Maybe only a few parts of the world can find the real tastes of Indian cuisines. But it is true that after savouring they will slowly try to give the western foods.

Pizzas, Italian cuisines and Thai food have already taken a good place in the bellies and heart of India. But it is not preferred on regular basis, after a few days, there is crave home food or Indian food. Why?

Indian food Is rich in spices

Cultivation of vegetables to different kinds of spices are in ancient practices. With the beginning of the civilization of Indus valley growing of rice grains, vegetables and spices have a great place in ancient history.

Invaders and merchants became rich by exporting spices all over the world. Hence, Indian food has been ruling due to the spices that enriched the foods with variable tastes. The tastes are not only unique but the creativity of preparing the food is adorned with excellence.

Customised spices traditional Indian food

The traditional food is incomparable to the pizzas, pastas or simple Danish bread with sausages. Fish fillets or any roasts western made will never have the flavor of the spices customized, homemade Indian food. Indian women spend hours developing genuine and unique spices for their food. It can be for a simple fish curry or a vegetable mix with Aalu ka paratha without spices.

They try to develop their own individual recipes and add them to their food as a token of love for cooking and family, as a gesture of individuality.

Nutritious

The Indian food plate is a complete balanced diet. Highly nutritious but it does not mean that it will always have non-veg items in it. India’s food items can be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, they are highly nutritious.

No! Indians do not have to depend on non-vegetarian items. As they have the habit of continuous researches on veg foods. So that foods are equally healthy and tasty. So, it is a wonderful place for the vegans who wants to avoid non-veg. A raw jackfruit curry that tastes greater than chicken or beans curry with spices will never allow loving the western food.

Even in matter of Food “Old is Gold”

History mentions the great emperors who made experiments on different dishes. Trying with wide ingredients and spices which are available in India. Akbar’s kitchen and his expereiments for non-veg while Jodha Bai’s veg items are one of the great examples of Indian food.

Statewise the tribes of the country have variations. It is from the south Indian dishes with the composition of salty and sour; to the north with rich chilly spices of the north. The sweet dishes from the east to dry and salty food of the west. It explains the richness of Indian food. It is expanding to a great extend comparing to western countries food.

Indian food can be made highly spicy to low spice ingredients, full of nutrition and above all unique customized tastes with individuality.

Varying in the thoughts resulted in changing with the introduction of movements. Religious movements were not once but repetitive which inspired the society to maintain their beliefs with diversification. The power and strength that different castes and religions have is because of the spirituality that it provides them.

It may be Christianity that faced the greatest revolution during the time of 1505, for the protestant reformation, a movement in Germany. Famous philosopher Martin Luther was one of the leaders to brought in the storm to evaluate with new thoughts and power of the mind. It was the time when Luther’s confrontation with Rome was to the highest in 1512 and lighted up new thoughts against the old religious beliefs. But Christianity revolution was almost nowhere before they invaded India. The two major were Hinduism and Islam that had been developing or prospering from ancient times.

Bhakti Movement:

The Bhakti movement emerged from the southern part of India to renew or revive the thoughts of Hindu Gods and goddesses by saints and priests. They preached about the holy books and Upanishads that brought a revolution. The poets and writers in this period dedicated their write-ups or poems on devotions to Shiva and Vishnu.

Music and literature were mostly based on religious facts. The revival of the Vedic traditions and the context from the holy books was the major change. It was a motivation that showed a new vision of the ancient sacred books for Hinduism. The reviving helped in preaching the scriptures in the local languages by the scholars and priests.

Akbar’s Imam:

The marriage of Jodha and Akbar brought a precedent to the religious facts. A Rajput princess who married the King of Mughals, no doubt he was a great emperor who brought various social changes. During his time, after marrying Jodha despite being a ruler from different religion he promoted the religion of Hinduism.

Orthodox beliefs were not entertained in his court “Imam” who had two leaders of religion are Makhdum-ul-Mulk and the Shaikh Abdul Nabi. Apart from his religion, sacrificing animals in rituals, treating other religions was a part of his quality of Great emperor.

Revolution for Ayodhya Temple:

The establishment of the Ayodhya temple is itself a history when the foundation of a temple had a structure of Mosque. This led to massive destruction to humanity and religion when people started fighting for the land that including the destructing of Babri Masjid. Finally, the revolution ended after the verdict of the court was on behalf of handing over the structure to build a temple.

Based on the archeological evidence, on the other hand, a large area of land was handed over for the construction of the mosque in the nearby area of the Ayodya temple.

Indian history describes various religious facts being a secular country but this includes several revolutions and movements for the new changes for the future.

Following as per appetites and availability of food sources in different parts of the world. Globally, depending on the kind of food sources there has been superior changes in cuisines.

Mughals, alternatively spelled as Mogul, is the
Turkic-Mongol origin Muslim dynasty that ruled swathes of northern India from
the early 16th to mid-18th century. It ruled over North India
successfully for more than two centuries and its rulers proved their mettle
with the administrative acumen. Mughals attempted to integrate Hindus and
Muslims into a United Indian State.

How was Mughal
dynasty founded?

The Mughal dynasty was founded by the Turkic prince named
Babur who reigned from 1526-30. Babur was the descendant of Turkic conqueror
Timur or Tamarlane on his father’s side and second son of the Mongol ruler Gengis
Khan, on his mother’s side.

Muslims in India:

Muslims were there in India long before the Mughals. Muslims set foot in India for the first time in 8th century. In the first half of 10th century, a Muslim ruler of Afghanistan invaded Punjab 11 times but secured no significant political success. However, they plundered India with all their might. Followed by this, a more successful invasion came at the end of the 12th century which eventually led to the formation of Delhi Sultanate. A later invasion, which took place in 1398, devastated the city of Delhi. The descendants of the Mongol empire established the Mughal empire in India. Previously, they were living in Turkestan who assimilated the culture of Middle East coupled with the elements of their far-eastern roots while ruling India. Mughals have inherited their great military skills from their Mongol ancestors and were the first Western Military leaders to use guns.

What are reasons of
Babus looking to establish his territory in India?

Babur was ousted from Central Asia from his ancestral domain and looked east to conquer India to satisfy his wrath. Babur was unsuccessful to annex Samarkhand and after such three unsuccessful attempts, had lost all his hopes that he will ever be able to fulfil his wish. In 1526, he successfully gained control over the Punjab region by routing the forces of the Delhi Sultan Ibrahim Lodi at the first battle of Panipat. There is one more reason why Babur could not ignore India because it was replete with wealth. Also, the dysfunctional political system in India made a leeway for Babur to legitimise his claim with the support of local rulers.

After the year 1505, to meet the expectation of the
followers expecting rewards after he became the ruler, he levied heavy taxes on
people. It attracted revolts but Babur again made an attempt to overtake Samarkhand,
this time successfully but a brief period from later 1512 to 1513.

The Mughal empire fell in shambles because Humayun was disastrous as a ruler . He, however, channelled his love for poetry and culture into his son Akbar which helped to make the Mughal empire rise in artistic power.
