cuskart had no much delay or loss in their job.

Returns were unbelievable

Printing of t-shirts was for 25 engineering colleges for the fests and about one lakh of orders have been completed within the last period of time. This was an unbelievable success for the business startup “Cuskart”.

Though the beginning is good according to the entrepreneurs the quality issues of the product were affecting to a far extent. To organize selling better qualities of products they began to sell personalized T-shirts with a guarantee. The products are the lowest price of Rs. 300 to Rs. 500.

Employment for the villagers

The startup business has given opportunities to the people of his villagers. This business has provided work for the needy. And according to Kundan, they will not be required to leave their home seeking jobs. Again the ideas and suggestions were provided by his mentor Professor Tej. The factory is established in Bokaro and the workers are from the nearby location.

The startup business has been a blessing for both the immediate college pass-outs. They had to struggle and staying depressed about the future but the outcome was beneficial for both the villagers as well as the owners of the “Cuskart”. They have now connected to the educational and corporate institutions which will no doubt ensure higher turnout by the upcoming year.

After 15 years of job, she is now working in Organic farming. The land of 40 acres at the bank of the River Yamuna, Mathura owns her organic farming known as the “Advait Living”. The farm exists as one of the largest producing organic farms making 50 lakhs yearly.

The Advait Living farm is a family business running for more than 30 years. Earlier her father was dealing with traditional farming. After which she had adapted to organic farming. Both her parents support and helps her in maintaining the land and agriculture.

Regenerative organic farming

Beginning organic farming was not at all easy for an MBA graduate. A person’s background and studies were different that did not match her present job. There is no connection between the work of private equities and growing vegetables on large agricultural land areas. Learning basic techniques are necessary to understand the procedures in regenerative farming.

Later gaining her experiences in natural farming she was able to start her career by obtaining new techniques. According to her, the methods are unfolded and it is necessary to introduce the training experts. Indian farmers are still not aware of the proper ways of regenerative farming. They have no practical knowledge that makes the job difficult.

It was not at all easy for her to expertise in modern technology, finally her aunty’s agricultural land, a sustainable farm it was an inspiration. The regenerative farming of Manisha Lath Gupta owning the Aanandaa, Chandigarh guided Meenakshi to the new technology.

The maintenance of the quality of land and the products are through permaculture and regenerative farming. Both works on consistency to retain the soil quality and at the same time increase the production of organic farming.

Helping small farmers

Adapting to the natural farming on the 40 acres of land Meenakshi is able to support small farmers. She has a retail store in Agra selling fruits and vegetables from her land. This was to promote organic farming as well as trace a better way for the local farmers to get a stronger market platform.

Small farmers are benefiting by working with her. Her education and training in the new field of agriculture are helping them to learn and practice in their land. Advait living is working with farmers in different parts of northern India.

Apart from supporting the farmers, providing a better marketplace, this organic farming land has the earning of 50 lakhs per year. According to the farmer girl, Meenakshi the farmers can increase the production to three times. Her contribution to agricultural farming has reached more than 1000 people. She expects that her work will be more progressive in the future, as it can grow with the advantage of the climate conditions. There are also farmers who work in her field full time and are well skilled with techniques of organic farming.

When she quits her job to become an entrepreneur by selling customized spices, it was because of her interest in spices. Inspiration to the making of the customized spices was from the south Indian cuisine and the flavor of the mixing of spices.

In 2017 she launched her brand “Deccan Diaries” to provide the real flavor of the spices to the people. Exploring and introducing the spices from the traditional trencher was her aim. In 2014, she left her corporate job to start something that is independent and of her own. So, she is now into selling Indian traditional spices.

Quitting a job to entrepreneur

No, doubt there is a vast difference to work a full-time job. Though many risks are connected to work as an entrepreneur it provides satisfaction to own reflection and identity. This is one of the reasons that made her think of doing something out of the box. Preparing and mixing spices led to a successful business, but acquiring an idea of different kinds of spices has added benefit to Poojitha Prasad. Her parents own a food catering company and deliver food to the corporate sectors.

This has been the best factor for understanding the uses of spices and their application in south Indian food. South India itself uses various mixes of spices. Different parts use kinds of mixes to add their respective flavor states. The flavor of their food is exceptional and delicious. It is due to the customized spices they used in their food.

