Fluids galore:
Wake up and drink lots and lots of fluids, preferably water. Only water can redeem you from your headache and make you feel more human. Also, water will flush out the toxins from your drinking sessions. You can also opt for orange juice or fresh lime juice to pep you up with instant energy.

No pills, please:
Say a firm no to pills and medicines that promise to cure you of your hangover and headache. Pills will only worsen your state and make you puke or indulge in something worse. They also react with alcohol to cause permanent damage to your tummy and other parts.

Fatty foods:
It’s time to bid goodbye to your diet and go for a fatty foods session. Include eggs, bacon and other greasy items to get rid of hangover real fast. Being hammered is the perfect excuse to eat all the great stuff you always wanted to, but were scared of piling on kilos.

Cold shower:
Nothing like a blast of cold shower to awaken your senses. Stand under a blast of shower and let the cool water do its best on you. It will not only make you more alert, but also help your head heal faster.

Sleep it off:
As silly as it sounds, sleeping actually helps you recover faster. It gives your body the sufficient amount of rest it requires to feel fresh again. Sleeping also minimizes headaches and body ache and gives your system time to recover faster. Don’t believe us? Give it a try!
