May be the simplicity has touched a nerve somewhere and that’s why the fans are loving show since 2010! Five long years and still going strong by being one of the top three shows on Star Plus is not a mean task.

4) Sasural Simar Ka

This show was launched way back in 2011 and is still ruling the charts as far as Colors channel is concerned. It is about two sisters marrying in the same family and lots of misunderstandings, confusions, plotting and planning. Somehow, all the supposed weak points are ignored by the fans and despite knowing that whatever is happening is an eye-wash, they still keep watching the show day after day, week after week, thoroughly enjoying the proceedings which are obviously full of drama and twists and turns required for such a daily soap.
