History of Daulat ki chaat</h2>
<p>While discovering the ancient history of the preparation of the skimmed milk there are several stories behind it. With the arrival of the different dynasties and emperors into the country, the changes in the chaat molded the taste.<br />
It is believed that Daulat ki Chaat was introduced by the Gujaratis who love to have the creams of the skimmy milk during the winter. Other than this, there was an inspiration from the Shahi Tukda that was a special dish from the Mughal court.<br />
The dessert or the street food was also seen in the Afghan dishes, where the cow or buffalo’s milk is beautifully skimmed to form the creamy layer. This form or method is still popular for the making of the drinks such as Yakult and Kumis.<br />
Each preparation has a difference but it has the same techniques but the extra additional to ending up to creating the chaat. The entire journey from simple skimming of the milk to the flavor mixes on the creams is exceptional in taste.</p>
<p><img class="size-medium wp-image-75562 aligncenter" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/5c5b1e29feb6d5031a3fa8b1_1549475369406-300x400.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/5c5b1e29feb6d5031a3fa8b1_1549475369406-300x400.jpg 300w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/5c5b1e29feb6d5031a3fa8b1_1549475369406-450x600.jpg 450w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/5c5b1e29feb6d5031a3fa8b1_1549475369406.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<h2>
Dessert or as street food</h2>
<p>Whether it is the dessert after the marriage ceremony or it can be a small treat to the belly in the winter afternoons. None the less the affection for the chaat is lesser for the locals as well as the visitors. The food is not only famous among the Delhites but also available in different parts of the north, as Malayo in Varanasi. Nimish in Lucknow, the tastes may vary a bit but the basic flavor is of the cream segregated from the milk is similar.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-75564 aligncenter" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464-300x400.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464-300x400.jpg 300w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464-450x600.jpg 450w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464-768x1024.jpg 768w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464-970x1294.jpg 970w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/thequint_2017-12_37cfefdc-8155-4b3b-9ad6-8548afb3c105_IMG_7464.jpg 977w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /><br />
Few people are aware of this light dessert that people can have after their heavy kind of dinners at parties or events.<br />
The desserts serving in different earthen pots, or in leafy pots, have their individual attraction for their cloudy white appearance and the sweetness of the dry fruits, saffron, cardamom. From the kitchen of the Parsi’s drink, it may not be similar but has the touch of the cardamom in it.</p>
<p>Daulat ki chaat, the unique dessert as the name describes; is exceptional when it ensures that feeling and flavor are equal to several gold coins. People find this dessert lighter and tastier comparatively to other traditional or continental deserts. This the reason that this dessert has been known as the chaat that is one in hundreds for its unique delicacy available in the winter season.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pani-Puri-wala.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27501" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pani-Puri-wala.jpg" alt="Pani-Puri wala" width="600" height="359" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pani-Puri-wala.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pani-Puri-wala-250x150.jpg 250w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pani-Puri-wala-400x240.jpg 400w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p>Remember the vendor, Rajdev Lakhan Chauhan (59), ran a stall at Bhaskar Colony in Navpada, was caught on lens by a 19-year old college student, Ankita Rane. He was seen urinating in a vessel that he usually used to serve his customers.</p>
<p>Also there is a risk of other materials being cooked or stored in unhygienic conditions.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Amul-pani-puri-troll.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27489" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Amul-pani-puri-troll.jpg" alt="Amul-pani-puri-troll" width="600" height="438" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Amul-pani-puri-troll.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Amul-pani-puri-troll-548x400.jpg 548w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p>So next time before having Pani Puri just think of this article and the images!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>2.&nbsp; Samosa’s &amp; Bhajis – Jab tak rahega Samose me aloo tal ta rahunga. Oh! Me hu chalu: p</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/samosa-fried.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27495" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/samosa-fried.jpg" alt="samosa-fried" width="600" height="333"></a></p>
<p>The oil used to fry Samosas, Pakoras, Bhajis and Aloo Cutlet is constantly reused again &amp; again. This makes the oil <strong>Oxidized</strong> and it also loses its essential fatty acids. Also ingredients like potato, besan quality may either be stale or of inferior quality.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>3.&nbsp; Mongo Juice &amp; Gola’s – &#8220;Kuch Kuch Hota hai, Tum Nahi Samjho Ge!&#8221;</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Mango.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27492" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Mango.jpg" alt="Mango" width="600" height="400"></a></p>
<p>That ‘Kuch Kuch’ is <strong>Metanil yellow</strong> and <strong>Malachite green</strong>, the textile dyes, which despite being banned, are used as food colouring agents. They are carcinogenic (can cause cancer) and mutagenic (can change genetic information of the embryo) and are responsible for liver damage and tumors.</p>
