Home Alone? Try These Healthy, Easy, Quick And Yummy Recipes To Satiate Hunger!

It is not always easy to order in food when you are almost dying of hunger. Take a look at some of the most simple and easiest of recipes for those who don’t like the idea of elaborate cooking.

Not all of us love cooking! But we all love eating and hunger pangs are something that can strike anytime and anywhere.

Imagine you are alone at home and too lazy to cook, even for yourself. But you are hungry and it will take the pizza guy way too long to deliver your food. So what do you do? Let your stomach do the talking?

Well what are we here for? We have come up with some basic but amazing lip-smacking dishes that you can prepare in 15 minutes or less. Don’t believe it? Just read on…

Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil

Replace the spaghetti with any kind of noodles you like, boil them and put aside. In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté around 8-10 cloves of garlic in it. Now all you have to do is toss the noodles/spaghetti in the olive oil with garlic and add salt, black pepper and loads of Parmesan cheese. And start eating!

Simplest Stir-Fry Ever

Dig into the fridge and find all the vegetables that you recognize. From beans, carrots, mushrooms, onions to broccoli and cottage cheese, you can add them all to your stir-fry. Stir fry the vegetables in some oil and once they turn softer, add around 4-5 chopped garlic and ginger. Sprinkle some black pepper and salt. Add water and soy sauce and cook for another 3 minutes. If you are eating it without any rice or noodles, avoid too much water otherwise, let it remain soupy.

Mushroom Bread Pizza

Most of us always have bread and cheese at home. If not, start storing them NOW! If you have sweet corn, mushrooms, tomatoes or onions, you can easily prepare your very own bread pizza without too much of a hassle. All you have to do is sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add pepper and salt to taste. You can use boiled sweet corn, tomatoes and onions too. Now put this mixture on the bread after layering it with tomato ketchup and butter. Bake this in the microwave or heat a tawa, put some oil/butter on it and simmer the gas. Now put the bread pizza and cover it with a lid. In around 8-10 minutes, your pizza will be ready!

Clear Chilled Tomato Soup

This one’s a bit different but tastes great. We all have had tomato soup but here is a kind that’s chilled and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. All you have to do is puree some tomatoes in the food processor with some salt. Now take a cheese cloth and put the puree on it over a bowl. Refrigerate the bowl now. Once chilled, take the clear liquid in the bottom of the bowl and put some fresh chopped basil into it. You are ready to have a glass of chilled tomato soup!

Eggs and Tomatoes on Toast

Eggs are the easiest to find and easiest to store. When there’s nothing else left in the kitchen, there will always be eggs. Hard boil the eggs and keep them aside. Now take a bread slice and put butter or cheese spread on it. Now sprinkle some pepper. Cut the eggs length-wise into 4-5 pieces and now put them on the bread. Add tomato slices and some more cheese. Now sprinkle some chat masala and grill or bake the way you like your bread.
