The story is about the ‘Dystopian Detroit abandoned brick mansions left’ which is home for the city’s most dangerous criminals. Police is unable to bring the crime under control and has built a brick wall which will help to keep the common men in the city safe
Undercover cop Damien Collier (Paul Walker) for whom every day is a fight against corruption is resolute that he will take revenge from his father’s killer someday. Lino (David Belle) plays an ex-convict in the film; for him every day is a fight to live an honest life. But the twist in the story arrives when he ruthless drug dealer Tremaine (RZA) kidnaps Lino’s girlfriend. That’s when Lino and Damien join hands, even though their paths are not meant to cross, to take RZA down; and in the process Damien is also sure that this is the best time to annihilate RZA, who happens to be his father’s killer too. RZA also has under his possession a stolen weapon of mass destruction, and the two protagonists try their best to stop him from destroying the entire city.
