Eggs in a shell:

This fancy presentation of eggs will have your guests wanting more, we guarantee. It’s noting but thickened yolk cooked in butter and curd and filled inside their own shells and served with bread and juice.

The trick lies in topping the egg shel carefully, so that only the tip tumbles out of it. Once you have got the shell, rinse it in water and let it dry upside down. Now cook the yolk however you wish to, scrambled or plain boiled and stuff them inside the shel using a tea spoon. If you have kids who are not fond of breakfasts, serve them this wonderfully gorgeous preparation and watch them wolf it down in seconds!

Egg besan wraps:

It’s a delicious way of combining wheat chapatis with eggs and gram flour. Simply make chapatis stuffed with sautéed besan, butter and sprinkling of spinach and layers of Gouda cheese. Now stuff eggs into a wrap and cook it in oil till the sides are golden brown. You may serve it with a pot of hot coffee. The besan will add a corse texture to the otherwise smooth preparation, tantalising your taste buds. You may replace the besan with maida too. But that latter is far more harmful than the former.

Baked omelette:

We all love our omelettes and when they are baked, it does make it one of the healthiest dishes around. Isn’t it? Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, ham or veggies in a bowl and pour them into the pre-heated casserole dish. Now bake it on medium for about 10-15 minutes and serve the dish with a tall glass of chilled large juice.

You may even add minced meat, diced onions, capsicum and other meats. The ingredients are totally your call, but make sure there are beaten well, before being poured into the dish. Moreover, if you’re cooking pease or other pulses, soak them in water overnight so that they are eatable whole baking!

The perfect scrambled eggs:

Any egg addict will tell you how much they love the scrambled eggs. It’s one of god’s greatest gifts to mankind. But not many can get this tricky dish right. But fret, not…we tell you how you can make a rocking plateful of scrambled eggs. Whisk eggs, mayo and water in a bowl and add them to a skillet that’s rubbed with butter. Cook the eggs till they are moist and transfer them to a plate. Now season them with salt, pepper and other spices. Never add the salt while cooking. Always wait till they are on the plate. But these can be had without seasoning too, as Mayo has enough salt and other spices to flavour the eggs.

Perfect hard boils:

It’s another favourite dish with both youngsters and oldies. But the hats boil is not always hard. Because we don’t know the right technique. Here’s how you can make it the right way. Put the eggs in a bowl of boiling water that has salt and vinegar in it. Immerse the eggs one by one, till they are bubbling, making sure to not break them. Now bring out the eggs and dip into ice cold or running water and store it in the fridge. You may serve it with seasonal juices or a bowl of cold cereal.
