Umm.. i would rather suggest in stead of tweeting (which may not get into the eyes of ministry), if each potential earner (Including me) can spend whatever they can afford, this problem can be solved to some extent. Of course its a shame on the part of government but then we dont know whether he would get these fund or not. So, if there is anyway to provide any amount we can afford, i m in.
