There are many foods that have medicinal properties. Here are some of the common foods that have medicinal properties.

Ginger
Do you know that ginger can also be used to cure the cough and cold. Ginger is known to be the oldest home remedy for cough and that’s why a piece of freshly cut ginger in your mouth is best option.

Honey
While playing outside, one might have got a wound or cutting an object with a knife. Modern day usage demands the use of strips or creams but very few know that honey is the best option for cuts and scratches. Honey has antiseptic properties that heal open wounds and cuts.

Chilli Peppers
