Drishti, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics’ management festival, which is ranked first in its category in Mumbai, and is the quintessential dais for students to bring their talent in the limelight. It has participants comprising of students from colleges sprawling all over Mumbai as well as outside it.

The management events at Drishti bring forth the management maestro in young students. This comprises of the legacy event, Echelon; the flagship event, Drishti Business Personality; Business @ Campus, a flagship event patented by the no.1 business school in the country- IIM Ahmedabad and many more.

Another flagship event, the Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), an exhilarating activity which brings out the Sherlock in contestants who try to solve clues in the dark. Drishti also brings out the sportsman within participants  through its unique sports events involving startling twists. Dealing with the splendor of Dance, Drama and Fashion Show, the festival’s Cultural Day is unparalleled and serves to be a litmus test for one’s talent on the cultural front.

Drishti plays host to a plethora of celebrities coming in from various walks of life like Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Rithvik Dhanjani, Rannvijay Singh to name a few. The Drishti Conclave, being a panel discussion, also sees eminent personalities from various backgrounds. They come together on one platform to voice and discuss their opinions on the pressing issues the world is facing. Every year, the festival has eminent personalities forming a part of the panel like Anurag Kashyap, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, Rajeev Lakshman, Vithal Kamat and many more!

The pronite at Drishti is a perfect package of excitement mixed with fun for all the music lovers where the contingents let their competitive spirit rest and enjoy themselves thoroughly! Some of Drishti’s past artists have been Kanika Kapoor, Kailash Kher, DJ NYK, DJ Zenith, the Sunburn Campus and many more! This year Ayushmann Khurrana will be performing along with DJ Shaan on the 30^th of January 2017.

Team Drishti strongly believes in the following lines “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations”. Drishti fulfills its social obligations by undertaking a social cause and furthering it through The Social Week.

This year Drishti associated with The United Nations: Global Goals for Sustainable Development, and conducted the social week from the 3^rd to 7^th of January 2017. Celebrities like Parth Samarthan, Shantanu Maheshwari, Kushal Punjabi, Gaurav Chopra, Mayuresh Wadhkar, Mahesh Thakur, and Krissann Barretto were among the ones to show their support towards the causes of Education, Health, Peace and Justice, Water and Sanitation and Gender Equality.

Just like last year, Drishti plans to reach higher pinnacles of success and as the name suggests, the ‘Vision’ for this festival is to keep growing, surpass all that is expected out of it, and evolve into an unparalleled version of itself. This year Drishti will come to life on the 29^th, 30^th and 31^st of January 2017.

Drishti, NM College’s management festival, currently in its seventeenth year had its Social Week from 4^th to 8^th January.

This year the theme for the Social Week was gender equality, a much talked about social issue! Renaissance of Equality, the Social Week title, was graced by numerous celebrities.

With the Old Canteen area of the college decorated beautifully, the first day was inaugurated by our Principal Ms. Amee Vora. Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, a famous dancer, was present on the first day. He supported the cause and gave an inspirational speech on gender equality!

The second day was a blast with Sonnalli Seygall, popular for her movie ‘Pyaar ka Panchnama’, in the morning. In the evening the entire Drishti team was at Marine Lines for a mind blowing Flash Mob which conquered the entire locality, in not less than 6 minutes!

On the third day, two very influential celebrities, Rithvik Dhanjani and Evelyn Sharma, graced the event. Rithvik Dhanjani rocked the dance floor with two of the members from our dance crew. ‘Seams for Dreams’, which was pioneered by Evelyn Sharma was also promoted by Drishti with a stall that sold merchandise of ‘Seams of Dreams’.

With Saroj Khan, the famous choreographer, the fourth day was upbeat to a whole new level of awesomeness! She said that she will support them in all their endeavors!  Also, the Creatives team of Drishti and Project M.A.D. created graffiti on gender equality near the Vile Parle Station!

Saving the best for the last, on the fifth day of Renaissance of Equality they had Pooja Ruparel in the house! Famous for her work in the movie ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge’, she actively indulged in all stalls and walls put up.

To end the Social Week with a bang, they had gobo lights which beamed ‘Drishti’ in the Old Canteen area of NM College! It was a sight which took everyone down the memory lane of the enormous Social Week that they had this year!
