Success without college degree – It is always believed that a college degree leverages the glamorous career.

There are CEOs, Managers, Academics, and Scientists who are obligated to their college degrees for obvious reasons. The said belief has epidemic use to persuade us to studybut there is something more always than what meets the eye.

There are people who made it big even if they never acquired a college degree and then again, what’s in a report cart when luck has your back?

1 – DeepikaPadukone:

DeepikaPadukone is only a high school graduate and didn’t further her studies to college but yet she showed some real acting chops in the Silver Screen and no wonder she the ruler of hearts now. She skipped her college to join modelling without her parents’ nod but seems like she was right.

2 – Sachin Tendulkar:

He was fond of playing ever since he was just a school boy and stopped at nothing to conquer the title ‘God of Cricket’. He continued his studies only up to 10th standard and devoted all his time to sports. No wonder, he is a Global Cricket Legend now.

3 – Amir Khan:

Amir Khan, staunchly known as Mr. Perfectionist was a college dropout as he thought college was not his cup of tea. He debuted as a child actor in the silver screen and worked as an assistant director with his uncle Nasir Hussain. Now, his career in cinema speaks for itself.

4 – Kapil Dev:

Kapil Dev was a college dropout but made a successful career in sports. He was the captain of Indian Cricket Team when Indian won The World Cup in 1983.

5 – Mary Kom:

She left her studies halfway to feed fat her love for boxing and went on to become International Boxing Champion. She was a regular participant of varied sports events at school and was the only woman qualifier for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Their dedication in the fields of cinema and sports has become a metaphor for those who notched up their careers in a superlative high without a college degree.