<p>So before buying that delicious Mango juice or the tempting Golas just remember this <strong>“Kuch Kuch nahi Bohot Kuch hota hai..”</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Golawala-gotala.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27502" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Golawala-gotala.jpg" alt="Golawala-gotala" width="600" height="258"></a></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>4.&nbsp; Dosa The Don – Jaane kya hoga rama re, Jaane kya hoga maula re</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dosa-wala.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27490" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dosa-wala.jpg" alt="dosa-wala" width="600" height="450" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dosa-wala.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dosa-wala-533x400.jpg 533w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/street-side-dosa.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27499" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/street-side-dosa.jpg" alt="street-side-dosa" width="600" height="401" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/street-side-dosa.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/street-side-dosa-599x400.jpg 599w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p>These stalls are usually located by the roadside and are continuously exposed to harmful vehicular emissions. So the next time you choose to eat out, colera and diarrheoa might just be lurking around your Dosa. Yumm!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>5.&nbsp; Sandwich – Diwali for germs – Mere tumhare sabke liye happy diwali</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/SANDWICH_ANTS.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27496" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/SANDWICH_ANTS.jpg" alt="SANDWICH_ANTS" width="600" height="288"></a></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Sandwich-wala.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27497" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Sandwich-wala.jpg" alt="Sandwich-wala" width="600" height="400"></a></p>
<p>As it is a completely uncooked food item where all the ingredients are raw, the possibility of germs increases significantly. Even the materials used like chutney and sauce might be already of expired quality.</p>
<p>So think twice before you say <strong>“Bhaiya thoda Chutney zaada daal na!”</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>6.&nbsp; Pav Bhaji – Lal rang mil gaya re meri Pav Bhaji me, muhjko bhaiya ne khila diya hay re dhoke se</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mana ke muhje swad dega woh magar meri jaan bhi lega woh</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pav-Bhaji.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-27494" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Pav-Bhaji.jpg" alt="Pav-Bhaji" width="600" height="343"></a></p>
<p>Finally the universally favorite food item – Pav Bhaji is not only susceptible to roadside germs landing on that Tawa but is also adulterated with lot of non food grade coloring.</p>
<p>And there is no need to say how the Pavs are made in unhygienic conditions.</p>
<p>But this does not mean that the food available at the restaurants is of prime quality because who knows what goes behind those fancy big doors and closed walls.</p>
<p><strong>So Ghar Ka Khana Is The Best Khana..!!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Hence Proved</strong></p>
<p><strong>Like. Share. Comment! It’s All Free..!</strong></p>

<p>Golgappe!</p>
<p>No matter what I do, and why I do it, this reason to life will never fade away.</p>
<p>No matter what city I go or work in, I have to have Golgappe 5 times a week! Do you feel the same too? If yes, then we are riding on the spicy boat 😉</p>
<p>And guess what is the high point in a Golgappa story? They are available in almost every city you go to! Wherever you are in the country, you will get them. Maybe with a different name, with a different appeal, and prepared with slightly different technique with minor variations due to the local tastes, these yummilicious treats are heaven, residing in all the cities.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s have a look at the names and forms of Golgappe as they are available n these 8 cities. Along with some of the most famous GolGappa Joints in those cities who take pride in serving Golgappas!</p>
<p><strong style="line-height: 1.5;">1.  Amchi Mumbai&#8217;s Pani Puri Chatkaaredaar</strong></p>
<p>No match for Mumbai Pani Puri, as it is lovingly christened in the city of Marathas. There is a unique flavour to pani puri here, which probably is due to the presence of usual salt in the sea laced air. Yes, some joints are famous for using Bisleri water for their pani puri, so those who are high on hygiene quotient, can have as much as they want, without getting worried of the bacteria.</p>
<p><strong>Some Most Famous Pani Puri Joints In Mumbai</strong></p>

<p><strong>2 &#8211; Always ask the locals about the most happening street-food joints:<br />
</strong>Don’t forget to follow their lead because they are know-it-alls about the local street food joint that is almost the buzzword in the city. Especially, around the office areas, check for where the employees swarm in to munch on <em>Samosas, </em>you will be sorted.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65175" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/2-12.jpg" alt="" width="629" height="422" /></p>
<p><strong>3 &#8211; Go vegetarian:</strong></p>
<p>Opt for noon-veg street food on your own peril because there is no guarantee about the quality and duration of the meat. Hence, going vegetarian while digging the Indian street food is highly advisable to those bona fide foodies.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65176" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/3-11.jpg" alt="" width="628" height="418" /></p>
<p><strong>4 &#8211; Check for the cleanliness:</strong></p>
<p>Not all roadside food joints serve food that has been hovered on by cockroaches the earlier night. So, steer clear of this notion and have a keen eye on whether the kitchen and the staff appear clean. Also, the dishes.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65177" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/4-12.jpg" alt="" width="623" height="520" /></p>
