CLT20 Preview: MI men who need to perform

The 2nd semi-final sees a clash between Trinidad and Tobago and IPL champions, Mumbai Indians in Delhi tonight. Mumbai have been lagging behind in the batting\bowling department throughout the CLT20 and we think, if Mumbai are to win a spot in the finals, the following men should up the ante:

Sachin Tendulkar
‘The Master Blaster’ is having a nightmare of a tournament with the bat. Even though it is his last, Sachin Tendulkar should at least score some runs and bow out with an applause.

Kieron Pollard
The West Indian big hitter has gone silent off late. We all know what Kieron Pollard is capable of, and if he comes to the party tonight, the T&T bowlers are going to have a big task on their hands.

Dinesh Karthik
The wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik has failed to produce the form that he showed in the 2013 IPL that won him an Indian ODI team call-up. All has not been lost for Karthik who still has the best chance to show the selectors that they have made a wrong choice of dropping him (Australia ODI series)

Harbhajan Singh
The ‘Turbanator’ seems to have lost his guile and the turn that once bamboozled the batsmen. If Mumbai are to seal a spot in the finals, they require the services of the old Harbhajan Singh.

Pragyan Ojha
The left-arm spinner is out form too and Rohit Sharma hardly uses him in between the innings. Ojha is a crafty spinner and needs to start delivering if he has to win the heart of his skipper.
