A Quick Recipe of Ragi Ladoo:-


The ingredients required are:

  • Ragi flour
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 10 almonds
  • 2 tsp Groundnuts
  • 2 tsp Black sesame
  • ½ cup Palm Sugar
  • ¼ cup Fresh coconut


  • At first, dry the groundnut, sesame & grated coconut in a pan & keep the heat low.
  • Later toast the almond for 2 minutes & add tsp of ghee on the pan.
  • Now add some Ragi flour on the pan along with the tsp of ghee that you need.
  • Now add the groundnuts, sesame, almonds & coconut into it & keep stirring it well.
  • Once it is done- add ½ palm sugar & cardamom powder & keep stirring it well altogether.
  • Now once it is cooled down; apply the ghee on your palm & keep the mixture turning it into a round shape of Ladoo.