<p><strong>5 &#8211; Cold shoulder the street drinks:</strong></p>
<p>In India, during the summer days, sugarcane juice reigns supreme but we would still urge you not to try those for hygiene purpose. Also, the juices (even if they appear to be made from fresh fruits) are not as advisable to take a dig on.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65178" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/5-10.jpg" alt="" width="623" height="349" /></p>
<p><strong>6 &#8211; Keep aside the sauce:</strong></p>
<p>You will definitely be offered a sauce in case you are having <em>samosas</em>. But the hard truth is the sauces are made from tap water so possibility of stomach upset definitely notches up a high.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65179" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/6-13.jpg" alt="" width="618" height="383" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/6-13.jpg 286w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/6-13-95x60.jpg 95w" sizes="(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px" /></p>
<p><strong>7 &#8211; Try the Indianized Shwarma:</strong></p>
<p>We call them Chicken-roll which which is made from the local handmade bread and mayo but sometimes tomato and chilli ketchup replaces the mayo too accompanied by a lot of onion and cucumbers.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65180" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/7-12.jpg" alt="" width="628" height="470" /></p>
<p><strong>8 &#8211; Deep-fried food is strict no-no:</strong></p>
<p>You better avoid deep fried street foods like Samosa, puffs etc if they are not from an apparently clean joint because they don’t regularly clean the cauldron and shuffle the oil.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-65182" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/samosa-2.jpg" alt="" width="621" height="348" /></p>
<p>These are Indian street food &#8211; So, keep these information handy whenever you are on a gastronomical journey around Indian street cuisine. But <a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/travel/street-foods-in-kolkata/64185">you should give them a shot each</a>, no matter what.</p>

<p>Tapsee Pannu started her career as an actress in South Indian Cinema and before she found her feet in Bollywood but she actually hails from Delhi in particular.</p>

Tapsee will be seen in this film with Saqib Saleem and Jackky Bhagnani which is steeped in the concept of innocent first love.</p>
<p>Today morning, after shooting in Delhi streets where she munched on some long lost delectable street food, she tweeted about the things without which her Delhi love story is incomplete and we thoroughly agree with her. Her tweet moved us to emotional highs and lows and it opened a leaf from the pages of memory.</p>
<p>We are here jotting down the seven things Tapsee hearts about Delhi and we do too.</p>

<p><strong>Things Tapsee Pannu loves in delhi</strong></p>
<p><strong>1 &#8211; Coffee Date:</strong></p>
<p>You can’t start a love story and not go on a coffee date in Delhi, that’s the essence of it. You know a person better when you chat over some coffee while your eyes do most of the talking. The landmark cafes like Café Coffee Day, Barista, Costa Coffee and Starbucks stand witness to such coffee dates.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61834" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/1.jpg" alt="" width="630" height="397" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/1.jpg 630w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/1-95x60.jpg 95w" sizes="(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px" /></p>
<p><strong>2 &#8211; Movie Date:</strong></p>
<p>Sitting through the three hour long movies with your partner hand in hand concretizes your bonding. Every couple in Delhi does this and living in Delhi as a youngster is incomplete without this. This way one can be with each other and be entertained in the meanwhile.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61835" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/2-535x400.jpg" alt="" width="535" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/2-535x400.jpg 535w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/2.jpg 635w" sizes="(max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px" /></p>
<p><strong>3 &#8211; Hot plate of Momos:</strong></p>
<p>Delhiites swoon over Momos and most couple bond over a plate of Momos in Delhi. Momos are the widely available low-calorie food option and many relationships are credited to the roadside momo stalls. In fact, there is a condition that if the partners share common love for momos, they can stay together.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61836" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/3-641x400.jpg" alt="" width="641" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/3-641x400.jpg 641w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/3-95x60.jpg 95w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/3.jpg 647w" sizes="(max-width: 641px) 100vw, 641px" /></p>
<p><strong>4 &#8211; Visiting Hauz Khas Fort together:</strong></p>
<p>This is an imperative to visit Hauz Khas village as lovers. This remnant from the Delhi Sultanate of Alauddin Khilji dynasty oversees a gorgeous lake in one of the most beauteous locations in Delhi. You can feast your eyes on the beauteous nature while sitting hand-in-hand with your lover.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61837" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/4-634x400.jpg" alt="" width="634" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/4-634x400.jpg 634w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/4-768x485.jpg 768w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/4-95x60.jpg 95w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/4.jpg 800w" sizes="(max-width: 634px) 100vw, 634px" /></p>
<p><strong>5 &#8211; Ice-cream cone:</strong></p>
