3. One can enjoy flexibility plus no office politics.
There is a flexibility of time and work in most of startups. In start-ups you do not have follow hard core decorum. Some offices allow working as per their way of working and the way they want to. Some also allow work for home. All the employees are team members and are at equal level so office politics is almost zero and in corporate offices the level of office politics and grape vine communications can lead to less productive.
