The reason for a divorce can be any, but breaking the relationship between a husband and wife is difficult. Especially when the relationship suddenly ends after decades of staying together. The friendship grows between the couples after undergoing various hardships, your man turns into one of the ex-husbands.

Struggling together for the best times and spending fun times together, itself strengthens the bond. Divorces cause emotional breakdowns. But these experiences give some better opportunities to the ex-husbands.

Scopes that benefit ex-husbands

They remain, friends,
Even after the divorce, the ex-husbands remain good friends. The older their relationship the longer is the friendship. There may be many disheartening situations from the past that led to parting.
But somehow or the other emotional attachments do not allow us to give up on friendships.
Ex-husbands remain consistent in guidance and support. Even though they may be with a new partner, their approach as a friend is never ignored by their ex-partners.

Enjoy kids company
They can be single, living alone. Working throughout the day and partying at the weekends. Whatever they may be doing, they remain the father of kids.
Even though he may be with his new girlfriend but the relationship with his kids cannot be denied. The divorce is between husband and wife but never between a father and mother.

Less to do with commitments

If the kids are with their mother then it is obvious that there are fewer responsibilities for a father. From the household work to official duties the entire responsibility and commitment are taken by the mother. Fathers do not have to worry about their breakfast, lunch, and studies.
Overall it is observed that fewer commitments are for ex-husbands. It makes their weekends worry-free and happier. They are almost free to spend better time without much involvement in their past marriage. Ex-husband can easily overcome the issues of commitments.

Find them in hard times
Relation between the husband and wife who have already undergone hard times shares a bonding. The bonding develops trust and dependence. The quality developed when together helping both the next partners to support each other in hard times.
Even though it may not be necessary to be along with your ex-husband. But being with them in the hard times helps them to overcome faster. The connection of dependence develops through emotional attachment.
This emotional attachment gives strength to stand by each other when necessary stand by each other.

Spend quality time together
The separated partners have a common experience and habit of spending time with each other. As parents or friends, the ex-husband can always find out time for his family and kids.
Spending quality time together as parents is a duty, but it allows us to find some time for each other. Despite being away from the marriage, the time can remain as additional happy times in the memories.

Being common as family friends, relations, your ex-husband may be following you without your knowledge. But separately having fun in front of you that is also an unbelievable benefit.

But as one grows older to an adult finding or making friends becomes difficult. There are many common reasons for which making friends have never been easy for an adult.

Adults are being surrounded by various routines apart from their work and regular activities. Each person has their ways of living it may be related to their personal or social life. Somewhere or other they are connected from one way to others. It does not enable any adult to make new friends easily.

Kids and Teenagers comparatively are faster

When compared to an adult, in terms of making friends when in new places or cities teenagers and kids are faster. They can easily connect as well as expand their social circles in less time. Hardly have they struggled to work and think twice to have a new friend with whom they can spend talking with or without reason.

Why do people need new friends? Does not matter how old a person can be, he or she always needs some new friends. Though they may have many old friends finding new ones gives an excitement to have something that was not earlier present. It can be for yourself to spend time talking with a friend when no one is around. It is when you have some free time but none of your old friends or family does as they may be busy.

Where ever the kids move they tend to find some friends. It is because their minds are less or not at all diverted as compared to adults. Teenagers are energetic, as well as open to expressing themselves to old friends and new ones. They do hardly think to find any reason to talk or spend time, as they do not need a reason to talk to anyone. It can be teenagers and kids meeting at a birthday party or any playing ground. It takes a few minutes to be friends.

Difficult for adults as they need a reason to talk

The worst part of an adult’s mind is that they cannot talk unless they have any reason. Approaching anyone without sharing some interests or reasons does not help them at all. On other hand being connected to others cuts off much of the time of a person to have some time for new ones.

Some feel that they are ignored and thus push one from another. But those who can understand the differences, the busy schedules wrapped within work-life, families, and self space can find new friends.

But comparatively the time is less and it is why adults are trying to join groups and activities when they have friends around. They are present there when you are free and can spend a good time with them. Likeminded is another thing that adults search for; hereby it makes them comfortable to spend some worthy time.

Adults look for something similar topics that they can share and enjoy. Keeping away the miserable thoughts of jealousy, comparison and status is essential. It is not among kids and teenagers, hardly they bring in their friendships.

Job culture has changed and the maximum indulgence is towards our work which has lessened the time spending with our kids. Spending quality time with kids may not be an easy task few find it boring while few do not have the patience to deal with kids. First, it is important to make up your mind to spend quality time not the maximum.

Few of the best ways to spend a good time together are:

Connect with your kids: Technology has been a great drawback in connection, it may be to any kind of relation. But in cases of your own kids, it is necessary to keep technology aside so that they connect to you and not the technology. Video games or mobile phones are never the best way to connect with your kids if they are under 10 years of age. In order to understand kids talk to them, it may or may not make sense but speaking to them increases their confidence. They start understanding their parents and parents begin to know about their kids.

Kids love to hug and it is important for both mother and father to respond to their hugs. See you will feel the love and pleasure of parenthood in parents and kids relationship.

