<p>You can get rid of this bully hostel mate by changing your character &amp; attitude a little and grow little stronger emotionally.</p>
<p><strong>Control Your Emotion:</strong></p>
<p>You cannot control others, but you can control yourself. Your emotion is the fuel to their interest of bulling you. Your anger is their strength. Be Proactive not Reactive, When You react and response to their teasing behavior at you, you look fool as like comedian. They are enjoying the situation except you. There is very simple solution to this problem. Next time when they tease you and try to make you angry you just don’t react. When you proactive to their action and agreed to their superiority they become hopeless.  When they make fun out of you publicly, you hold your nerve, take a deep breath and join to their party. You make twice fun of you compare to them and laugh at you with them.</p>
<p>When you will do this you see the miracle result. They turn to your to your side and try to make you relax. The fun they were getting from your angry and foolish objections will suddenly stop. That force them to make statement opposite to you and that is your side too. Use this technique; you can counter any bullied with this process if the bullied people are not criminal.</p>
<p><strong>Change your attitude:</strong></p>
<p>You must be a simple and innocent type guy who loves to be silent always. This character helps the bully to make you their next victim. Change yourself a little. Learn to give funny and entertaining answer to them. Talk little louder then you usually talk. Increase the depth and tune of your tone. Always dressed good, look good, smell good and be neat &amp; clean. That will boost your confident. Keep your head high, chin high and look straight in the eyes. Walk little faster, stand tall, sit comfortably and take as more space as you can of your surroundings. Be bold and brave a little. Be courageous. Courage is something that doesn’t mean the absence of fear, it mean act with the fear. So you should counter and play the mental game with your bully hostel mate boldly in-spite of fear.</p>
<p>The bully is remaining bully until no physical abusing takes place. After that he/she is not a bully, he/she becomes a criminal and draws the interest of Police to interfere in the matter. Verbal Abusing may also fetch police interest as long as bully’s victim keeps patience and self control.</p>
<p>By the way legal action should be your last option.</p>
<p>You try the best and let the police to do the rest if there is anything left after your humble actions.</p>

<p><strong>Why you need to build a character:</strong></p>
<p>Building character is more important as like building Physical Health.</p>
<p>Without good physical health you cannot succeed in your professional life, same way without your professional and personal character you also cannot succeed in professional career. Character that reflects from you is your identity.  Your character is your road map to professional success. A good character attracts more people. More people mean more success. We have a misguidance in our society about the good character that a person with good character should be simple, open, broad minded, transparent, clear cut, straight forward, sweat talker, honest, humble, loyal, punctual, helpful, happy, enthusiastic, energetic, and so on. All these are socially approved as a good character. But what these characters have nothing to do with professional career. There is different characters need for different profession.</p>
<p><strong>Distinguished between good and bad character:</strong></p>
<p>It is the most difficult task to figure out, what is good for you what not. Y</p>
<p>our character is built by your circumstances, your situation, your friend circle and your profession. You and only you can distinguish between your bad and good character. For example you are a doctor for which you need to be cruel to do all those surgeries. But in our society cruelty is known as bad character. If you follow the society and change your character, then what happened you lose your ability as a surgeon.  Here cruelty is not a bad character but sympathy to patient is. Like-wise an administrator should be silent and egoistic, a lawyer should be irritating, a police man shouldn’t be humble to people. The characters of your profession are built automatically. If not you can built it of your own.</p>
<p>Methods of Building Character: Character building process is not a one night game. You need days of regular learning and practice for it. Let’s discuss how you can do it.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Programming of Mind:</strong> Your mind is the source of your character. Thought develops in your mind leads to action, your action becomes your habit and your habits make your characters. Your characters take you to the success destination. If you want to change your character change your thought process. There only one way of changing it is programming of mind. Programming of mind is something you talk to yourself when you are alone. Watch yourself talk carefully. Evaluate it properly. Then find out the dominant thought that create road block to your desire character. Then consciously alter that thought to your desire one. It will take time but solve the problem permanently as it works in root level.</li>
<li><strong>Positive self talk:</strong> Another way of changing character is saying the characters you want to be. You want to be excellent doctors, say it loudly. Make a list of the character of a excellent doctor or the person you want to be and write it on present tense as if you already live that life. Read out the list two times regularly after bed and before bed loudly.</li>
<li><strong>Change your association:</strong> You are carbon copy of your associate friends. You cannot be a doctor by hanging out with lawyer day in and day out. You need to change your association and make some doctor friends or someone who is already a successful person in your desire field. That will help you to create the desire character you need to.</li>
</ol>
<p>At last character building is very easy task. If your blue print is perfect, you have burning desire to become it, passion for it then things going to be very simple and easy for you.</p>