This boosted her ideas to start a business in customized spices that will add the original flavors when mixes with the foods.

Discovery of customized spices

Her startup was with some common customized spices such as sambar Pudi, Bisi Bele bath mix, and chutney powder. Then, Poojitha escalates to increase her collections over the authentic, original spices from the traditional boxes. Traveling throughout the various districts Poojitha started to collect the lost traditional flavors to introduce them again.

Earlier, with her customized spices she exhibited in different fairs and exhibitions. Few of her products were sent to the local stores for selling in Bengaluru. It was a great mess for the business owners and entrepreneurs in 2020, due to the pandemic o Covid-19. It has added no profit or progress to her business. The entire work is carried by the local women, but it was not possible during 2020 when all workers were not available for work.

But after days were improving the customized spices preparation began with the return of the workers. The spices are now sold under the Saheli Programme, of Amazon, as the whole process is carried out by the women.

Now, the Bengaluru woman sells her customized spices with original flavors, and a total of 15 kinds of spices are sold. Her brand has received orders of more than 1000 from different parts of India.

One of the best sources to provide the health benefits without any extra sugar and honey is the sweets from Noida, Rida Sajad. She is a 36-year-old Indian woman who is turning up to become one of the successful entrepreneurs by selling sweets made of dry fruits earning one lakh per month.

As per prices, the benefits of dry fruits are unlimited. Both taste and health make it the most reasoning sweet preparation. The main benefits of dry fruits that have differentiated from other sweets based on health are as follows:

They are rich in protein and vitamin

Reduces the presence of cholesterol

Strong sources of fibers

Immunity booster

Rich in minerals.

Altogether dry fruits in one form or another can provide good health to the buyers and a good business to entrepreneurs.

What made her think of sweets without sugar?

No one can assume sweets without sugar. But the absence of glucose can help in the healthy development of children. This is what, Rida came to know from her doctor and she was looking for different options to provide a healthy diet. Her first trial to make sugar free delicacies was using dry fruits. Indian traditional food or raw dry fruits are common that people take in form or other. The taste of the sweets are not just unique but one of the delicious original eateries.

Sweets have the main components of sugar, jaggery, or honey a major source of glucose, which is not fit for any age if taken in high amounts. So, removing glucose is easy but creating a successful delicious preparation was a difficult job. But Rida Sajad’s children are an inspiration to creating the new flavor led her to prepare an exceptional one for selling dry fruits eateries.

The main objective of preparing the sweets is basically for the kids who will love to eat without any taste of sugar. Finally, after few kinds of research along with her kids Miraan and Moeez, their new sweet eatery was introduced. It is now known as “Shireen E Yemberzal” which means Sweet Daffodil –Mathai Wagon.

Rida’s business and her earnings

Many restaurants shut, owners are looking for different ways to earn their living. Jobs are no longer available, it is the time that Pankaj Nerurkar has a new mode of living earns lacs in nano car.

This started after his restaurant at Dadar closed during the pandemic.
Though the restaurant is not open now he continues to sell his food. His food was popular, Malvani food that is still available in his small movable restaurant. It is his small nano car, believe it or not! People come to his nano car to have a delicious plate of Malvani food.

Earning Lacs in nano each month

Being a talented chef it was not at all difficult to cook good food for his consumers. But the main problem was the space for his customers. They can come and have their food. Affording space cannot be possible when there is almost no money. Pankaj decides to start his business from nowhere in his small nano car.
A mobile restaurant that once owned a restaurant in Dadar; now earns lacs each month. Nothing is impossible when there are determination and talent.
Each day customers come up to his car to enjoy his delicious Malvani preparation.

Khadpe’s restaurant at Dadar

The Khadpe’s was the restaurant that closed during the pandemic of Covid 19. The popularity of the food was so high that people from different parts of the city visited the restaurant. The owner of Khapde’s has been one of the top chefs working in Hyatt and the Irish House. His experience and hard work did not let him down even after the hard times. When the restaurant is closed and no earnings are from their occupation.

He rediscovered his desire to work and get back to his occupation. Now he prepares the special edition of the Malvani food and sells food to earn lacs in Nano car. Pankaj has been working as a chef for twenty years, it is the dedication to his work that he was able to get back his place.

Experience and proper determination gives the goal

The restaurant was three years old and had the best customers for their food. Traditional food and customized food edition were popular that attracted foodies. A large queue awaited outside, to about 40 to 60 people to savor the Malvani food style. But it is the curse of the pandemic that it is no longer running after 2020.

