This science-fiction inspired hybrid car is a blend of caravans and car.  The small ct can be detached from the main body of the van.

 This adorable car is a head turner on roads! 

5. The Spider Car

No wheel Spider car is something we would have never thought of!

6. Pea Car

One seater pea shaped car is by a pea-lover.

7. Phantom’s Car

Too unusual to be driven on roads, must say.

8. Dual-nosed Escalade Limousine

This car is beyond one’s imagination.

The automobile industry flushes us with anticipation that something new is scheduled to be introduced. It has been driving innovation and catered to us some iconic cars. In the period of 125 years, while the automobile industry has been around, we were introduced to some simply wild, wacky or weird vehicles too. Innovation taken a bit too far? Well, some of those technologies continue to live-on even today. Here are some weird cars that we still gawp at:

World’s largest SUV:

It symbolises a 10 wheeler truck, usually deployed by the US Army, belongs from the Jeep Wrangler category. The car is powered by 15.2 litre Caterpillar Diesel engine with 600 horse power. It brings its headlights from a Ford F-series super duty and rear lights from a Dodge Dart. This car is owned by Sheikh Hamad bin Hamadan Al Nahyan who is not an ordinary billionaire.

The Giant Land Rover Series III:

The Emirates National Auto Museum, which is about an hour from Abu Dhabi, houses an enormous life-like replica of Land Rover Series III which makes a Nissan Patrol appear like a grasshopper.

Mercedes-Benz W116 monster truck:

The car is a brainchild of Rainbow Sheikh, Hamad Bin Hamadan Al Nahyan, who translates his wildest dreams into reality because he has a lot of fortune at his disposal. He, decidedly turned a Mercedez Benz W116 into a monster truck which is parked in front of the museum but sadly, have never turned a wheel.

Mercedes-Benz R107 SL:

It seems like Rainbow Sheikh has a fascination for rainbows which earned him the nickname. Many of the cars in his collection consequently come with rainbow accents. Every part of this car in question has is gold-plated and the flag-ports hint that it was driven in parades and other special events.

Datsun 280ZX:

If you visit Rainbow Sheikh’s museum, you will find several Japanese Sports Cars in there. There, you will locate this Datsun 280ZX which is one of the last examples built while the leather upholstery suggests that it’s a high-spec model. It was imported from the US and drawing attention of the visitors ever since.

Endurance:

The two-seater vehicle was built in Japan back in the year 1998. There are no additional information that has been found out about this car. The Emirates Museum also steers clear of divulging any information about the cars in its collection.

Ford Crown Victoria:

In 2019, bigger numbers of Ford Crown Victoria registered in the Gulf countries than in New York City. The Sheikh’s collection boasts of two of the nicest ones around. In this picture, you can see a car which appears like a taxi from the Los Angeles area.

Pontiac Firebird Trans Am:

This is one of the notable second generation Pontiac Firebird Trans Am muscle cars that is available in the museum. The car comes equipped with T-tops and it was shipped from the US in a like-new condition.

The Rainbow Sheikh’s compulsion for cars is really laudable. These are quite our idea of dream cars.

Weirdest Looking Cars – So you thought only Pink Barbie cars are the weirdest? Let me tell you, you’re certainly wrong about it then.

I know that you’re in the awe of BMW and Mercedes these days, but damn, forget all that for a moment, because this list of “weird cars” will certainly blow your mind. And I’m not kidding at-all. Well, trust me; the first time I saw these cars, I was like “What the hell were they thinking while creating these cars?” Like seriously, it’ll definitely leave you stunned.

These inventors really pushed the limits by creating something crazy & weird like this.

Well, take a look at these weirdest looking cars and surprise yourself today.

1. 1942 Oeuf Electrique

This is a French car and it’s translation is “Electric Egg”. To be honest, it is weird yet so damn cool in look and design, right. This car was designed by Paul Arzens, who earlier used to work on railway designs and as a painter. This bubble like three wheeler car used to ran on batteries. And it was made up of hand-formed aluminium and curved Plexiglass, a material used at that time.

2. 1959 Cadillac Cyclone

Can you see those black holes where the actual headlights should be? Those are actually the radars for the car’s crash escaping system. It is been said that whenever a car would sense an approaching object, it would automatically start warning lights and high beep sound, and it could also apply the brakes to avoid crashes.

3. 1947 Norman Timbs Special

This is weird in an amazing way, right? No other car can beat this one in look. It’s front mounted cockpit and curves leading to a raindrop tail is so eye-catchy. This car was invented by Timbs, an Indy racing engineer.

4. Sipani Badal

This weird looking car was introduced in 1970’s, which was first at the Sunrise industries Badal, and later he was sold to Sipani and started knowing as Sipani Badal. This similar looking car was also starred in the Mr. Bean series on TV.

5. 1947 Davis D-2 Divan

This was another three wheeled car which was built in-between 1947-1949. The story of this car was about corruption and fraud. It is said that the industrial designer Glen Gordon Davis was an unscrupulous businessmen who was looking to built a three-wheeled vehicle, when he set his eyes on the three-wheeled racer called “The Californian”, built by Frank Kurtis. He later convinced the owner and took the car to test drive and purposely crashed it to lower the price. With all the design idea, he welcomed people to help him in advertising the car.

6. 1948 Tasco

This car was made under a short-lived brand called The American Sports Car Company. This was weird in a way, Gordon Buehrig, took the design inspiration from World War II fighter planes.

7. BMW Isetta

This is a strange looking car which was designed by Iso S.p.A. Even though it was manufactured in the Italy, there are many countries (U.k, Brazil) that began licensing the designs.

8. Peel 750

This is known to be the smallest of small cars. This car cannot be compared to other microcars at-all, as this car was able to be including only one person in it.
