#AAPChaos: It Is Past and Present But No Future

AAP may have become a synonym to chaos and it may have a presence in the past. But the people of this country are wise enough not to give it any space in the future.

The Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal was in Mumbai on Wednesday to drum up support for his party’s Lok Sabha candidates. However noble his intentions may have been, the city entered into the spell of chaos when he landed.

Traffic jam, hooliganism, damaging public property – all the things which a follower of Gandhi would not do. By the evening, the hastag #AAPChaos was trending on twitter and had taken a significant space in the mainstream media too.

But Kejriwal has achieved another rare feat. The former chief minister of Delhi has, somehow, clubbed the two words together which seem like synonym anyway now.

It was another mayhem on last Wednesday too if readers remember. Kejriwal was in Gujarat doing a road show after which he was detained. But the stone pelting that followed in Delhi after the incidence on BJP headquarters was a masterpiece in itself. Not only it was based on lies, it was an organized crime which Kejriwal and his party men defended till the end.

Not to forget the string of incidences when Kejriwal was CM of Delhi. He did his fare share of causing the aam aadmi all the inconvenience in the name of sham activism when he sat on a dharna defending one of his ministers who assaulted women. Also, he was not able to contain the public when he called a junta darbar. The plan which was supposed to increase the people contact with CM was scrapped by him only.

He has become a man of U-turns. And he has become a symbol of irresponsible leader. History is replete with such people who talk big but execute nothing. Kejriwal is just an addition to that.

People are miffed with his style of politics now. Many people on the social media reacted after his publicity stunt in Mumbai:

The recent leak of video showing Kejriwal trying to control media has further strengthened his critics’ belief in him being no different than a thick skinned politician who is making a fool out of public for his personal gains. One such person eve wrote a poem!

The poem, written by Rakesh Srivastava, has been reproduced here for you to enjoy:
