<p><strong>1 . When a harassment case in train was solved.</strong></p>
<p>A woman commuter, who was travelling alone on an outstation train in Maharashtra, contacted railway authorities via Twitter as one of male travelers was allegedly harassing her.</p>
<p>She was asked to give her berth details and was asked to call on helpline number 182.</p>
<p>The woman was immediately attended by RPF Jawans at Bhusaval railway station after 30-40 minutes of her complaint.</p>
<p>The accused was shifted to another coach.  She later on thanked railway officials for the swift action.</p>

<p><strong>2. When</strong> <strong>a young girl was rescued from  alleged human traffickers.</strong></p>
<p>19 year old Radha Lohar was travelling from Hyderabad to New Delhi forcefully by two men.</p>
<p>She wrote a note to her co passenger. She mentioned that she is an orphan and a student of class 10 and the two men were forcibly taking her to Delhi .</p>
<p>After knowing this, Divyansh, her co passenger, tweeted about the same to rail ministry. And without any further ado,  Railway Protection Force (RPF) Personnel rescued the girl at Ramagundam station. After further investigation, and the two men were arrested.</p>

<p><strong>4. When Wheelchair was delivered on time.</strong></p>
<p>Pankaj Jain  was travelling on the Yesvantpur-Bikaner train with his father and with the help of Twitter he requested for a wheelchair and soon the ministry&#8217; handle responded  and asked him about train&#8217;s PNR and coach number in order to make suitable arrangement.</p>
<p>&#8220;I was not particularly inclined to seek help through Twitter, but a friend urged me to do so. I was not hopeful, so I was pleasantly surprised when they responded to me so soon and had arranged everything. When I reached the road, there was a cop, a railway staff, station master and someone to help us with the luggage, &#8221; Pankaj Jain said in an interview</p>

<p><strong>5. When sick child was attended by Doctor.</strong></p>
<p>A couple soughted help for their 18-month-old child via Twitter. After their tweet requesting milk, railway officials sent a doctor and milk to the couple who was traveling in Marudhar Express from Varanasi to Gotan, Rajasthan.<br />
The railway ministry is getting praises for prompt actions like this.</p>