<p>Eating ice-cream with the person you love freezes you together for a lifetime.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61838" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5-660x397.jpg" alt="" width="660" height="397" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5-660x397.jpg 660w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5-250x150.jpg 250w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5-768x462.jpg 768w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5-400x240.jpg 400w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/5.jpg 900w" sizes="(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px" /></p>
<p><strong>6 &#8211; Going on a Kebab date in Old Delhi:</strong></p>
<p>Delhi is famous for Kebabs and you can definitely treat your crush to some tasty chicken dishes and kebabs at Karim’s and win her over.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61839" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/6-533x400.jpg" alt="" width="533" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/6-533x400.jpg 533w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/6.jpg 550w" sizes="(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px" /></p>
<p><strong>7 &#8211; Butter Chicken:</strong></p>
<p>Butter Chicken and Delhi are the two inseparable options. If you haven’t shared a plate of Butter Chicken with your girlfriend, then you missed out on the quintessential part of dating in Delhi.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61840" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/7-608x400.jpg" alt="" width="608" height="400" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/7-608x400.jpg 608w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/7.jpg 625w" sizes="(max-width: 608px) 100vw, 608px" /></p>

<p>And when it comes to these tempting items, we just cannot imagine a life without them.</p>
<p>Here you go:</p>
<p><strong>Pani Puri</strong></p>
<p>Even if you have been to the most exotic hotels in the world, have had the world’s best cuisine, but have not eaten Pani Puri on the Indian Streets, then you have not eaten the best yet. If ever this spicy, tangy chaat is served to the world, it will undoubtedly top the list of best food in the world.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/panipuri1.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone wp-image-33902" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/panipuri1.jpg" alt="panipuri" width="600" height="450" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Dabeli</strong></p>
<p>Dabeli is the most loved street food of Gujarat. But no more! This cousin of Vada Pav can be found in most of the parts of India today, especially on the streets.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Dabeli.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33903" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Dabeli.jpg" alt="Dabeli" width="600" height="444" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Dabeli.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Dabeli-541x400.jpg 541w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Raj Kachori</strong></p>
<p>Raj Kachori, this family member of chaat is famous all over India. Stuffed with masalas and topped with curd, tangy chutneys and sev, you cannot eat just one. But! This Kachori is so filling that you have no other option than to stop at one.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/kachorichaat.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33904" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/kachorichaat.jpg" alt="kachorichaat" width="600" height="402" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/kachorichaat.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/kachorichaat-597x400.jpg 597w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Aloo Tikki Chaat</strong></p>
<p>One of the simplest chaat recipes that can easily be made at home, anytime. Having said that, you will never get that street side taste of aloo tikki at home. Topped with curd, chutneys and sev, or chole; this street food will never ever disappoint you. It tastes heavenly in every way.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/dahi-tikki.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone wp-image-33908" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/dahi-tikki.jpg" alt="dahi-tikki" width="600" height="450" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Pav Bhaji </strong></p>
<p>With cheese or without cheese? How do you like it? With extra butter, maybe? If you accidentally pass a pav bhaji stall with a full stomach, I bet, you will still not be able to resist this street food. So, when you have no intention of eating out, it’s a strict warning to avoid streets that offer pav bhaji to you.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/pav_bhaji_recipe.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33905" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/pav_bhaji_recipe.jpg" alt="pav_bhaji_recipe" width="600" height="392" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Vada Pav</strong></p>
<p>Now what can I say about Mumbai’s jaan Vada Pav? Be it morning breakfast, a quick snack before running for the meeting, after office snack, or to fix a quick hunger pang; Vada Pav comes to the rescue anytime and every time.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/vada-pav-680x453.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33906" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/vada-pav-680x453.jpg" alt="vada-pav" width="600" height="400" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Bhel Puri</strong></p>
<p>The toughest question ever faced in life is – Sukha Bhel ya Gila Bhel? We love both, don’t we? This street food is not just tasty, but filling too.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/recipe_of_bhel-puri.jpg" class='wp-img-bg-off' rel='mygallery'><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-33907" src="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/recipe_of_bhel-puri.jpg" alt="recipe_of_bhel-puri" width="600" height="426" srcset="https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/recipe_of_bhel-puri.jpg 600w, https://www.youngisthan.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/recipe_of_bhel-puri-563x400.jpg 563w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<p>Is there any other item that we have missed out, and you would like to add to the list?</p>
<p>Go ahead and comment below.</p>
