This yoga pose is also known as Lord of the dance pose. This pose strengthens the legs as the body balances on one leg. In this one, all the energy blocks are released, and the hips are opened up too.
In this pose, stand on your mat and lift you right foot and take it behind in a parallel position to the ground. Bend the knee, and reach your right arm to the foot and stretch. Once you’re done with it; take your left arm forward and stretch it too. Hold the pose for 30 seconds, and then repeat it on the other side.
- Chair Pose
Chair pose is easy but it needs your total concentration. Be in a sitting position, and stretch your hands in front of you. Keep them straight. Be in that position till you give up on it.
- Upavistha Konasana
This yoga pose is also known as seated wide legged forward fold. It is a good pose that strengthen all the muscles. In this pose, stretch your legs as wide as possible. Now bend your body and bring your hands on the ground. Try to slowly come back and also do the same thing with your feet.
- Baddha Konasana
Baddha Konasana is also known as a butterfly pose. This one magically works on hips and thighs.
All you need to do is, sit on the mat with your legs stretched out. Fold your knees, and bring them together as in join your feet and sit straight. Later, hold your feets with palms and then try to push you knee on the ground as much as you can.
Keep doing it for few seconds.
Also known as a boat pose is good because it improves the blood circulation.
In this yoga pose; sit on the mat and lift both your legs off the ground. Lift your hands up too and stretch them as much as you can.
Do it for few seconds.
It tones all the limbs, and especially thighs. First be in a sitting position, later as you can see, raise your body in such that your hip and calf muscles are perpendicular. Lean back and stretch your arms out on your feet.
Hold the pose and then release.
