Trend spotting: Faux Moustache Print

Every year we witness a fashion fad going viral amongst people. Neon colours, retro cuts or even graphic prints for that matter, certain trends just catch attention.

       

This season, it’s the faux moustache that has become quite popular and the trend isn’t that dramatic for a good reason. Men and women can be seen sporting moustaches on T-shirts, scarves, jewelry, shoes, bags and many more.

   

We have also seen this print on wrist watches and I phone cases.

             

Not only that Farhan Akhtar’s NGO, Mard, which works towards stamping out violence against women, is also a faux moustache.

 
The trend is refreshingly different and gets a thumbs-up from us. Used as a symbolism of the gender equality, you will spot the print almost everywhere with a tendency to make people smile of giggle.
