It is the money that corrupts. Awareness amongst non-beggers to avoid beggers and not encouraging them by offering money should be adopted if the normal route does not yield result.

What kind of sick logic you are presenting.Jandhan Accounts are not for beggers, in fact it's for poor people who would receive their money transferred to their bank accounts instead of pleading sarkari babu's and giving them their share out of their receivable money under various schemes.Bank accounts also bring accountability(helps improve the country by means of trackable cash transactions).No wonder our country's fate is still not certain with semi literates like yourself.Grow up begging is a practice that needs to be curbed by efforts not by some cheap politics.

There are already laws that are saying begging is a crime in india but the problem here is implementation and now our political leaders are making laws to make the begging official by crediting the bank accounts of all the people having so called jandhan accounts which doesn’t make any sense as the people who are going get their accounts credited are praising the prime minister not knowing that begging the same money is better than getting the amount by this way, they should use the same money to improve the country in different sectors.