Both Pankaj and his wife are working together as before to restart their journey. It has been few months that they have started and the earnings are no less than one lac per month.

Pankaj is a great inspiration to the people who have lost their job. Now are left dishearten without any way of earnings. If there is a strong determination and desire to grow in life then struggles do not matter. As struggles are the ways to success, that one can achieve if they dream to fulfill

This Egyptian Dance form was less popular in India, bounded to a female dance form. But breaking the stereotype approaches Manav Jha has become one of the youngest Belly dancers from Bihar. Struggling for years was possible when he had a strong determination without any support. Rather, he was discouraged by his strange interests in dancing.

Now, Manav Jha has completed his course in belly dance and now teaches this dance form to the children. This Egyptian dance form has been female gender-biased but males have broken the stereotype.

Benefits of Belly Dance

Each dance form has fitness and health benefits and so does this “Beladi” dance form. Manav Jha, one of the Indian belly dancers enjoys dancing but also benefits fitness. Strength development in stomach muscles, the flexibility of the body as well as fitness are the main benefits. Being a son of a farmer was not a relevant profession for him. As dancing is entirely a different female creative form.

His intense passion for this art form did not stop him in spite of the social pressure. Belly dance is a female base dance form that is not tolerable for men, specifically in the remote places of Bihar from Katihar.

He completes his graduation from the Banjara School of Dance, Delhi. Now flaunts with excellence in the Egyptian dance form. He has did not continue to study after his tenth and begun to motivate himself to dance. Surviving as a successful male performer has been a difficult time as it was entirely a female form of art. It is flirtatious and enjoys music.

History of the Egyptian Dance Form

The fun facts about the female-oriented dance form. Evaluated with changes to give a new life to youngsters like Manav Jha.

The depiction of the Beladi is seen in the temples and scripts that mostly point to the performances. Interpreting forms which are in rituals and celebration. The oldest form is seen in the pottery works that show the female figures.

Beladi has been an ancient form of dance that still holds a priority, not in Egypt. But all over the world, as we check into the scripts most probably they are the goddesses or followers of God.

The pyramids have the scriptures of the dancers, both male and female participating in different ceremonies. It was specifically for the rituals and prayers offering to the God as performers.

Egypt tradition passion for India

The religious conceptual dance form that is in the tradition and culture of Eygpt. It is now famous for a passion for dancers. It is more than a decade that Indian belly dancers are inspired, which started from women belly dancers.

As the intense beauty of the Beladi dance form grew famous it started influencing the male gender. A female dance form is difficult for a male to cope up with exact clarity and beauty. But Manav Jha from intolerant background emerged with flying colors.

The statement sounds effective as the real-life story of Raju Jangid. He turns to become the Hindi reviewer or Hindi editor of Wikipedia. Raju Jangid belongs to the carpenter family and his business has been running generation-wise. Initially, his career was attached to the carpentry business. But it is his urge to connect himself to education, writing, and creativity that finally he decides to work on Hindi Editing work.

Raju Jangid his village on Wikipedia

Belonging from the remote village Thadiya, Jaipur from the Suthar background. At the age of 22, he started to work on small Hindi articles. The articles were about the villages that he edited in Wikipedia. It was just the beginning after which he did not stop writing as a Hindi editor. His main intention to join in writing was to provide information about his village and the targeted Hindi readerships.

Wikipedia has been the trusted website about the ideas and complete knowledge about and almost everything. A guide for people who want to know and learn; but Jangid did not find any information about his village which disheartened him. Finally, it was the time he felt to start writing about his village by gathering information about his village, Thadiya.

He completed his tenth and then dropped out to earn his livelihood. But his interest in reading writing inspired him to begin as an editor. He writes in Hindi for Wikipedia his target audiences. It was only the Indian audiences who read and write Hindi but did not have many options on the internet. It is the national language of India and most people are expected to know Hindi. Apart from it, he completed his Xth studying in Hindi medium. Writing in Hindi was easy and also a need for Wikipedia.

Wrote 1800 articles

Working as a Hindi editor he was written 1,800 articles for Wikipedia and edited almost more than 56,000 articles. Altogether he has been a dedicated writer and has been allotted the position of editor, now he works on the Swatha wiki that holds the information about the health schemes.

