Pop open the bubbly:
Whether you’re alone at home for 31st or have friends over, popping open the bubbly is a MUST. Think of all the money you’re saving on parties and clubs and invest in a good quality champagne that will sort you for the night.
Back-to-back movies:
Sit back and soak in the fun of all your favourite movies that you can watch as many times as you please. You could also do a sitcom marathon and laugh your way into the new year! If you have your buddies over, mix and match your favourites to explore every genre there is. And don’t forget to get large tubs of popcorn and cola for your marathon.
Karaoke night:
You can either rent out or purchase a Karaoke set up and sing your night away. Get your friends and family to participate too and give away interesting gifts to keep everybody occupied. Don’t forget to sing the Karaoke favourite ‘Who the Hell is Alice’!
Disco balls:
Get a couple of disco balls, radium light and other disc essentials and convert your house into a mini club. You can also rent them out from party planners and event managers. Ask your buddies to dress up for the night and get a club mix running through the night. It’ll be fun, safe and super entertaining!
New cuisine:
Make sure your finger food consists of a cuisine you and your pals have never tried before. This will keep the conversation flowing and everybody will have a gala time eating a new dish! Along with your favourite dishes, include one or two new ones…and watch everybody go gaga over them!
