<p>Improper diet and no workouts are the main reasons that can have risen the problems to health problems leading to lowering the life expectancy.</p>

<p>Changes in hormones and arising problems such as thyroid, estrogen, insulin are commonly rising in the mid-age groups. Controlling over the diseases is impossible without proper checking of diet and proper workout or exercises.</p>
<p>High blood pressure and cholesterol are causes that not only lower the energy level but lead to damage to different body parts. The fat stored in the body leads to increase issues and the fight against obesity becomes hard.</p>

<p>Work stress at the middle age is highly causing problems to increase in weight.  Life expectancy reduces when the body has more fats stored raising the issues of cholesterol, due to long-time desk jobs or work. Leading to delay or negligence in the kind of diet intake and proper maintenance of timings.</p>
<h4>Lifestyle changes</h4>
<p>Activities may be spending time in the gym or it can be playing football on the ground. Or any other activities such as cycling and moving out walking with friends. Altogether sudden stopping of the activities brings a major change in health problems.</p>
<p>Hitting the lifestyle changes, at the mid-age does not boost nor improve the health. Fat storing in the body will cause an increase in diseases.</p>
<p>Diseases in middle age and the reduction of the metabolism lead to reduce life span. Therefore it becomes essential to maintain a proper diet and workout. It can stabilize physical health and reduce the increase in weight.</p>

<p>Different people have many reasons to feel helpless about the sudden stagnant life. This brings boredom and affects each thought in the mind. The time itself is the main reason that makes a person suffer from boredom. A person may try several times to attempt a single thing but it will not happen. The more unsuccess retrieves which keeps on depressing the person. And at one point the person starts to feel that everything is finishing and nothing is left.</p>
<p>Time and the clock on your wall will never stop and so this boring, stuck life will never remain the same. Bad times will never remain for long as time flies. The practices with the different trials and errors can make the upcoming time better and the best.<br />
One thing has to be clear in life that nothing comes easy and handy. Each success comes up after failures.<br />
When a person feels stuck, it is the time when he or she should be calm. He or she should think over the reasons for being stuck that is bringing stress in life.<br />
Instead of regretting the hard times and getting into depression, it becomes necessary to slow down instead of losing patience.</p>

So, it is necessary to understand the difficulties instead of wasting time feeling stuck. Stay busy in discovering yourself.</p>
<h4>Don&#8217;t hurry and Stay calm</h4>
<p>Never hurry when you are confused and stressed. It is a time when a person no longer is strong enough to think or do something fruitful. So, stay calm until the feelings of confusion and stress are releasing to some extent. Finally after which it becomes important to talk to a family member or friend. They can empathize and push to the right track when a person is still under stress and stuck in a position in life.</p>
<p>Life seems stuck it is a time when something new and better is required to be built. It will come with new learnings and self-improvements.</p>

up a slow calming breathing pattern. Then you can hold your breath by counting
up to three. Then slowly exhale the breath through the nose by relaxing your
jaws and muscles.</p>

one object. Look around and check whether there is an object in which you can
divert your attention. Then look at it and consider its shape, color, pattern,

Even though we shouldn’t take stress, as it <em>affects </em>our health, at times it becomes really hard to avoid it. Many people have their own <em>way of dealing </em>with it. For e.g. some do meditation, exercising, writing down thoughts, hot shower &amp; many more things.</p>
<p>We think celebs enjoy their <em>life to the fullest </em>&amp; we judge into thinking that they live a LIFE that’s <em>stress-free. </em>But is that really true? Obviously NOT. Even celebs have to deal with stress.</p>

<p>Yes, you’ve read it right.</p>
<p>Shraddha Kapoor believes in driving back to a happy place i.e. her home &amp; sip a <em>cup of tea </em>to overcome stress. Many people do the same thing. What matters is, doing what we love in that moment so that we only FOCUS on doing that thing instead <em>of </em>drowning into the negativity that increases the stress level.</p>
<p>Understand that negative thinking creates stress. So in order to avoid that, you need to stop thinking about all the negatives &amp; FOCUS on the good things. I know, that it’s hard but you can always try. SHIFT YOUR FOCUS &amp; DO THE SELF-CARING FIRST. Trust me, the more stress you take, the more you <em>feel </em>like you’re losing in LIFE.
