Orange
If anybody goes for those ‘packaged’ orange juices then it’s a bad choice. Instead, opt for ‘real orange juices that offer high levels of antioxidants and as everybody knows, is packed full of Vitamin C, which is good for your ligaments, tendons, skin, blood vessels and bones. Apple
