More disposable income:
One of the reasons couples opt for ‘ no kids’ policy is because they have more disposable income to spare. Couples can go on a vacation, spend on renovating their homes or even indulge in other fantasies when they don’t have the burden of raising children.

Modern couples argue that they don’t want a child to their lives when they themselves are shirking responsibilities. It’s better to regret not having kids later than have them and regret not being able to give them the best.

Of figures and body:
This is one the main concerns women have. When women in top positions say no to kids, it’s not just because of work pressure, but also due to the fact that they don’t want to put on weight. Most big-wigs are position-hungry, which works mostly on your appearances than talents alone. Hence, the need to constantly look and feel beautiful.

Work pressure:
In today’s world, there is cut-throat completion in every field. From media to banking to real estate, if you want to make it big, you have to slog it out. And when couples are chasing their dreams, there’s no way they can raise a healthy kid. The kid(s) is/are mostly left with their grandparents, which may or may not call for a fruitful bringing up.

Changing perception:
There was a time when women were made to sit at home and mind the kids. Well, not anymore. The wife is also bringing home enough or sometimes even more money than her husband so there’s no way she will sit at home and mind the kids. While most women love motherhood and want to be able to raise kids, some are career-centric and love their jobs too much to let anything come in the way.
