With a design certified to meet MIL-STD-810G tests and IP65 specifications, this tough nut measures 203 x 132 x 18 mm and weighs 544 grams.
Fueled by 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5-4302Y vPro Processor (fanless design) and 4 GB of RAM, the fully rugged Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1, poses a 7-inch IPS LCD daylight readable display and runs on Windows 8.1 Pro OS platform. The capacitive 10-finger multi-touch screen comes with glove touch technology and sports a modest resolution of 1280×800 pixels with a high pixel density of 216ppi. As a part of its quest to offer maximum flexibility, Toughpad FZ-M1 comes integrated with a business expansion module, comprising a Hot Swap battery, Smartcard Reader, and Barcode Reader. Other Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 features include a passive stylus, Windows 7 downgrade option, clip-on keyboard, vehicle dock, and many more.
