In tonight’s games, Uruguay take on Italy whereas Costa Rica play a young English side. On the other hand, Ivory Coast clash with Greece and Colombia take on Japan. Here is our preview of the four games that could grab eyeballs across the globe:

Group D:

Italy vs. Uruguay
Winner – Uruguay
2006 champions Italy must find a way to shut down Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez when the two teams clash at the Dunas arena on Tuesday in a World Cup showdown which will decide who goes through to the last 16. But if it’s Luis Suarez at one end, then there is Mario Balotelli at the other. This Group D clash will see two goliath strikers have a go at each other tonight.

Costa Rica vs. England
Winner – Costa Rica
In this dead rubber, an exuberant Costa Rican side take on an England side that has already booked its tickets. England coach Roy Hodgson will ring in the changes for this game but it’s too little too late. Costa Rica have already qualified for the Round of 16 and with winning momentum on their side, there seems to be only one winner.

Group C:
Greece vs. Ivory Coast
Winner – Ivory Coast
Even though Didier Drogba’s men lost the previous game to Colombia, the African nation is favourites to win this tie and book their place in the Round of 16. The likes of Yaya Toure, Gervinho and Wilfred Bony gives the ‘Elephants’ slight advantage over their Greek opponents.

Colombia vs. Japan
Winner – Colombia
Even though Round of 16 is guaranteed for the Colombians, first place is not for certain as a blunder against Japan could be costly if Ivory Coast beat Greece in Fortaleza with a huge goal margin. Jackson Martinez could start upfront for the South American side whereas Japan would like to rely on their playmaker, Shinji Kagawa to give some inspiration.

Tonight promises an action packed evening with these four powerful nations going head to head. Sit back and enjoy these games!
