Lay on your back, stretch your arms and keep the dumbbells parallel to your chin. Now slowly bring down your arms while breathing in and lift in up breathing out. Repeat for 3 sets, 15 counts for each set.
Fold your legs and lift up in 90 degree position. Stretch your arms in both sides of your body holding the dumbbells. Now lift your arms straight while you breathe in and bring it back in the previous position while you breathe out. Repeat for 3 sets, 15 counts for each set.
Stand with arms half folded parallel your ears holding the dumbbells. Now lift the arm up while you breathe in and bring back in the previous position while breathing out. Repeat for 3 sets, 15 counts each.
If you are attempting push ups for the first time, the whole push up may be a little daunting for you so go for the knee push ups instead.
Position yourself like a cat and life your left leg with right arm stretched and pointing straight. Hold this position for 10 seconds and switch to another side.
