Celebrity Flaws – There are many who think Bollywood celebs are PERFECT i.e. they have no body issues, at all. But is that really true? Obviously NOT. Celebrities post their beautiful pictures on Instagram, Twitter & there are many who think that they’ve flawless skin i.e. No acne, No pimple problems etc, etc. But is that really true? Obviously NOT. To prove it all, many celebs decided to prove it.

Yes, they took a stand to show how “No one’s perfect” saying is actually true. We are all humans & problems like acne. Pimples, stretch marks etc is pretty common.

Like I said, many celebrities took a step to prove it.

Here are some –

1. Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor is a “Fashionista Of Bollywood.” No doubt, she’s gorgeous. Sonam Kapoor has managed to grab limelight by giving some excellent performances. But does that mean she’s PERFECT? Obviously no. Sonam Kapoor bravely revealed having weight issues, saggy skin and even having troubles with facial hair. She might look stunning in pictures but there’s something that bothers her too.

2. Vidya Balan

She is often criticized for her weight. But do you think she gives a damn? Absolutely NOT. Vidya Balan embraces everything about her. “Weight gain” is not a problem. According to the actress, every women should embrace their curves no matter what. Recently, a reporter asked her about “gaining weight” & she gave him a fitting reply. It proved she is not ashamed of her size & no one should ever be.

We LOVE you for that.

3. Rani Mukherjee

Short height is often considered as an issue. Rani Mukherjee knew this & yet decided to give a shot in acting industry. Look at her now. She’s winning hearts & she proved that height should not be an issue. Once you consider your flaw is NOT a big deal, others around you will certainly get impress with your confidence.

4. Padma Lakshmi

There’s a scar on her arm and she isn’t afraid to show it. When asked about it, she says “My body is almost a map of my life” . She isn’t afraid to flaunt her scar & this is a lesson to learn.

5. Kajol

Do you have a unibrow? Ok, then that’s completely FINE. You don’t have to get rid of it. Kajol proved that having a unibrow is not a “big deal” and it is completely ok.

6. Chrissy Teigen

Remember the time when Chrissy Teigen embraced her stretch marks? She did it by posting a close up pic on Instagram. There are many who hate their body because they’ve stretch marks but Chrissy’s one post proved that it’s okay to have them.

7. Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham is an inspiration to all women out there. To tell people “Love the skin you are in” Ashley posted this picture and captioned it as “I workout. I do my best to eat well. I love the skin I’m in. And I’m not ashamed of a few lumps, bumps or cellulite.. and you shouldn’t be either.”

8. Lorde

She’s the best, right? Lorde posted this pic & captioned it as “in bed in Paris with my acne cream on.”

I think that’s enough to prove “No one’s PERFECT.”

Among the many lovey-dovey couples in Bollywood, Deepika and Ranveer Singh deserves a special mention for their rock solid relationship.

Some of their hit films are Bajirao Mastani, Raam Leela and recently Padmavat where they shared screen space. No wonder the couple had struck to the gossip columns for long time.

Exercises that our celebrities do – The thumb rule to exist in the glamour world is to look your best and rise above the mediocre.

There is always a cold war between celebrities in pursuit to leave others behind.

But nothing comes easy, ranging from acting skills and achieving the perfect sculpted figure, Bollywood celebrities always walk extra mile to achieve. Their Instagram and Twitter exercise video posts give us ceaseless motivation and people who hold utter contempt towards lethargy, hit the gym for keeping fit. There are, however exercises that our celebrities do for the body a particular role or look requires, our trainers will never ask us to attempt because those are bone-crunching to bits.

Many of you may have heard of the name of celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala whose fitness studio ‘Body Image’ is visited by Bollywood damsels like Katrina Kaif, Aliaa Bhat, Esha gupta, Bipasha Basu, Sophie Chowdhry et al. Yamin is seen doing forward leg lift lunges, mountain climbers with pushups, Butt bridges, diamond sit ups and squat jump alternate floor touch in 30 counts each with 3 repetitions. This takes years of training to achieve such flexibility and not a common man’s bargain.

The 5 times Ballon D’Or winner star footballer Christiano Ronaldo here is training his calf muscles and hamstring muscles by doing Pilates. Let us tell you, Pilates kills you and you feel the burn up, close and personal. Attempting Pilates is not an easy ball game, guys!

In this video, Alia Bhat is seemed to train her abs like a boss. Yasmin makes sure the exercises are fun so that one never gives up. Can you match Alia’s dedication? Think about it.

Oh boy, simple crunches look like moving a mountain to us, and here’s this guy in Yasmin’s Body Image effortlessly pulling off hanging reverse crunches is giving us cold sweat. Totally overkill for us!

This looks promising and tiring in the same vein. Yasmin looks like she was born to do it. But wunda chairs are not a common sight in many gyms because it’s not our cup of tea!

But looking at the facts (…and considering that Mallya is five years junior to Branson), who is to say that the Indian businessman has on several occasions not copied the entrepreneur from England.

Based on appearance and lifestyle, to name a few, it is pretty evident that Vijay Mallya has imitated Richard Branson on numerous occasions. Where Mallya is the chairman of UB Group, Branson formed the Virgin Group.

Virgin Atlantic Airways was formed by Branson in 1984, whereas Mallya established Kingfisher Airlines in 2005. Mallya was already making a fortune selling Kingfisher beer, a brand that came to life in 1978. Mallya venturing into the airlines business could well be an inspiration from Branson.
