And so we are down to the final game of 2013 Champions League T20 as IPL teams, Rajasthan Royals take on Mumbai Indians to claim the numero uno spot. Besides that, two modern day greats of the game – Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid – will also be up against each other for one last time as both the batsman will hang their boots from the format after the Champions League Twenty20 final at the Ferozeshah Kotla today.

Dravid’s Royals will be playing their inaugural CLT20 final against the 2011 CLT20 champions after defeating Chennai Super Kings and Trinidad and Tobago, respectively, in the semifinals. The bad news for Royals’ fans is that cricketers Brad Hodge and Shaun Tait will miss the final on Sunday due to injuries. The duo have been replaced by Kushal Perera and Sachin Baby in the team. Rajasthan Royals have been on a terrific run in the tournament and will look to give a perfect send-off to Rahul Dravid in his final match as a Rajasthan Royals player.

Wheras the Mumbai Indians have been concerned, their fightback against the Perth Scorchers have given them a new lease of life. That form showed in the semis too as they went on to win comfortably against the Trinidad and Tobago team. Sachin Tendulkar amassed 50,000 runs in all formats of the game, a figure that will be difficult to scale. The likes of Dwayne Smith, Rohit Sharma and Kieron Pollard too are clicking at the right time. The bowling may look a bit callous but onn the day, Mitchell Johnson and Coulter-Nile can strike in the hearts of opposition batting.

So the stage is set for the both the teams- Indians’ Tendulkar and Royals skipper Dravid to have their final say in Twenty20 season. Who is going to get the perfect finish, lets wait and watch!