<p>However recently” Maggie” found with high dose harmful chemicals in its noodles. The Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) found in Maggie is a dangerous chemical which damaged our kidney. You might discipline yourself and never take alcoholic drink but a regular intake of Maggie, it may delicious food, can damage your kidney as like alcohol. What you are going to do then?</p>
<p>Saccharin used in processed food in the place of sugar is highly carcinogenic. Preservatives like BHA-Butylated Hydroxyanisole and BHT- Butylated Hydrozyttoluene will damaged the human nervous system. Little excess the amount of TBHQ- Tertiary Butylhydroguinone will cause the death of the human.</p>
<p>All the processed food manufacturing companies claim that their foods are safe but do these free from chemicals? The answer is no, more or less every processed food has contained deadly chemicals. Why we eating processed food with so much of interest? At what cost?</p>
<p><strong>Reason of eating processed food:</strong></p>
<p>All processed foods are very delicious foods in taste. These foods trigger our saliva to come out from its smell. This is not because we need the food but for the persuasive techniques use by the food companies. They are using the techniques called “Hyper-rewarding” in this technique it influences our brain to over eat.</p>
<p>Another technique is widely used in the food industry is the “Sensory- Specific-Satiety”. This is very dangerous formula it can make you addicted to certain processed food. That’s the reason why so many kids and children are addicted to the potato chips and other processed foods.</p>
<p><strong>Nutritional Values:</strong></p>
<p>What you think how much nutritious is the processed food. These contain only refined carbohydrates and fats. No protein, no vitamins, no minerals, they fool people with synthetic vitamin and minerals but you cannot make fool your body with these synthetic vitamins &amp; minerals.</p>

<p>When you figure out your desires, you have an idea of your interested field. Go back to the childhood. What is your favorite game or hobby? What is your prime source of interest? Find it out and match with it with your current desires. You will surprise that your childhood interest is complete match of your present desires. If your desire is for cars then your childhood favorite game must be car racing. Then why wait go for an automobile engineering or other related career. If you love to read magazines, stories why wait go for a journalism course or writing course to become a writer.</p>
<p><strong>Take charge of Destiny: </strong></p>
<p>After evaluate yourself with above process you can choose your own career that meant for you. Now take charge of your life. You are the driver of your own life. You should hold the steering of your life. Don’t let others to drive the life for you as you already 18. So this is the right time to take charge of your life. Make your own decision. Because no one can know you better than you so no one can make better decision other than you. Take responsibility of your own life. Most of the students in India bound to go with the decision of their parents or guardian. It is because the investment is theirs. But this is not a good practice. It makes the student dependent. It is better to arrange your own money instead of taking help of someone else whose intention is to dominant you.</p>
<p>Career choosing is a very vital event in life.</p>
<p>If done perfect then you will be happy. You love to work. You feel your work as game and enjoy doing it. Unless you afraid your work. Develop anxiety, stress and depressed with your work place. Finally lead to hell of the life. Do you want your life to be hell?</p>
<p>Sit sometime, do the above brain storm home works and make proper plan for your career. No one know who you are? In what you are good at but one thing we know you have some quality better than others. Go and find it out to live your full potential.</p>

<p><strong>1)      Physical Wellness: </strong></p>
<p>Physical Wellness is the prime ingredients of complete health. There are three main ingredients that make us healthy.</p>

<li>Proper Nutritional Diet: Our body is product of our food that we eat in our day to day life. So the proverb of “We shall become tomorrow what we eat today” is very truly fit. Now question is that, does your daily diet plan have these entire food supplements which our body need? If yes than ok, it not you need to think on it. You need all vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber everything regularly. If you think that by eating fast food, processed &amp; packaged food you will get all these for your body than think again. Add fresh fruits, Vegetables, Green Leaves, Nuts to your diet and cut excess fatty foods like pizza, burger, hotdog, chips etc. Take at least 5 different variety fruits every day. Young mass like the above spicy foods, these lead to the nutritional deficiency in the body as a result the early aging, lack of stamina, tiredness, are there among the youth.</li>

<li>Regular Exercise: The body part we don’t use regularly will become vestige. This may hurt you but it’s true. Our body parts will become strong and healthy when we put them in a regular use. A regular use of organs helps good blood circulation, a good blood circulation mean the entire organ getting their proper nutrition and oxygen. <p>Brain is a vital organ of our body. Everything starts from brain and end with brain. So keep our brain healthy is quite essential for healthy life. Meditation is a very good exercise for brain. Make the brain thoughtless by meditation when it take rest and become more efficient.  Playing brain treasure games, solve puzzles are some of the brain exercises to make it sharp.</p>
<p><strong>3)     Spiritual Wellness:</strong></p>
<p>Where you have to believe in God or Destiny or Cosmic energy in which form you accept the super power is. In our daily life not everything happened as the way we want it to be happened. Not everything in our control. If we believe in super power it make us believe that “Everything happening in my life is great and best for me”. Spiritual wellness is about finding good things in every situation/ in every person and ignores the negatives.</p>
<p><strong>4)     Emotional Wellness:</strong></p>
<p>This is something very hard to achieve. In this materialistic we give importance to things we have not the relationship we have. In this process we want and expect many things from others. If we don’t get the desire things from them we become frustrated and get emotionally hurt. It takes away our happiness. Without happiness we cannot get our complete health. So what to do for emotional health. Give importance to the people in our life. And don’t expect anything from others. When you make your expectation zero you will able to see the beauty of the relationship. Accept every people and expect from yourself.</p>
<p><strong>5)      Social Wellness:</strong></p>
<p>We are social animal. We are living in our society by helping each other. If we don’t help others than no one is going to help us. If we are in some situation where need help of others and don’t get it. We become helpless and stressed. This is also affecting to our overall healthy life. So make a habit of helping others as per your capacity which will return to you with multiples.</p>
<p>Finally living an overall healthy life is difficult, but a conscious effort can take you closer to it. If you won’t make all the above wellness than don’t worry start with one step and you will see the difference after few days.</p>
