It may be lord Krishna or his incarnation as Lord Rama in the epics they carry the lead in roles. By spreading useful lessons for the future.

Why are Hanuman and Arjuna compared?

They are different but at a point, Hanuman and Arjun are then compared for being the most skilled soldiers of their time.
Both have played a great role to win the end game after severe struggles. Both are fortunate who was able to see Lord Vishnu in the form of Krishna and Lord Rama.
Hanuman and Lord Vishnu are the two characters who have survived from Ramayan to Mahabharat. In the chariot, when Lord Krishna was with Arjun, somewhere Hanuman was hidden. The flag flying high in the chariot has the image of Hanuman that binds Hanuman and Arjun.

Who is more powerful? Hanuman or Arjun

Hanuman was a great disciple of Lord Rama. According to the mythology, it is also said that without the help of the King of Monkeys Rama would not have been able to rescue Sita. The strength of the King of Monkeys is incomparable. When he lifted the huge mountain to save the life of Lakshman. His power and intelligence did not blend with any touch of pride. His presence of mind and down to earth nature bound with his strength and confidence.
Hanuman was blessed with the divine powers of God. His skills of fighting with Gada, building the Rama Setu with the battalion of monkeys. They are not magical but the supreme power of strength and intelligence. Hanuman was a great leader and a person who resists ego to develop in himself. Till the end, he was with Rama to help him throughout the journey to kill the demon Ravana in Sri Lanka. Another remarkable skill was honesty and the ability to devote himself to Lord Rama.

While Arjuna was one of the intelligent warriors, his devotion was for his duty or dharma. It shows that he was an egoist despite being a powerful soldier of the Pandavas. Arjuna was one of the skilled warriors who was a great Archer through he convinced Lord Varuna to fill the pot with water.
Comparison of power of Two followers of Lord Vishnu
The main comparison of power is between Hanuman and Arjuna because they are the disciples of Lord Vishnu. It was difficult for Arjuna to introduce him as his disciple until he won the Kurukshetra. Sri Krishna has helped by motivating Arjuna when he was not able to develop confidence. Arjuna was a great devotee and believed in true dharma or duty. He was always committed to doing his duty irrespective of any situation or conditions.
Krishna had chosen Arjuna out of five brothers for his determination, intelligence and as a strong warrior.

While comparison of power for both the epic characters of Hanuman and Arjuna in Ramayana and Mahabharata, it is clear that Arjun was only a leader, Mahabharata. While in Ramayana he was a follower of Rama and leader as a King of Monkey!

Hanuman was the closest disciple of Lord Rama who is the avatar of Krishna. As Shiva is the superior who controls the entire universe being the strongest of all.

Hanuman has a great historical role in supporting Lord Rama to win the battle against Ravana. Vishnu was re-born to fight against Ravana, and Lord Shiva was on earth to help him throughout the journey. He was kind, supportive, loyal and above all courageous. None of the external features of the Shiva matches with the Hanuman.

Appearance of Hanuman

He is still the king of the monkey kingdom ruling on the earth. His face is similar to the monkey species with a long tail at his back. Partially the structure of human and monkey he was the incarnation of Shiva. Comparing with the appearances of Shiva it does not in any ways describe the ninth avatar. He is one of the loyal and honest souls who have been with his best friend Sugriva when he was sent to exile.

Sugriva was in exile after his brother who was the king of Kishkinda threw him out of the kingdom of monkeys.

How incarnation of Lord Shiva helped Rama?

After Rama lost Sita, two-person was close to him one was Laksmana and the other was Hanuman. Without the strongest Hanuman overcoming the difficulties was impossible. Two of the major obstacles that are memorable and describes the ninth avatar of Lord Shiva are:

Sanjeevani Herbs

During the battle between Rama and Ravana, Laksmana was severely injured. The only way to save his life was the herbs from the mountain of the Dronagiri ranges located at the Himalayas Uttarakhand. Finding out the life-saving herbs that are known as Sanjeevani Booti was not possible from the dense forest.

All he did is picked the entire mountain in his hand took it to the injured Laksman. Finally, they were able to pick the herbs and treat the injury. Finally, Rama’s brother was saved during the battle.

Rama Setu and incarnation of Lord Shiva

Hanuman is known as the Lord of the Monkeys. To help Rama and reach Lanka to rescue his wife Sita was not possible without the bridge build by the army of monkeys. They wrote the name of Lord Rama on the stones and placed it on the sea to form the bridge which is known as Rama Setu.