He has contributed to Hindi readers. As it is true that most of the information is less accessible for the national language learners. His attempt is to provide the information to the users. For those who are not able to get the knowledge or information. It has no doubt increased the readership of Wikipedia which is one of the top websites with high traffic.

Graduation following Wikipedia editor

The journey to becoming one of the best contributors among the 11 writers was not easy. His early life in writing was entirely restricted due to obligations of terms and conditions. After strong researches on the term and conditions, he restarted with a new account.

Finally, it was a start which he still continues as a writer. No longer he works with his father due to his interest in writing and learning. Apart from being a Wikipedia editor, he works as a content writer in Jaipur. He completed his graduation working for Wikipedia.

The beginning of his writing was on his Samsung s5610. Now he uses his laptop with an internet connection.

But watching into the graph of development after 2020 it reduces which will take some new additions and deductions to reveal a faster growth. It will provide a good turnover for the youths who will invest in different retail sectors expected.

Retail sectors have a major role in the Indian market that has given a strong return to the Indian revenue. Hereby Indian youth looks forward to bring a huge difference with the new ideas and prospects to their future.

The retail sectors with good expectations of society and upcoming demands of the commodities from the consumers.

It is due to the pandemic that a new vision was necessary to at least start the market that was stagnant during the lockdown. No transactions of commodities were possible in the retail sectors especially in the malls and large areas of market places. There was almost no business, except the local area shops that were able to sell goods.

But it was not satisfactory, as consumers were not able to find their brands and commodities from the local shops. The online strategy had helped them to improve their businesses, the online retail market started to groom with the selling of commodities. Youths begin to sell branded and local products online. Due to the in-availability of their respective brand’s consumers started to use local which built a market for local selling in retail sectors.

It is providing a great prospect for the youth to make their market and business, but the impact of the pandemic in malls, large industries is miserable, and will it have a longer implication to improvise. It may take a longer time to find out some better strategies to overcome the present loss suffered by the retail areas or markets.

Groceries are a necessity that has been all among the emergency commodities, and during the lockdowns, it has helped the local market to grow and stabilize. These local business areas had suffered before the pandemic when malls were running high on demand. But it has played the opposite during the covid-19 lockdown. People were not being able to reach the malls, and the only way to buy was the local shops which encouraged many youths to start their own business in the retail sector.

Comparison between the past to the after situation after a pandemic

Similarly in the garment market, the online has supported the brands and the local business improved when the local people are approaching the nearest market to avoid covid-19. In order to maintain the social distancing they are mostly looking for an online market but with low price tags.

Pandemic has also shaken the financial condition and so they are seeking local products that are low in prices with good quality, through online purchasing but in local areas. This has helped the youths to thinks about selling more local goods in retail sectors. Electrical, cosmetics, accessories, all are into a local business after the covid-19 pandemic providing new aim to earn and get employed.

The beautiful smells that re-freshen the mind, improves your appearance in front of others enable you to produce more money than the smell. Perfume’s need is in all the places ranging from the corner of the toilets to the spa’s or salons. Though the uses may vary the requirement of the fragrances for different reasons and uses are increasing day by day. Depending on the capability as well as the field of interests one can easily choose the kind of perfume production one will like to start up.

Being a start-up company it is necessary to understand the quantity of production one can be able to continue. Based on the workforce and the other tools one should consider the amount as maintaining the quality is also important. Considering to focus on the long run and progress in the market the production should be qualitative and quantitative.

Production of Luxury perfumes by entrepreneurs

Luxury perfumes are separated into different classes based on superiority and catered after a high amount of production. It has been in the recent two to three years the home-based customized perfumes in the fragrance industry demand has increased. The entrepreneurs are finding themselves as one of the profitable businesses in India to prepare customized perfumes and sell them worldwide. No doubt predicting their business production and demand their range of profitability is also high.

Deodorant, sprays, perfume Local based

Production of the customized perfumes for the non-luxurious class or so-called local made has a higher demand in the Indian market. The productions of deodorants, perfumes, and sprays are local based and country based depending upon the widespread market and requirement of the products. The emergence of many entrepreneurs can make more money with the production of deodorants, perfumes, and sprays.

Local people often try to opt for local product irrespective of the brands, this is because of the price, smell or fragrance, and availability of the perfumes. Profits are undoubtedly greater than expected if the selling of the fragrance is greater.

