<p>I tell you man that is not a good feeling at all. Come to think of it, <a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/lifestyle/stomach-sleepers/56696">you have not slept for ages</a> and <strong>in the middle of an UTTERLY SERIOUS OFFICE MEETING</strong> where your boss is hell-bent on discussing the profit pie-chart, all you can think of is a soft cozy BED! Everything that can absorb your exhausted ass seems the only best friend on earth and you surrender to it devotedly!</p>
<p>Well, here are some eye-witnessed case-studies! Just for you! Laugh On: D</p>

<p>Firstly, let me add, that clean sleeping doesn’t only mean that you should sleep at a clean place or something. It means much more than that and i.e. daily getting sleep <em>for </em><a href="https://www.youngisthan.in/fitness-tips/yoga-poses-for-better-sleep/51708">7-8 hours</a> a day without waking up in the <em>middle of the night. </em></p>
<p>Yes, I know there’ll be many who wake up and check messages etc. But let me tell you, in clean sleeping this isn’t allowed, at all. Just think about it, sleeping can help you so much in your LIFE. Most importantly, your health will be good. Now I know there are many who FOLLOW certain <strong>diet plan</strong> but when it comes to sleeping, they ignore it like it’s not a big deal. But understand that sleeping plays an equal part in your health too.</p>
<p>Many only sleep on Sundays. Even though you work on other days, you can try NOT to use your Smartphone BEFORE sleeping. IF that doesn’t convinces you, then let these <em>benefits </em>do the magic – <strong>Better mood, healthier skin, no headaches, Focused, Improve memory</strong>, and many more. Like I mentioned, Gwyneth Paltrow swears by not just clean eating but also clean sleeping.</p>
<p>According to the sleep expert (Cosmopolitan report) Nerina, this kind of sleep actually comes <em>from </em>a Sanskrit word meaning “pure” – isn’t that amazing? She also says that everything you do throughout the day impacts how our body reacts when we go to sleep at night.</p>
<p>Clean sleeping doesn’t mean ONLY sleeping daily <em>for </em>like <strong>7-8 hours</strong> but it has many points.</p>
<ul>
<li>Eat <em>breakfast </em>within 30 minutes of rising – This is something that’s not done because when we wake up, we get too busy into checking messages and then replying to the person etc.</li>
<li>Drink 1.5 – 2 litres <em>of </em>water daily – There are many who only drink water while they’re having <em>food </em>and that’s wrong.</li>
<li>Sleeping early – Honestly, nowadays sleeping early means @ 12 and getting up early means, waking @ 10 in the morning. This is a habit that you need to let go. To experience clean sleeping, sleep early i.e. @ around 9-30 or 10-30 and yes, keep your smartphone away.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Benefits Of Clean Sleeping</strong> &#8211; All we need to do is, welcome “clean sleeping” so that we can be healthy. I’m going to try this one, are you?</p>
