“Ways To Prevent Dry Skin”

In the midst of focusing too much on hair and facial things, many of you forget about legs, right? I mean, you take care of your hair growth, split ends, pimples, acne and even dry lips. But, have you ever noticed dry skin on the legs? Look, this is winter season, and dry skin on the legs is quite expected. Few days back, when I was having some me-time and was sitting comfortably on my bed; I suddenly observed that my skin on the legs is so dry. It really pissed me off at first, but then I started following these ways.

Trust me, it is working.

So, guys and girls check your legs and feet and see whether your skin is dry or not. If it is, then it’s time to get rid of it.

So, without worrying, follow these ways to prevent dry skin on the legs. 😉

1. Shower with not-so-hot water

Showering with warm water can be really dangerous and you need to avoid that. Don’t worry, I’m not talking about completely avoiding it, but at-least make sure that the water is not very hot. Cause’ when you put extreme hot water onto your skin, it removes the natural oil from your skin and then it makes the skin more dry.

2. Use a good soap

There are many people who really don’t care about the soap they use. But, trust me; this behavior is not good at all. Whenever you’re buying soap, make sure that it’ll work for sensitive skin type.

Don’t use the same soap that your family members are using.

3. Don’t act harsh while rubbing your legs

I understand that you want to clean your legs, but don’t be so harsh. Do not rub your legs with a full-force and be careful with whatever item you’re using.

4. Apply moisturizer

As soon as you’re done with your bath, apply some moisturizer onto your skin and be gentle. Applying moisturizer will soften your skin and the dryness will completely disappear.

5. Use Oil

Before going to the bed, always apply some coconut oil or any oil that’s suitable for your leg. While applying the oil, massage a bit. Leave it overnight and then when you wake up in the morning, you’re free to repeat the steps (1, 2…)

6. Use a clean razor

If you’ve to shave your legs, then re-check the razor that you’ll use. Make sure that it is clean and a good one. Cause’ if the razor is not clean, then you can get skin irritation as well. So, either buy a new one or keep it clean.

Your partner’s ex might spill the beans and tell you about how her ex (now your partner) made her feel special, but don’t take it to your head. In short, don’t fight about it with your partner (You know what I’m talking about) Comparison can ruin things up a lot.

4. Pay attention to how they both behave when they’re together

Now suppose there’s a party and your partner and his ex come face to face, then pay attention to how they act. I mean, if your partner is uncomfortable, then don’t be around his ex and change the place.

Like I said, whenever you’re with your partner’s ex, don’t make him a topic. Don’t talk about your partner and suppose you do then don’t get hurt if your partner’s ex reveal something or talk about their lovey-dovey times. The problem is, this might make you jealous and things can get on fire.

1. I had weird friends in college and we would get in hickey fights. It made it really hard to explain to anyone why you got a hickey but weren’t dating anyone. (LOL!)
2. I got a massive hickey on my neck after fooling around with a guy and had to go to work the next day (Pizza Hut, so not that big of a deal). For some reason I had some temporary tattoos lying around and so I put them over the hickey. I cut some individual ones out so it was a giant shark jumping over the sun. Manager knew what was up.
3. My freshmen year of college I got a huuuuuge hickey right before I had my picture taken for the soccer team that got put up on the athletic website. It took a solid hour to cover that bad Larry and tons of cover up. You could only tell it was there unless you were looking for it.
4. I was 19, at home over the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of college. My boyfriend at the time had given me a hickey on my neck, but it could be hidden by my hair. In my desperate teenage self I tried to tell her that it was just a haircut and that it would grow back in no time. But she was having none of it and she dumped me right there.

10. Dated for about 9 months and she broke up with me because I was bald…But, I was bald way before I met her.
11. The worst reason was he didn’t even a reason at all, just stopped talking to me in a middle of the conversation, blocked my number and blocked me on all social media platforms. And then, once I saw him in public and he acted completely as though I wasn’t there. I still don’t even know the reason.

People with diabetes have sweet-smelling urine. You don’t need to taste it but obviously the smell is enough to reveal all that. Diabetic patients always run to the toilet more than a person who is non-diabetic.

