Will Salman and Govinda Ever Work Together Again?

Right from the horse’s mouth! Oops, we mean from the stud’s mouth. Don’t look confused, there is only one and original STUD of Hindi film industry, Salman Khan!
Yes, both Salman and Govinda are very good friends and the last they were seen together on screen was in David Dhawan’s Partner. The chemistry was to be seen to be believed. Both tickled audiences’ funny bone like no one else does. Their rip-roaring comedy is still a benchmark for many upcoming heroes who want to emulate such bonding on screen.
However, after that movie, nothing happened. There were rumors, speculations; gossips about both of them coming together in a sequel or for some other project but everything fizzled out. There was also news of differences between them and things gone sour. But with the latest twitter update from Salman, all that seems passé!
In his latest tweet, Salman posted a picture of both of them together and said, “I am sending u a pic .Trying to convince govinda to do a film vit me, but partner not getting convinced. So I leave it to u to convince him. Here yeh dekho mere partner ko. Aah mere yaaro aah oh Koi partner ko samjhao. 4 yrs I am trying to convince him”. By the time his followers could think of a way to convince Govinda, followed another tweet from Salman. It said,”Thx samaj gaya partner.”
Both these tweets clearly mean that finally, after a wait of 4years, we are going to see two of India’s super-performers back on screen doing what they do best- Entertain! The deadly combination of Salman’s hot looks and Govinda’s impeccable comic timing can never fail. But this time it will be a film directed by Mahesh Manjerekar. We don’t mind who the director is as long as we get to see both these stars together.
This news will definitely cause a flutter among the leading heroines. Every damsel will start lobbying now to get a role in the movie. After all, a glamorous role even with no substance in such a movie can take a heroine’s career to great heights! Not to mention, her bank balance as well!
Okay, let us not peek too much into their monetary deals as for us audience and loyal fans, our hearts and soul get a bountiful of happiness and laughter when these two actors perform. Can any currency of the world replace it? Never!
