<p>You know what; any lazy person can directly take inspiration from them to stay fit and fine. Yoga helps people in a way that no one can. Yoga will change your <em>life </em>in a right direction. There are many Yoga poses that are been practiced to prevent physical problems etc. Just in case you’re someone who is having a tough time <strong>during sleeping</strong> i.e. if you’re not able to get a better sleep, then this article will surely help you.</p>
<p>You don’t need any pills to help yourself out. Just <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga" target="_blank"><strong>be focused</strong></a> while doing this yoga moves and get a better sleep.</p>

<li><strong>Salabhasana (Locust Pose) </strong></li>
</ol>
<p>Not just a better sleep, Locust pose will also strengthen your bones. Other than that, this pose is considered to be great because it also tones your butt and inner thighs.</p>
<p>How to do it: Lie down (as you see in the picture) clasp your hands together behind your back. Now inhale as your <em>lift </em>your arms and chest. Stretch it as much as you can and look in the straight direction or look down.</p>
<p>Be in that position <em>for about </em>1 minute.</p>

<p>This one is often considered to be a tough pose, but people never give up practising it because it is effective. You can try it too. At first, you might’ve problems doing it, but then you’ll certainly get <em>comfortable.</em></p>
<p>How to do it: Firstly, sit and extend your legs. Now, place your right foot against your left inner thigh. Later lift your arms, and fold it over the left leg by reaching for your foot. Rest on head in a downward position (as shown in the picture) After 30 seconds, switch sides.</p>

<p>This one is very relaxing and an easy one to do. So, without any trouble, I guess that you’ll certainly be able to do it.</p>
<p>How to do it: Lie down and support your head on a blanket. Bend your knees and touch the soles of your feet together. Place your hands on sides and just relax and be calm. Do it till you complete 20 breaths.</p>