Once again the ninth incarnation was the one in all to sort out the problems and obstacles. Alone Lord Rama would have been taken a much longer time to reach Sri Lanka and find his wife.

Ravana was the greatest devotee of Lord Shiva who had showered the blessings of being immortal. Thus it was necessary for Lord Rama to have the support of Hanuman who is the incarnation of Shiva. He was able to fight against all the odds to defeat Ravana. The King of Monkeys “Hanuman” was on one side the devotee of Lord Rama and on the other side the avatar or incarnation of Lord Shiva.

This festival is for the monkeys as a tribute to the disciple of God Rama with platters of foods, fruits are served for the ancient rampages.

The ceremony starts with a warm welcome from the Thai people. Music, dances, and food are the around, dances are addressed to the monkeys. The performers dance in different costumes. Interesting costume and the dance part is the performances in monkey costumes.

For more than three decades the festival takes place arranged by the Mongoloids and Thai people. No other part of the world has such a unique culture and festival that continues in Thailand.

Reason of celebration

The Indian epic Ramayana mentions the role of Hanuman and his troupe of monkeys. When Rama was on his way to rescue Sita his wife, and he had to face obstacles. The major obstacle was to cross the ocean to reach Sri Lanka. The Vanaras or apes constructed a floating bridge so that Rama can cross the ocean and reach his destination. Ram Setu still is visible from above the joins as a pathway between the Pamban island to the Mannar island in Srilanka.

The task was not easy to complete the bridge without the help of the Hanuman, the disciple of Rama, and the Vanara Sena. Somewhere, the belief of the monkeys to be the primitive of human races are considered as valuable.

Going by the information provided by the sages, Vedas and Puranas, righteousness always triumphs over unrighteousness. Lord Vishnu, according to Hindu mythology, is the eradicator of all evils who assumed different Avatars to rid the world from atrocities. Vishnu raises a protective barrier around his devotees to ensure prosperity in their lives.

Shri Rama is the seventh Avatar of Lord Vishnu. The story of Ram Avatara you will also find in the Padma Purana, one of the ancient Puranas of Hindu mythology. Once Goddess Parvati grew curious about the various incarnations of Lord Vishnu and inquired to Mahadev. To satiate her quest for knowledge, Mahadev told Parvati, ‘Once Swayambhuva Manu had expressed his desire to have Lord Vishnu as his son to which Lord Vishnu agreed too’.

During the Treta Yuga, Vishnu manifested himself as Dasharath and took birth as Sri Rama. In the same manner, in Dwapar Yuga, Manu was born as Vasudev and Lord Vishnu kept his promise by taking birth as Shri Krishna. After the turn of almost a thousand years, Manu was born again in the village of Sambal as Harigupta and Vishnu was born as his son ‘Kalki’.

Lord Shiva then continued to talk about the birth of Sri Rama and said- sage vishrava was the son of Pulasya who was married to Kekashi. Both Ravana and Kumbhakarna was born to this couple. Another set of offspring they had too among which there was Surpanakha and then a virtuous son Vibhishana. After doing austere penance to please Lord Shiva, he was pleased and appeared before them. They then asked the boon of mortality from Lord Shiva and they got.

The boon turned around Ravana from being virtuous to spiteful and started tormenting the inhabitants from the three worlds. Scared, the deities sought the intervention of Lord Vishnu who assured them that he will solve the problems once and for all. He then took birth as Lord Rama to bring Ravana to task.

How Rama was born to king Dasaratha?

The story of Rama’s birth is one among the widely circulated mythological stories in India. King Dasaratha, who was a lineage of Surya, was childless. He had three queens, Kaushalya, Saumitra and Kaikeyi. He once performed a Yagna which is called Vaishav Yagna to have a child. In this process, one appeases the gods so that they are blessed with beautiful children. Needless to say, Gods heard his prayers and he was lucky to have Lord Rama as his child. When the Yagnya was being performed, Lord Vishnu gave a bowl of divine Kheer to Dasaratha and asked it to distribute among his queens. Dasaratha had done as asked and in the course of time, Kaushalya gave birth to Lord Rama in the sacred day of Chaitra-Navami. His birth was rejoiced in the three lokas.

This was the whole story of how Lord Vishnu reincarnated as Lord Rama to ascertain that Ravana doesn’t run amok.
