<p>This yoga pose is also known as Lord of the dance pose. This pose strengthens the legs as the body balances on one leg. In this one, all the energy blocks are released, and the hips are opened up too.</p>
<p>In this pose, stand on your mat and lift you right foot and take it behind in a parallel position to the ground. Bend the knee, and reach your right arm to the foot and stretch. Once you’re done with it; take your left arm forward and stretch it too. Hold the pose for 30 seconds, and then repeat it on the other side.</p>
