Oppo Find 7, the latest offering from the house of Oppo, comes packed with an amazing largest display, excellent camera functionalities, and terrific hardware & software.
Chinese handset maker Oppo, on 11th June 2014, launched its new flagship for the Indian markets, dubbed the Oppo Find 7.
Touted as the country’s first smartphone with 5.5-inch QHD display, the Oppo Find 7 boasts of an intuitive design, great camera specs, loads of RAM, outstanding battery technology, and other bleeding-edge internals.
With the launch of Oppo Find 7, the tech company intents to further expand its smartphone range in India. Recently, it also introduced two other phones, the Oppo N1 Mini and Oppo R3. Tom Lu, CEO, Oppo Mobiles India states that “Find 7 will strike a chord with those life explorers who are ambitious, creative, daring, willing to try things and always in pursuit of high-quality life. Technology savvy customers will realize that Oppo Find 7 is a smartphone that will delight them every step on the way.”
Flaunting a chic design, the Find 7 measures 152.6mm x 75mm x 9.2mm and its weight is 171 grams.
Sporting a super 5.5-inch Quad HD IPS LCD display with an incredible 1440×2560 pixels resolution and a splendid 534 ppi pixel density, the device runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS overlaid with Oppo’s proprietary ColorOS. It derives its power from 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad Core processor coupled with a whopping 3 GB of RAM.
The phone brings an inbuilt storage of 32 GB with an option to expand up to 128 GB via a MicroSD card. Fueled by a voluminous 3,000 mAh of battery, the smartphone comes loaded with the VOOC fast charging technology, which enables it to charge from 0% to 75% in mere 30 minutes. Connectivity options are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro USB, 3G and 4G LTE.
In the camera department, the handset scores great numbers by offering a 13 MP rear camera, packed with the latest Sony Exmor IMX214 sensor, which allows users to click professional photos as well as fabulous images even in low light conditions. Other enthralling features include a wide f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, 4K video recording, HDR, 120fps for slow motion recording, Super Zoom, and much more. It also houses a 5 MP front-facing camera which ships with a BSI sensor.
Other Oppo Find 7 features include skyline notification, MaxxAudio, 3.5mm audio jack, capacitive touchscreen, compass, and many more.
The price of Oppo Find 7 is approximately INR 38,000 in India.
Slated to arrive in early July, the impressive specs of Oppo Find 7 undoubtedly offer a tempting proposition to its customers. However, we need to wait and watch whether its real-time performance succeeds in justifying its hefty price tag.
