People who earn wealth and prosperity should not be limited to satisfy their own needs. But apart from supporting the family the person should be strong enough to support the poor and underprivileged.

Vedas has already mentioned about the necessity of establishment of power for the well being of the society. So, when we peep into the pages of the Vedas, about the charity for the society is as follows:

God snatches away the wealth of the greedy people

And bestows his blessings to the Generous

So, greedy people cannot be prosperous and famous, as to be so one has to be subjective to dedication for work, earn and share the earnings. Necessity has been the main reason that people start to look forward to improving their wealth. As one step to the ladder of success never forgets to applause those who have been supporting and working together. It can be a clerk or co-workers. This describes the nature of a person that pushes to derive high.

The owner of a company cannot work alone, a skilled and planned strategy with manual strength is necessary to develop a good business. Employees start to dedicate their time and labor when they are aware that they will be taken care of and paid well by the company. As an owner, being a millionaire or billionaire it becomes a chore to provide the best remuneration when each time the company gains a profit.

On contradictory if owners deny doing so, it is already destined that the power and platform will no longer stand long in the future. Therefore when the blessings of being rich are bestowed it is important to remove greediness.

Lines from the epics Rig Veda and Sama Veda:

Men should think good about wealth and work hard to win

That should be through a certain path and through worship

Let him learn and know through his inner wisdom

It is always important for a person to work hard on a particular platform or job to earn wealth. Knowing and learning the skills for better working capability is another point that one should focus on before opting for a scope to earn wealth. Working is compared to worship, so after experiences from the knowledge a person is able to work through his inner wisdom. When wisdom begins to sculpt the future enhancing opportunities to work, earn wealth and prosperity.

Choose the right companion from Rig Veda

A person who does not want to share his food, selfish enough as he likes to feed himself and no one else; is not fit to be friends. Vice versa, be selective about companions who will try to help at the right time, it should not be any one-sided formality.

In friendship, both should be ready to help one another rather than being selfish and greedy. Trying to feed himself instead of helping his friends.

One who refuses to share his food

With starving brethren

Is not fit to be friends

Finally, wealth and prosperity earned through honesty or with a good reason flourish while greedy, wealthy people are destroyed.

As it is not only an epic but a teacher to the modern era, few of major impact and inspiration to the modern era are:

Existence by fittest

When we look into the family of the King of Hastinapur, the Kaurava and Pandavas, both had massive differences in their nature, culture, and skills. While Kauravas being a total of 100 in numbers did not have the ability comparing to the Pandavas. Each brother of the five had the individual ability that made them the strongest opponent to fight and stand at the battlefield in Kurukshetra. So, inspired by the power of Dharma, in Mahabharat it is a point that impresses the modern era is to be skilled and prepared instead of looking for support from others. Self-sufficiency was one of the reasons that developed the power of the Pandavas.

Religion survives long and stands strong

Mahabharata has been the epic of Hinduism that consists of the parts of Gita, the sacred book of the Hindus. This ancient book inspires people to learn about the hardships that arise from jealousy and also the conspiracy that can arrive anytime from anyone. The development of a conscious mind is possible through the learning of the quotes in Gita used in Mahabharata that describe the truth of life. Enabling you to be learning from the religion about the different stages of hardships and the way a strong bond can pull you to be bold and divided to fall.

Respect womanhood

The lady of five men, Draupadi is still remembered in history, when her attire was pulled to open by the Kauravas after losing the bet with the Pandavas. This was the time she could only remember Lord Krishna to save her from humiliation. Lord Krishnas saved her from the shameful situation by providing Draupadi the drapes of the saree on her body.

Modern Era has been inspired by the story of Mahabharata that reveals about saving womanhood. They were weak and mostly dominated from the ancient times who need respect and care from their society.

Male infanticides

Hindu empire has always looked for a male ruler, or nothing different was seen in the story of Mahabharata. Both Pandavas and Kauravas finally ended up in the Kurukshetra war to occupy the throne of Hastinapura. When the requirement of marrying more than one woman tradition was increasing to find the most appropriate ruler for the empire. Similarly, the rivalry increased between the mothers to provide their son the thrones which led to the killing of male infanticides. Modern era-inspired had always looked for male children through the thoughts that have changed after women are provided with better education and opportunities.

Arjuna the fine archer”Guru Dakshina”

Politics and religion are both interwoven from the epics of the ancient times, the political mind to win as a fine archer Arjuna is all time a great example for all eras. So, when Eklavya being a Kshatriya was one of the best disciple and student of Drona. But finally, Drona asked for the Guru Dakshina from Eklavya, his right thumb. So, Arjuna became the best-trained archer as the student of Drona acharya.

Similarly, in the modern era, the story of Mahabharata is influential to establish power and success through the games of politics.
