Salman Khan fans have something to cheer about as the superstar’s teaser trailer of Jai Ho is out. Sallu is in his element, packing punches and beating the hell out of the gundas. What’s interesting is to watch Tabu play Khan’s sister. Tabu who’s usually seen doing off beat films, surprises us by appearing in this out-and-out masaledar film. Quite an unusual combo, I think it will be a treat to watch the chemistry between these mature stars.
The movie releases on January 24, 2014. While it’s still too early to say what to expect from this Sohail Khan flick, the makers have kept the teaser super short; all it does is give a glimpse of Salman’s expertise in doing action scenes with great ease. Now that’s something we have already seen before, what’s new?
The leading ladies Sana Khan and Daisy Shah are missing from the promo. The Khans make sure Salman flashes his lucky charm in the film – his turquoise bracelet, of course that’s like an extension of our superstar’s personality, and just the sight of it is sure to make Sallu admirers root and hoot for Jai Ho in the highest possible decibel level. An honest opinion: Not really looking forward to watching this one – even though it’s too early, it gives me a feeling that all it’s going to have is some mindless ‘dhishoom dhishoom’ incorporated in a shoddy script.
