They develop stress and anxiety due to the absence of the mind. They fail in each field, lose their stability, and suffer from anxiety.<br />So, day dream is not bad when the mind has complete control over them. You may not be willing to take your time out to get up and take a break from your routine working schedules but when downloading the Time Out is all you need, then why bother?  This is a free app on Mac Books and PCs that will remind you to take regular breaks and micro breaks of 10 seconds to go away from your computer screen so that you can feel  energized, attentive and more focussed when you return to your work.</p>
