Foods that we eat at the wrong time – It is very important of eating healthy food and at the healthy time. But a lot of people simply doesn’t recognise the effects of eating foods at the wrong time. Yes, that does harm than good. No late even now, try and understand the importance of eating at the right time.

Here are some foods that we all eat at the wrong time. This usually happens because of the reasons like hunger strikes; cravings etc and forget the time factor.

So, here get to know the foods that we eat at the wrong time and effect out health.

  1. Dark chocolate

It always happens that, soon as you are struck with cravings you take a dark chocolate. But that’s not really right. This increases the chances of heart diseases when eaten at the wrong hours.

Wrong time– night as chocolates have more sugar

Right time- Day time is the best to have chocolates but having said that eat in moderate quantity only.

  1. Banana

Consuming banana gives energy. But harm more than good when had at the wrong time.

Wrong time- Night is the worst time to have it, as it is rich in magnesium leads to stomach problem.

Right time-Afternoons be the best time to have them. This is because they are rich in fibres that keep you energetic throughout the day.

  1. Milk

Drinking milk all the day long  will leave you lethargic.

Worst time- Gets difficult to digest when taken during the mornings.

Right time- The best time is the night as it provides the essential nutrients and gets sound sleep to you.

  1. Yogurt

Yogurt aids in the digestion processes.

Worst time- Nights! Having it at the nights gets in problems like cold, respiratory tract problems, cough.

Right time-Afternoons! Improves the digestion process.

  1. Green tea

Green tea loaded with lots of goodness.

Worst time- Early morning with empty stomach.

Right time-can be taken at any time except early morning.

  1. Red wine

Contains antioxidants that prevents artery diseases.

Worst time- Day time.

Right time-Preferably evenings as the antioxidants in wine energises you after a hectic day.

  1. Coffee

Consuming coffee at nights doesn’t get you sleep.

Worst time- Nights!

     Right time- Have it in the morning to feel active and energetic.

  1. Sugar

Load’s of calories and fats.

Worst time: During the nights, because it increases the fats in the body.

Best time-The amounts of sugars that are taken into the body are burnt effectively in the morning through the daily activities.

  1. Rice

Rice being the staple food for most of the buddies, is eaten at least two times a day – i.e. generally for lunch and dinner. High on carbohydrates, when eaten you start feeling bloated.

Right time- Preferably at the lunch, as the metabolism is high and easy to digest.

Wrong time- Nights! Because the high amounts of starch makes you bloated and gain weight easily, when consumed for dinner.

  1. Apple

Apple always considered to be the healthy favourite fruit, is eaten irrespective of time by many. Rich, in antioxidants.

Worst time- Night time as it increases the acidity in the body.

Right time-The fibre pectin improves the bowel movements making it easy for the ones suffering with constipation.

These are the foods that we eat at the wrong time – So the next time simply don’t gulp these yummies. Be conscious about the time too. If you really wish to get the right results, its time to stop eating the above listed foods at the wrong hours of the day. Because they harm our health, putting us to risks like blood pressure, diabetes, obesity etc. As we have listed the foods harm healthy – the next time make sure you don’t gulp them off forgetting the time.