Brands have a higher selling margin for products such as deodorants and sprays but for perfumes many prefer to buy customized and local. So, for those who are interested in growing a cosmetics company, the fragrance industry has a large scale option with easy investments.

Businesses on fragrance emerge as the everlasting business that is a need for both males and females categories or unisex products. So, nowhere it will be difficult to create a market if you have an interest and idea of perfume making. The study in the infrastructure is also necessary for local-based perfume production perhaps if you trying for offline marketing. The online business market is helping the entrepreneurs to develop a greater platform that will promote the local made to branding and increasing the buyers in the market.

For the start-ups, assuming it in the micro-industry the costing for the self-made fragrances are rare and will need extended time to progress but buying a franchisee will make the business run easier. Later one is an expensive procedure that may be difficult for many start-ups to make more money. Setting your own brand may be time-consuming based on the market infrastructure but you can make your own brand.

Those who are thinking of looking forward to starting something of their own but aren’t able to build up the determination. The young thoughts of the innovative mind and the strategy together have given a new path to careers and an independent future. The dependency and trust in themselves have traced a bright focus to strength even in critical condition.

Few of the top entrepreneurs from non-technical and technical who stood up as the greatest inspiration after the pandemic in 2020.

Bazaar 24×7, Jorhat Assam

The partners of the new company were Debodeep Khaund, Dipankar Sarmah, Shahbaz Khan are the young energized entrepreneur from the eastern part of India. The initiative was taken by them to help the old ages from the different parts of the Jorhat, Assam. During the pandemic, it was a hard time for the senior citizens during the pandemic.
Delivery Start-up from Hyderabad

Focusing to provide services to the doorsteps of the NRI has been a unique idea that has helped them during the pandemics. Being unknown to the shops it is always difficult for the outsiders to purchase the necessary goods. Chetana Somavarapu and Rajesh Gavini from Hyderabad established the start-up company. They took the initiative to provide the foods, groceries, and clothes to send to their doorsteps at reasonable prices.

Traditional items are the need of the NRIs when it comes to matters of food and clothes. This unique app has benefitted both sides.

Brownies by Samera Kumar, Bengaluru

An active dancer and teacher, Samera Kumar suddenly saw the break in her career due to the lockdown. So, she decided to start her bakery specializing in the preparation of brownies. Her brownies are sold based on home delivery at the buyer’s doorsteps. Preparing delicious ones makes her and customers happy.

Now, her brownies are popular all over India and receive orders from different parts of the country. Bengaluru is the home of the business and expects to grow further, in a few days of time during the lockdown her bakery skills have helped to create demands.

Young entrepreneurs have an intense grip on the type of work that they are trying to establish. It is growing with time, in much less period as expected. This is due to the easy excess to the clients and customers through the internet and smartphones. Determination and a clear idea with strong skills are inspiring to grow business as per their ability. The change has developed after the lockdown when many had lost their earnings in one way or other.

The effect did not only labor classes or contract basis workers but also high profile jobs. But earning was necessary for them and their family so few people pulled out new ideas for a new start. Livelihood needs some good earnings and these exceptions have proven that “if there is a will, there is a way”.

India and its people have begun with a new belief to grow high and strong. The country has different platforms, to begin with, startup ideas one of the common is the food industry. The value of which increases as the year passes by, people who have lost their job and opted for new business on food.

Blind but not weak

Ashwin Thakkar from Ahmedabad had no way to sit back home when he lost his job during the pandemic Covid 19. He was working as a telephone operator in a hotel, but no longer was possible for this visually impaired man to work due to the closing of the hotels during the lockdown.

Finally with the help of his family and support of his wife they started working together to sell homemade food. The initial start was through raw mango and then slowly he changed experimenting with different foods and fruits. Gujrati homemade food or snacks are sold by them are looking forward to selling some more different items as per the changes and requirements.

Impaired Vision has not shattered his determination to have a small business of his own. Though due to the pressure of time and situation things were harder his attitude to face the hardships has given him a boon to progress.

Chef builds his stall sells Biryani

Among the millions, Akshay Parkar who was the chef of a five-star and seven-star hotel and cruise in, Mumbai lost his job during the pandemic covid 19. It was after the lockdown that he opened a food stall and the main attraction of the stall is biriyani. The feel of the Marathas can be felt when the write-ups of the menu chart is in Marathi.

