By now the entire world has recognized the fact that a sound body abodes a sound mind.Mental health plays a crucial part of good health, and has been defined by WHO as “A state of wellbeing in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.”

Most of the youngsters and even teenagers, especially females of our generation are suffering from anxiety, depression, personality disorder and schizophrenia. While hormonal imbalance can be held responsible to a certain extent, most often than not, it is our lifestyle that needs to be held accountable. Several researches have also indicated that a stressful lifestyle is one of the most prevailing reasons behind it.
