Hi Kanika. Nice analysis!! Did you ever consider attending exams on IB or maybe a deputation to NSA? Your verdict, your hearing, your court; all of this is so amazing! But let me point out to you the loopholes here -

1) You haven't stated any fact on this blog, except that the Talwar couple broke down after they were convicted in courts. What is the basis of your assumption of they being killed? Does the justice function on your inner calling/intuitions or it functions on facts?

2) I having spent 8-10 years in the Indian Army, have been 2 years on deputation to the MI (Military Intelligence) and we are taught only one thing - the but obvious theory is never true at the end! Sounds too Sherlock Homish isn't it? But that's the fact.

3) My views are neutral here, however I have gained the knack of collecting more information, reading on to both the sides about what people have to say in favor of the domestic help or of the Talwar couple (especially after this new movie Talvar); I can only come to the conclusion that an ordinary dentist with no knowledge whatsoever of lie detectors, pulsating eyeballs, jumping and jacking of heart beats still passes the Ammonia Sulphur test without having spoken anything which was false. And OMG, those domestic help (which you label as innocent) were on the verge of confessing to the murder. What kind of justice is this in your court My Lord? We have taken tests of dreadful terrorists and let me tell you even they flunk. And according to you, the Talwar couple mastered the art of overcoming the lie detection test?

4) Can you answer why were the investigating officers of the CBI transferred unduly, especially when the case was close to an end? Happened the same in Indrani and peter mukherjee case quite recently. (The Indrani story is the truth and evidences show that she killed her own daughter). But in the case of Talwars, do you have any solid proof?

5) The judiciary convicted the couple on baseless proofs and are now working to fabricate evidences. None of the original findings are out in the public domain. So you say you trust CBI so blindly?

Let me get here an interesting theory which probably argumentative and logical Indians like you may deny, but it's a fact. Having served in the forces, I know for a matter of fact that the AFSPA rule has done more harm than good to the common population in Kashmir and North Easter states. And today to cover that up with dirty politics, parties want redemption of criminals from these states even if they are found to be guilty. They vote for sympathy votes, air their voices in favor of Afzal Guru like minorities to keep their votes intact! It's the media to a large extent having poisoned people's brains on showcasing news of "atrocities" on these minorities. This in turn gives them free hand to commit crimes and come out unscathed from these crimes. These domestic servants working for the Talwars, FYI were from the North East. If they are found guilty, there might be a huge political scenario where the leaders from the East may play a dirty game for their redemption. Please think logically - why would the lie detector tests be against them? Why would they flee after the reports of the 1st investigation being out against them? Sure, think on this angle before your analysis... You're a part of a blog which is read by thousands of youngsters, you taking a particular stand may affect the views of many.

My last question to you is - please justify the basis of honour killing by the Talwars?
