Before the problems were present, over the issues of poverty and job hunger, starvation has led to increasing in death. Young ones and children do not get sufficient food and health care that is leading to suffering due to hunger.

Each year millions of people from these six countries need healthcare support and food. The United Nations world food program has to provide support to hungry people.

Six Countries suffering severely due to hunger

Wars, conflicts, and the recent lockdown of 2019 – 2022 due to the Covid 19 have destroyed the financial stability of the countries. The different countries that are undergoing the issues are on the edge of reducing the survival rate of their people.

Democratic Republic of Congo

Years prior to the pandemic this country severely suffers from various problems. Community war, conflicts, and civil war have already shattered the financial condition of the country. With time the situation of people has deteriorated. Disease along with the economic declination has led to destroying millions of lives. Survival has become difficult leaving behind the Congolese to suffer from hunger.

South Sudan

The help by the UNF program has helped people to survive famine in 2019. After which the country suffered the disease of Covid 19. More than 2 million of their people had faced the risk of starvation in South Sudan.

With the changes in situation and impact of the pandemic, there was an immediate need for working from home. Though the western countries are already dealing with work from home in India few companies or jobs were allowed to do so. Only fewer people are aware of the working and earn from home. Mostly private and public offices divided into small or large areas are for the employees. Working from the office within specified times has been in the regular schedule of the Indian working style.

Still, Indian prefers working from the office

It is true working from home has several benefits, it saves travel time provides the comfort of home. Fewer expenses on fares and home-cooked food on time. Despite the best advantages Indian looks forward to going to the office. Why?

Home ambiance does not prefer work from home

Indian families are mostly identified as staying at home on holidays. Whenever a person is at home there isn’t any workaround and if so it cannot be so essential. Indian homes do have a good study area or space but it lacks a workplace. Also, the ambiance does not support music, noises, and sounds around. The sudden need of work from home in Indian families has not been able to provide a required atmosphere as it is in the office with like mind and same disciplined people.

Friends and colleagues

The office may be a workplace but it is indeed surrounded by colleagues and friends. Working together or sitting side by side gives a good and warm feeling. But work from home does not provide a similar lively feeling on the contrary it often gives a lonely and isolated feeling.

There are fewer chats and solving problems during the small breaks over a cup of coffee. Also, those who are habituated to the atmosphere of Indian offices will never feel comfortable long in their houses especially the corporate sectors group or teamwork matters.

Interrupt in family relationships

As staying at home means a holiday or less priority to work, a serious face with worries or disturbances are not at all encouraged by family members. Work from home in Indian homes is almost uncomfortable when families want to spend the maximum time with you. Just because you are at home and they do not understand the priority of working from home. This is bringing a distance in a relationship when other members want you to contribute some time leaving your important official work just because you are at home.

Mind setup

Indian homes cannot provide a mind setup similar to the offices. As there are sure to develop several interruptions while you are working which distracts a person’s mindset.

Less Known to the work from home trends

Working from home is a new trend in many houses except the IT industry who has been working from home for decades and knows about it. But corporate jobs, small emerging businesses are finding it difficult to cope up with the trend, work from home.

But after the arrival of IT companies and other private sectors work from home has gained popularity for various job sectors. Until the arrival of the pandemic, life was more confined to office works. Later to avoid the widespread and continue to support financially the work from home has become essential and helpful for both private and public workers.

The second threat of Covid-19 has returned that is slowly hampering the present situation of India. Health industries are receiving the highest challenges with the outbreak of the diseases throughout the country.

Vaccination is carried out in large scale but it is not enough to control the second wave of the pandemic. The graph of the Covid-19 is increasing on fast pace and the hospitals as well as health centers are not enough for the handling the peak.

Threat to the economy

It is a great threat to the Indian economy when small scale businesses will face the loss. Lockdowns have been enforced in state of Maharashtra due to the increase in the infected and death rates. The infections of Covid -19 is spreading on the fast rate for which night curfews and micro containments zones have also been implemented.

Restaurants and hotels are slowly facing the downfall in their businesses. Night curfews are given to stop the crowds in Pubs, late-night parties. The economy has entirely hit in places where the lockdowns are fully imposed. In the second wave not only the poor will suffer but the middle class will have to face major difficulties. Monetary support was shattered at the first wave of the pandemic in 2020 while it will worsen in 2021.

Second wave Covid 19 Health sector

Health sector is entirely shattered with the lack of availability of beds, equipments for the treatment of the patients. Hospitals will have to face major problems with the lack of staff comparing with the uncontrollable increase in disease. Quarantines are for the people who have the mild symptoms but nothing can be considerable for severe attacks.

Apart from the second wave of covid -19, it has become difficult to treat other severe diseases. Lack of oxygen, PPE Kits and medicines are slowly engulfing the medical system of India. Health sector of Mumbai is facing the major threat due to fast spreading of Covid -19. The slum areas like Dharavi, the main place of worry that is responsible to worsen the situations. Hospitals are overcrowding with patients and slowly running out of resources.

