The sudden spread of the disease took a massive phase as a plaque that killed people. The spread of the disease was through the bacteria Yersinia Pestis which came from the fleas. The deadly disease lasted for four years and killed 200 million people which started spreading from Europe and mid-Asia.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Sailors travelling overseas were suffering from severe infectious illness and few immediately died. According to the historical records, it was the second major disaster that Europeans experienced after decades.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Controlling the historical pandemic was possible through isolation and quarantine. No medications were available leading it to kills millions of people. It was during this pandemic that no one could help each other. The human was bound to avoid another human, the destruction was so intense that the bubonic plague is known as Black Death.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The invention of quarantine was from this epidemic which had somewhere made a huge difference in reducing the death of a human. The most harmful disease that shattered mankind, no one was able to help each other accept maintaining a distance. <p>In the new generation, the increase of nuclear families builds the interest of the children to be more connected to their schools. Not only for a single reason, but that was also once established for only education. Day boarding or day scholars and hostels are the sections in which the students are prone to be connected to different activities and friends. Perhaps they are no longer affected by boredom. Boredom arises when a kid has to always be consistent but without excitement and encouragement. <p>Unlike earlier times, now the eyes need exercises that can reduce some stress which is necessary as persevere causes from the different sources. In order to provide better eyesight nutrition sources are from fruits and vegetables. But for reducing stress from the eyes the exercises have developed a great requirement for the stress bearers.</p>

It seems a fun making exercise but apart from entertaining others, it will helping in reducing the strain from the eyes.  Stay relaxed, sit straight and start with the eye-rolling, look to your right side then move up and then roll the eyes down. Then repeat the same beginning from the left to up then left to downwards.</p>
<p>Repeat it 10 times each, you can work out at any time of the day!</p>

<p>When your eyes feel the dryness, it is one of the suitable exercises,  to slowly blink your eyes. Constant working on the screens often causes the dry eyes, in such situations the eyelid are static, somewhere we forget to blink the lids and the strains occur unknowingly. It is simple and useful, all you have to slowly open the eyelids and close them. You can repeat a set of 20 times and do it four times a day!</p>