Also, thirst is common when you’ve diabetes and that’s why, it later results into going to the toilet again and again.

The medicines that you intake can also result into giving smelly urine. Especially, the change in color is quite common in this situation. The word might be hard to read but like its longetivity, you can have this problem for a long time. Basically, this problem gives very bad body odor which cannot be treated quickly. If you’ve this problem then the urine smells will be sour and fishy.

6. UTI

UTI is mainly a common reason behind smelly pee. When the bacteria enter the urinary tract, the result is smelly urine. Beat Your Fear: “THE KEY TO CHANGE…IS TO LET GO OF FEAR” – Quote by “Roseanne Cash”

Isn’t that true? It is, right? Once you let go your FEAR, you welcome change. Sometimes, that change takes you on a level of happiness. Do you not want to experience it? You do, right? We all do. Living in FEAR is more like living in the bubble of sadness. No one wants to taste sadness in LiFe. You know, it is a known FACT that sometimes we are the only one who damage our lives. How? By not taking an opportunity to explore ourselves. Why do we not take these opportunities? Because we FEAR change that’s on the opposite side.

To be honest, I’ve LEFT many job opportunities by not taking a risk of accepting them. The reason I didn’t do it is, because during that phase I was living in FEAR. I kept repeating the same mistakes again & again & again, until I realized this is not gonna help me. Trust me, the day I started accepting opportunities, I bloomed. Sometimes, you gotta take risk to change your situation.

This is what I learned.

Frankly, what happens is, when we live in fear, we keep missing opportunities. Due to this, we FEEL stuck & then there’s sadness all around us. This is an example of “how do we damage our own lives.” I’ll tell you one more thing and i.e. sometimes when opportunity comes knocking our door, BEFORE even accepting it we think about all the negatives & we degrade ourselves saying “we don’t deserve it.”

This is the biggest mistake we do.

We don’t give ourselves chance even when we should. Remember this, you should be ready for change. Fear will always hold you back but you should have the power to move ahead. When you leave opportunities due to fear, your LIFE remains the same. New month, New Year keeps coming but you never experience anything new. Do you really want to keep going that way? No, right? So please, stop it.

To beat your FEAR all at once, do this –

• TRY IT

Do not keep saying “No, No, No.” C’mon, take it as an opportunity to try something new. It is ok if you don’t end up liking it. But at-least you’ll feel good that you tried it. Knock that door down & see what it is offering.

• POSITIVE

First of all, please be positive. POSITIVE. I want you to be positive. Once you welcome positivity, you feel strong & not weak. I’ve noticed many people who FEAR change & so they carry negative vibes along with them which isn’t good, at all.

So be positive.

• GO FOR IT

Gather courage & send that mail. Do not hold back. Cut that fear of failure out & beat that FEAR. In the end, what will happen? You will beat your FEAR.

• BE STRONG

You’re stronger than your FEARS – always remember that. You can beat it if you convince yourself that you can do it. Repeat – I’m Strong, I’m strong & now start believing it.

• GET INTO THE HABIT OF BEATING FEAR

Do not get the habit of rejecting change. NEVER. Instead, get into the habit of beating your FEAR. Once you do it, do not stop.

“Ways To Prevent Razor Bumps”

4. Witch Hazel

Witch Hazel is mainly a natural antiseptic that reduces skin troubles i.e. itchiness and redness.

Method: – Take some amount of witch hazel onto a cotton ball and rub it onto the affected area to reduce redness.

5. Baby Powder

Not just diaper rashes, baby powder can reduce bumps too.

Method: – Before shaving i.e. 10 minutes before, apply some baby powder onto your face and then start your shaving process. This controls the ingrown hair from causing any sort of problems and frees the hairs too.

6. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera moisturises the skin and reduces the skin troubles.

Method: – Remove the Aloe Vera gel from the plant and apply it onto your affected area. Now rub the face or affected skin completely and let it dry. Once it dries up, wash your face with cold water.

Repeat this process at-least twice a day.