Death rate increasing

It has become difficult to control the second wave of covid 19 which is stronger than the prior one. As on one side lockdowns will cause dampening the Indian economy on other side the deaths are hurting the Indian families. The fast pace widespread has made the treatment difficult for serious patients leading to death among all age people. The death are from small kids to old age people due to covid-19.

The struggle and terror has frightened the non essential business and small scale businessmen. Families, who have the single source of income are worried about “what if the lockdown takes place”? How will they be able to run their family without any income? Bartender or an employee of a mall are severely stressed. Many lost their jobs in the first wave while somehow managed to survive now has to face the second wave threat in India. They are struggling to survive for a better tomorrow.

The shoes are made from waste tire parts. The journey was not at all easy as investment always stands as a great factor.

All the recycling businesses related to tire works need a good lump sum of the amounts. Pooja Apte did not have a great amount of money to invest. She had no cash except the Rs. 50,000 that she won in “Startup India”.

Her participation in “Startup India”

Pooja Apte is a post-graduate in Renewable energy from the Energy and Research Institute. It was in her last year of studies 2018, in the end, she started looking for a job. Looking for a job enabled her to find out some of the experiences. It was about the kind of work in different trades of the recycling process.

She found that the investment is high but wanted to do something innovative. Finally, she discovered ways to recycle and make new shoes; when researches were about the African communities. To prepare her first samples for the “Better India” participation. She took help from the roadside cobbler nearby to make the shoes.

So, after cracking up with a new invention she won the prize amount. After winning the prize it was a great investment for her startup business.

The new startup entrepreneur did not want to start anything that will increase the pollution in the air. Maximum discarded tire processing leads to air and water pollution. She did not want this at all.

Beginning of her career as a Startup Bengaluru entrepreneur

Immediately after completing her graduation, last semester all her time was for designing and making shoes. Her first shoes with stunning in appearance and design. This was made and sold as bridal shoe wear. This added more inspiration and hope for her startup company. With this Pooja experimenting and designing was selling shoes through the help of social media.

The best part of her new thoughts in business the startup Bengaluru woman is recycling over 400 kg of waste tires. The job is done without damaging the environment or increasing pollution.

About 1000 pairs of shoes were made out by the recycling of the tires.
At an early stage, the making of shoes was not up to the mark. But with time and production, Pooja Apte is always working on improving the quality of the shoes. This has given a new definition of shoes relating to weight and sizes. Now shoes are available in different sizes and are light weighted.

The startup company is working since 2019, the name of her innovative shoe brand is “Nemital”.
Intelligent and observance have provided the right basic path apart from her education. Altogether she is using her entire possible positive factors to become a businesswoman. The 28-year-old startup Bengaluru entrepreneur one of the youngest energized women. She had to suffer a loss during the Covid 19 pandemic.

This was immediately after her start in business but she expects to grow her business in 2021. The aim is to increase her production to the maximum. Expose her products to the global market in the upcoming years.

The most dangerous time in which art describes the time of suffering and the results.

Smallpox

Smallpox, one of the most pathetic remains is the scars that brought in a revolution to make scars as a sign of beauty. French men and women during 1792, had to face it in the form of an epidemic. It was with the help of art that had to enable to spread of the new form of creativity. Beauty and facial makeup were with the designs or stickers of attractive patches that were introduced to overshadow the marks or scars that were caused due to smallpox disease.

The beauty compared to dark or fairer skin reduced, both men and women adapted to the patches with different sizes. In 1700, deadly smallpox, the epidemic had given rise to beauty to scars with creativity during the crisis.

Bubonic plague

Bubonic plague, that is commonly known as the black death was fought with the help of art. When people started suffering from illness, unaware of their lifeline which saw another phase of quarantines and isolation in 1347. The tale of this epidemic is mentioned in the bible in 1411. Reveals creativity by paintings that described the status with jewelry and finest clothes, this epidemic had killed about 200 million Europeans.

The artwork and sculptures of the tombs indicated status, an important part of the renaissance in during this pandemic led to defining the condition and nature of the people. The pandemic driven influence of art and creativity was alive for more than a century.

Spanish flu

Spanish flu was the time when the pandemic had spread killing millions of people during 1918. The artwork itself was so-called “Selfies” that described the experience of the sufferers. The self-portrait of Edvard Mulch has been one of the great artworks in 1948, he was himself infected and expressed his feelings and symptoms in his painting.

In 1918, the incomplete painting by Egon Schiele which was about his wife, baby, and himself “The Family” is still an icon about the disease and suffering of the people. The painting remained incomplete because they died due to the infection of Spanish flu. The artwork during the pandemic was the self telling about the sufferers, the artists who described in their artwork, their creativity during the crisis.

Covid-19

Covid-19 reveals creativity in crisis was facilitating greater artwork in form of music, dance, and paintings. While the place of music and art, in the parts of Europe and Spain had a great part which played in fighting against the disease during the epidemic. Poets, sculptures, music, and the major revolution is videos. When people started to dwell in isolation and shoot, isolated videos edited to one screen.

Music and art combined people of different countries of the world to stay home and stay connected during the epidemic that started in the month of December 2019, epicenter Wuhan. Revolution to music, education, and adapting to a new style of livelihood that started with Covid 19.
