Tip 1: Drink water. It cleanses and detoxifies your body.

In 1 liter of water, add 3 cucumber, mint leaves, 4 lemons, Refrigerate it for few hours and then your detox water is ready.

Tip 2: Reduce intake of sugar.

Add raw honey in lemon juice, oats and even milk. Date syrup is also a great alternative to sugar, so add it in your drink.

Tip 3: Get up and dance. Do 20 squats every time you go out to the lot. Do 20 spot jumps, 30 mins before every meal.

Tip 4: Start your day by drinking a glass of warm water. 30 minutes later, eat muesli with skimmed milk. Hours before gyming, eat whole bread with 2 egg white omelets and a fruit.

Tip 5: For lunch, eat home cooked food that includes Roti, daal, Sabzi. My rotis are made up of bajra, jowar, nachni, soya.. My dal has tadka and Sabza has oil. There is also homemade Dahi.

Tip 6: In the second half of the day, at around 4, eat half apple or papaya. After an hour, have a cup of green tea with almonds. At 7, eat salad that includes apple, dried berries, walnuts. By 8.30, I have my dinner with grilled chicken.

Tip 7: Enjoy berries smoothie. Yogurt cubes and other healthy alternatives (Kale and Soya chips)