Once again after the pandemic, this qualified chef who has been dedicated to his work was finally left without a job. No doubt starting a business at once, that requires some investment on land, products and labor was difficult after the lockdown. This “Parkar Biriyani House” stall has a special flavor located in the area of Dadar, Mumbai opposite to the famous Star Mall in the Sawant Marg, Raut Wadi.

He is just 29 years old and now an entrepreneur after leaving his job, though he had to stay determined on his decision. Both his mother and father are unwell, and money is required for their treatment, Parkar is the only earning member after the pandemic.

He said, “ I thought after years of struggle I would be able to save more money after the treatments but was he returned home with only 20,000 rupees only in savings”.

These stories are real that will always provide some positive vibes to the negativity surrounding the mind after the pandemic covid-19. People can find various options to earn their living by selling food, it may be home delivery, professional food or home made snacks.

After closely knowing about the entrepreneurs who took a turn against simply earning money; it is an inspiration. As the pandemic period moves on the motivation to have “Atma Nirbhar Bharat” takes a steep lift. Slowly everyone is trying to have a small business of their own that will keep them home, rich, and happy.

Lotus culture of Raj Florals

A young Nurse from Kerala who started his hobby of culturing and growing lotus begins to become a strong entrepreneur. He gave up his job as a nurse as staying far from his family members was growing difficult. During the pandemic that his dedication to growing flowers such as Liang li, a microform of lotus became a famous category in his garden. People started contacting him for this house growing lotus. It can be grown in a bowl that is an amazing beauty from the family of lotus.

Raj Florals is no longer a professional nurse but a farmer with his startup business. His ongoing projects are for KKJ Group International India Pvt Ltd which initiated in October 2020.

Growing Medicinal Plants, Padmaja

Farming is no longer limited to certain crops these couples have proven themselves as business startups. Padmaja and Ravinder Rao from Warangal district stated from their home terrace to culture medicinal plants and herbs. It is for about two years that they have started culturing together.

Different vegetables are beautifully grown, chilies, star-fruits, along with various spinaches are cultured. Flowers such as red hibiscus, violet Geranium are one of the highly on-demand flowers that are present in their terrace garden. Among medicinal plants, including plant is one of the best selling, apart from herbs. Interior home decorative plants are also a part of their terrace gardening.

Together they are now earning good amounts with the medicinal plants and herbs which are in high demand. From a small terrace garden with large variations in plants from vegetables to herbs and home décor plants, it has been a great achievement by the couple.

Engineer to Farmer, Delhi

Abhishek Dhamma who pursued his education in Electronics and communication engineering diverted to work on organic farming. His family business is agriculture but he found no interest in working in the field for hours that did not provide a good value to them. It is something distressful when a graduate in engineering opts for farming but he made it sure to earn high through the crops and plants in his garden of 14 acres.

His new motivation in this startup business is changing the meaning of agriculture, who opposes the use of chemicals for the plants’ growth and focuses on organic growth. His earnings also touch lakhs each month which beats his job’s salary with more freedom to work.

Gardening is not just a hobby for those who can create magic will definitely bloom with the different types of culturing of plants and vegetables. These are few inspirations for those who look forward to pursuing a gardening hobby as a profession.

Led to unemployment with the downfall of the global economy, people lost jobs which resulted in re-thinking of building the nation; that is Independent in all respects. What did the starters do, to begin with, a new business with a minimal amount of investment? The traditional Indian attire has been the main attraction for its own people and the world.

Investment during the down hours is always challenging when the investors need to think twice if they should use their money or not. While small entrepreneurs evolved with the idea of exploring the traditional materials and designs. Transparency in the business is observed for the manufacturers as well as the sellers. The intimate chain of sellers growing as entrepreneurs who are working as supporters to the clothes, garments, and most lucrative is the sarees business.

Weavers of sarees and availability of materials

In this pandemic, the weavers have gone through hard times. But after the rising of the chains of entrepreneurs, the work for the weavers, designers, and other categories of workers has increased. The buyers of the traditional attires and designs have never been less so those who are seeking a stable platform as an entrepreneur with the limited investment are expected to get a better opportunity.