Playing: Wrestling with kids is the best way for fathers to play and fight with the kids. Sometime you will win and sometimes let them win. The kids get energized and connected with the sweet and bitter wrestling. Mothers may not be able to get down into fine wrestling games but the hide and seek games are enjoyed by all age groups of children. Being a kid you will have to accompany them while they grow up children enjoy within their friends.

Playing with pillows building obstacles with the pillows and throwing pillows at them children enjoy it.

Dance party: The dance party is the best thing that parents can do. Kids love music and so you can spend hours dancing with the kids. Music and rhymes are always the favorites of the kids, they will enjoy learning and playing together, another simple way to built a strong parents and kids relationship.

Share snacks: Sharing snacks is also the best way to spend quality time with them. So if you want your kids to eat food or snacks it is necessary that parents never say no or yikes to their foods or snacks. Often kids grow snobby and do not like to have all kinds of foods. Lack of nutrition may take place due to the negligence of proper kids’ diet. So, joining your kids in eating and sharing foods and snacks will enable you to build their interest in eating food. Kids will learn to share also!

To be quiet together: As much as playing is important together, parents and kids together should also learn to stay keep quiet together. This will help kids to learn to be quiet and develop the peace of mind, simply sit together watching television or sitting in the verandah looking at distant places. Looking at the distant place will enable to improve the visions of the kids.

Sometimes the things may be silly to you but these things can develop an amazing relationship between kids and parents

If the parents wanted to teach their children the life
skills that will not definitely happen within a day or a week. It will take
time, consistency and effort throughout their life in teaching these skills to
them.

1. The ability to cook

Every child must learn the ability to cook right from
their childhood before they become adults. When the children become adults and
begin to work on their own, then it can be helpful. This might help them when
they leave their parents to live on their own.

2. Doing own laundry

Doing their own laundry can help the children as
adults living independently after their childhood. Once they leave their home
to live alone it can help the children in a huge way. Hence it becomes
essential to teach the children both cooking and laundry skills.

3. Typing skills

Typing faster can fetch good computer skills to earn
money. By learning to type, children can start off their computer operations
right early. This can help them get money when they grow up.

4. Fiscal responsibility

Children must learn methods to save money. This can
help them learn their potential to save money for their future life.

5. Staying healthy with exercises

It is extremely important to exercise daily and keep
fit. Children can be taught sporting skills like running, jumping, hiking,
climbing and other exercises to keep fit and healthy. This can make a child
practice the same as an adult and even after growing up. This, in turn, can
help the child avoid common diseases like cholesterol, diabetes, etc. that
catch even the children.

6. Dressing correctly

Dressing right to the right occasion is extremely
necessary. Hence it is extremely necessary to dress up for an occasion right to
catch the attention as well as the respect from others. The children must be
taught about the dressing skills right from their childhood to dress correctly
and right.

7. Time management

It is highly necessary to manage time and adjust to
the situations to finish the tasks on time. This can make the employer happy
and helps to earn more money and help the child be rich in the future.

8. Response to emergency

Emergency response is equally important in managing
emergency situations. Dialing an emergency number is the basic emergency skill
that can be taught to a child. Next would be teaching the right first aid
skills to the child.

9. How to clean the home?

Every child must be taught different ways to clean the
home. How to use the mopper, sweeper, etc. How to apply floor cleaners and so
on. This can help the child to keep their home clean when they become adults.

10. How to use public transport?

Using public transport is the easiest and cheapest
mode of transport. Even if a child knows how to drive a car it is essentially
important for them to know the ways to take public transports to reach their
destination.

In case of a kid whose mother was divorced, the child enjoys relations with both parties but in the case of abandonment the child somehow loses respect for the father figure or any elderly man in the society.

A kid whose mother was abandoned is a rebellious fighter and develops complexes. Along with their mother, they feel abandoned too.

A child, whose mother got divorced, is often confused as he/ she grows up in two different households.

In both cases the child would face the problem of building relations. The height of scepticism increases whenever the child gets attached. There would be a subconscious tendency to be over conscious about any relation.

The child whose mom was abandoned and the child whose mom got divorced both would have their share of trust issues. In case of the child whose father abandoned them the trust issue would be about the person. For example any person they meet they would have a fear if the person is trustworthy. In case of the child whose mother is divorced the trust issue is regarding the relation. As the child grows up he/ she might enjoy a very hunky dory affair with a person but there is a constant fear of losing everything. Sometimes freaking out for no reason at all actually causes damage to the relation.

Embarrassment: Our society is structured in a way where divorce is considered ‘western’ culture. Moreover let us not even get into the debate of pre-marital sex. The child who is abandoned faces extreme challenges from the society as the mother is questioned usually on her character. If the man abandoned them after marriage then the attitude would be sympathetic but if the woman is unmarried then the world views her child with a lot of criticism.

Sex without marriage is considered taboo. Imagine people like M. L. Sharma and A. P. Singh…the society would constantly haunt the mother and the child with unwanted questions.

Abandoned mom or divorced – both cases the children have their own share of struggles.