Who does not know about the popular material Benarasi silk? It can be an Indian Banarasi Saree with amazing eye-catchy designs or colors. Or the Paithani silk from the descent weavers of the Maharashtra, Kanjivaram from the South, and Assam silk from the corners of Assam. The traditional attires are reaching to each corner of India, through the small investing entrepreneurs.

Connection between prices, buyers, and weavers

The basic issues stood as a great obstacle between the weavers, sellers, and buyers. Lack of connectivity had once reduced the distribution, along with the purchasing expenses were discouraging the Indian buyers who really have a passion for traditional designs and sarees.

Women of India always had a soft corner for sarees, but it was a time that the lack of a platform has discouraged or closely reduced the selling as no one was not able to directly connect through the mainstream at affordable prices. Mainstream describes the connection of the manufacturers or craftsmen, to the sellers.

When the revolution of being self-dependent accelerated, this was to survive through the hard times of the dropped economy in the country. It was the need to grow when weavers were benefitted for their craftsmanship on traditional attire, through the direct connection to the entrepreneurs instead of the popular and large scale sellers. It added a streamline to the entire business process, that has reached to the traditional saree and attire lovers.

No matter, if a teenage girl or an old woman the craze will never be the less. Variants in quality and color along with the prices are encouraging different classes of buyers to purchase. But this was at one time before the pandemic was sold on high prices to those who could afford it. The production was limited and so the buyers; it was providing the minimal benefits to the weavers and entrepreneurs that have turned the coin with the revolution.

In this article we would try to look into the mind of Young India, the youth after 71 years of independence.

For the youth who experienced the struggle for independence through the tales of their grandparents and idolized the freedom fighters from the pages of history books, have different definition of freedom.

The youth of the country makes half of the population of India, who are below the age of 35years. Though they are free from the oppressive tyranny of the British empire but are struggling with the new tyranny of corruption. Before independence people used to enjoy privileges based on skin color, nowadays the color of the cash matters.

New days, new challenges. Their opinion is the powerhouse of an assertive future, which every Indian is looking into.

India through the eyes of Young India

Young fighters of India reflects the variety of most assorted country of the world. Its diversity can be counted to be one of the greatest strengths of our nation. But the flip side of the diversity is very well understood by the young generation. With diversity comes classification of the society depending on age, class, ethnicity, religion and the most venomous of all depending on caste. With the richest and poorest existing within the same boundary, makes India to be amongst the unequal nations of the world. We have top alumnus ruling the software industry, research field on one hand, and have illiterate people falling prey to aimless leaders on the other.

Having the smartest of young generation with the power of digitalization, to know what freedom is for them becomes very significant. Here we would like to share some of the ideas from the youngsters of India from various fields who have their own definition of liberty. Most of the millennials believe independence is in freedom to have the right for free thought & expression.

For a student, freedom is in chasing his dreams, and becoming financially independent to take the responsibility of his family. He wants freedom from the society which ridicules a person depending on his social status.

Another student pursuing law wants free access to justice, resources and other ways of life without being discriminated by gender, class, religion or caste. For her when the voices of humble would be heard, that day true independence would be achieved.

For a Dalit poet freedom lies in expressing oneself freely and exist in the society without being branded for belonging to a particular stratum of the civilization.

The journalist from Srinagar sees his freedom in expressing his ideas and having the power to challenge the State’s suppression of expression, not getting into a broil for calling a snake a snake. He feels that, then only one can bring the truth to the people without being biased.

And another youngster defines freedom to be ‘where the mind is without fear, and the head is held high’ like Rabindranath Tagore. He believes freedom is in absence of imposed restrictions.

Some youngsters in the hamlets believe freedom is in getting proper education, without getting duped by the politicians and joining their goon party unknowingly.

For the soldier fighting in the front, freedom is in a corruption free system, which loves the country like they love the motherland.

We can conclude that freedom is where the girl is free from patriarchal stereotypes, where one is free to practice his faith and preferences without harming others; where each citizen can live a dignified life. Independence means freedom from being classified. How can we forget the lil champs, who are having the toughest time?We need to see and hear their definition of freedom. For them freedom is in letting them live their childhood without fear.

We are Indian and only Indian, nothing else can define us.

Young India – Depending on- the part of society, age group and way of living, each individual has their own definition. But, all wants to live with dignity and in harmony. So, this Independence Day lets pledge that we are ready to exercise our freedom with responsibility.

Jai Hind!
